Using the husband's surname, will you or will you not?

buti nga kayo mga sis may surname na gagamitin eh ako wala may fiance' dont have one and i would still have to verify with a lawyer what should be done in this case.

I'm keeping my last name.  My BF was the one who told me to keep my last name and he will be the one to change his last name

mother's maiden name: Lucy Torres

tapos pag mag fillup ng forms lalo na pg hiwalay yung last name, first name and middle name, pano yun?
Last name: TOrres-GOmez
First name: Lucy
Middle Name: Torres

tama ba?

and what if nagpakasal kayo pero after a year mo pa iuupdate yung status ng legal docs mo, may nilalabag ka ba sa law?
