Using the husband's surname, will you or will you not?

REASON: gusto ko na magka-apelyido kami ng anak ko.

ako rin sis, i agree... plus the fact na kapag lumaki na ang anak nyo, he would ask you kung bakit magkaiba kayo ng surname. 

OT - what if, ndi pa kayo kasal, would you use the surname ng father on your child or use your surname instead?

^ kaya lang, i heard from someone na - use na lang the surname of the father, coz baka in the long run, you decided to get married with the father of your child...  tapos if your kiddo is using your maiden name, parang you have to undergo an adoption process pa for your child.  I mean, yung process eh parang yung husband mo will have to adopt his biological child para mapalitan ang surname katulad sa kanya.. tama ba?

As soon as I got married I changed my PRC, TIN, SSS, every legal paper to my husband's surname. But now I do really wanted it hyphenated kasi gusto ko makilala pa rin ako sa dati kong pangalan. That's who I am.

I'm using hubby's last name. Maganda naman sya. Though at first nag isip isip ako kung gusto ko ba talaga sya gamitin. There was this company nga na nihire ako after my wedding tapos tinanong ako nung HR Generalist kung gusto ko pa daw gamitin ang maiden name ko, nag isip isip ako, pero I know naman kasi na magiging proud si hubby pag ginamit ko last name nya, so I chose to change it, funny nga iyon kasi I tried so hard to make a signature in less than 30 minutes, pinagpractise muna ako nung HR, para daw kasi sa contract. hehe.. Napilitan ako. It took me a year para masanay na tinatawag na mrs.... dati pag may tumatawag sa last name ko parang iniisip ko muna, ako ba yung tinatawag nya? hehe

 para kasing nawala ang identity ko after i changed name. kaya minsan i put the hyphenated form, minsan naman with my husband's surname na lang.

if you love your husband, no matter how bad or sounds good his surname, its an identity that you embraced your husband's whole being and sympre respeto na lang sa asawa at sa in-laws mo.

btw, i love his surname, spanish surname.. bongga!
