^^ Yup I sometimes use a jacket inside the gym. The AC is just too cold sometimes, and when I exercise, I want to feel the sweat coming out of my skin hehe.

It also helps having a jacket when I dance. My boobs, at least, are not jumping all over the place LOL. I have a big chest kasi, so even with a very good sports bra, my boobs are still noticeable. Nakaka-conscious minsan gumalaw-galaw.

dati i spent a few months in canada, on the first day of Martial Arts training we had circuit training for warm up. about 5 minutes after our circuit training. malamig na ako. so it made me think twice too of what i'm wearing. siyempre iba standards ng tolerance nila compared sa akin.

medyo na shock din nga ako cardio wise kasi the teacher, to keep us warm, would, often keep us active with short breaks. so huff and puff ako for the first few sessions bago naging accustomed ako sa pace.

so it pays naka jacketsweatshirt.

though after 1 month nasanay na ako.

:) Malakas din airconditioning sa mga gyms dito and since Christmas na, mas maayos nga if may jacket para mas mabilis pawisan.  Sleeveless sometimes doesn't work kahit panay pa ang takbo sa treadmill.

Yes meron, I forget the name of this one store in Shang Mall that's dedicated to yoga wear. It's at the 2nd floor at the other entrance of Debenham's ito, near the escalators.

That said you can wear what you want as long as it's not too constricting and it's comfy for you.

Basta ba it's comfy for you, pwede nama. Alam ko yung pang thighs are like shorts yata. Also sis what these do is make you sweat more, which leads to weight/fat loss, thereby making your thighs and the rest of you smaller. Nothing will spot reduce body parts.

I don't really think this is o.t. naman. Re a sports bra, it's really a personal choice but I know its better to provide some support to the breast tissue to keep them from sagging eventually. You can easily wear a pull-over type sports bra with light support.

Everlast is on sale now, most of their stuff is 50% off. I was at the North edsa branch last week and I bought 2 bottoms, yung Poly-shell fabric na capri with ties at the leg was P650 from P1.2K and plain black knee pants for P400 only, so both for P1050 lang! Pretty cheap na. I don't normally buy this brand because of it's fit on me, but for this price sulit na.

Then at Nike Women in Gateway may mga grey training pants (the one with the white flower print at the back of the knee) sa 30% off rack nila aside from other stuff they have there. I always check this branch out because of their sale rack.

i think, yes. the normal bras won't be able to support the constant pounding our body gets when running/jogging. it's more comfortable also if you wear a sports bra.

I noticed sa Surplus Shops daming Athleta bottoms. It's a brand of attire for yoga :) Around 400 lang yung full length pants, shorts around 300. Sa tiangge kasi mga 700 na siya. They have from XS (nakakita pa ako ng XXS) to XL (I think I also saw XXL). Sayang nga di ko binili nun yung leggings na mid-calf length at yung skirt na may built in shorts.

I'm frustrated naman with looking for a good sports bra na no more than 1k :(

^^ you can try sa Nike Women pag nag sale minsan 700-900++ na lang. My take on sports bra kasi dapat talaga quality eh especially pag endowed. Hirap din maghanap ng size. Investment din sya for me

red_rose: I bought in SM Makati and Bicutan, pero mas marami sa Makati, pero mabilis rin maubos yung stocks. In the website of athleta, the pants go as much as $80 :-o kaya sulit na yung 400, wala pang $10 hahaha :)

sarahsensible: Thanks for the tip :)
