dri-fit shirt
dri-fit jogging pants
sneakers
sportsbra
towel

ano pa po? TIA ;D

i suggest you wear training shoes rather than sneakers as they provide ample support for the feet  :)

^training shoes? uhmmmm.. I was just wearing flip flops pag na sa threadmill or doing pull-ups and dips. Comfy naman ako so far. Does it have an impact if I don't wear proper shoes while doing the workout?

flipflops are not recommended while on the treadmill, maybe if you're walking lang, pwede pa. but if you're running, you'll get injured in the long run. it's better to wear the proper shoes when running, even if sa treadmill lang.

i got this from eclipse gym forum:

Quote
Shoes are optional.  We recommend that you do not wear shoes unless you are on the treadmill or in a class.  Chuck Taylors, Addidas Samba, or flat/hard-soled shoes are okay.  Regular rubber/athletic shoes cause often cause instability and are the source of most injuries in sports.  Athletic shoes will make your weights seem heavier when you squat and dead lift.

this would apply to those who lift weights. me, i'm usually bare-foot. gives me better balance.  :D
