Hi mga sis,

Sa mga balak maging mystery shopper, konting vigilance lang po sa pagsingil ng pay ng assignment. Based on my experience, lalo na kung ipapa-deposit mo sa bank account, ang tagal bago ma-process.
Also, its important to keep records on how much the company owes you. Ask the shopping fee per assignment. Keep copies of receipts.

In my case, sinabi sakin na ino-notify nila ako kapag na-deposit na sa bank account yung bayad sakin. (this was after performing 2 consecutive shopping assignments for them) After almost 2 months, wala pa akong balita kaya ako nalang mismo ang nag-followup. Nandun na raw sa kanila yung paycheck ko.  Idedeposit the ff. week. (ibig sabihin kung di ko finollow up maghihintay pako ng mas matagal?) I had my reasons to worry dahil pera ko yung nakatali sa mga paycheck na yun. Hinihintay ko yung mga reimbursements sa mga resibo, aside from the shopping fee.


After 1 week, I checked my acct., kulang. Yun pala yung payment lang para sa  first assignment yung binigay. Finollow-up ko. Sabi sakin nadeposit na yung bayad ng dalawang assignment. (Haa?) Tinanung ko uli kung saan at kelan dineposit yung bayad sa isa pang assignment. Sabay sabi w/in this week idedeposit yung bayad sa 2nd assignment. (so confirmed nga na yung bayad sa first assignment lang ang pinadala... ang labo nila. )

Pagcheck ko uli nung account ko, napadala na. Pero kulang sya ng mga P10-20. Nung hiningi ko yung breakdown ng second deposit, kulang yung ni-reimbure nya na courier fee, at kulang din yung shopping fee. Nakakainis lang dahil syempre, pera ko yung ginamit sa  courier fee tapos ganun pa nangyari. (pinadala ko kasi via LBC yung reports ko kasi malayo ako sa office nila) At the same time, yung sinabi sakin na shopping fee di pala susundin.

Alam kong small amount lang ito para sa inyo pero para saan pa yung pinapadala mo yung mga resibo sa kanila kung di pala ire-reimburse ng buo, diba...

Sumakit talaga ulo ko mga sis dahil sa kaka-follow up ko sa kanila. Di ko nalang sasabihin kung saang mystery shopping company ito. Sana lang may matutunan kayo sa na-experience ko.

Mas maganda siguro kung pick-up nalang ang paycheck sa office, hangga't maaari.

@achel_wei, i'm sorry to hear about your experience and i really understand bakit ka naiinis.  try to ask again why kulang baka naman meron lang misunderstanding.  you are after the principle, kung ano yung nasa contract, yun dapat ang masunod.

I believe sa John Clements medyo tedious talaga since my friend already stopped na working for them.

So far, from Satisfind, I did not encounter any problems - and almost a year na ako with them. Usually nakalagay kasi talaga yung TAT ng pag deposit nila ng token fee.

I hope all will turn out okay for the fellow sisters here who are striving to be MS's.

Thanks for sympathizing with me sis! And to think that this is my first experience working as a mystery shopper. Na-trauma na tuloy ako.     haay. I don't have any intentions of dealing with them again anytime soon, after the kind of customer service they gave me.  Pinaghirapan ko pa naman mga reports ko... 

Baka sa ibang company nalang ako sumubok. At least may natutunan ako.

I'm happy for those who did not encounter the same problems as I did. Hopefully in the future I'll get a shopping assignment with a company who treats their independent contractors a whole lot better.
