pede na rin ba dito itanong kung anong gamit nyong gym bag? ako kasi yung sa fitness first na free bag yung gamit ko, kapag madaming laman parang masisira yung zipper kaya nagbabalak ako bumili ng bag. sana me magsuggest kung ano maganda. tnx.

i suggest puma, adidas and nike backpacks.. ako din balak kong bumili ng backpack kasi fitness first na freebie lang ang meron ako.

i think may nike outlet din along shaw blvd. correct me if i'm wrong huh.  just started going to the gym last week.  i'm also looking for a good sports bra.  i'm currently using my old one which i bought last year when i was into badminton. kaso parang nakukulangan na ko sa support nya e. may sizes for the well-endowed right?

I might have given the wrong impression, I bought at ebay.  What got me hooked is that I can get things that are regular priced in nike stores kahit sale.  Then ask nalang kayo if may items pa na hindi posted.

^Try SM Department stores sis. I think they have gym outfits at a much lower price than Nike, Adidas or the like

i bought gym attire in cinderella, the brands are body music and sassa... shempre konting tipid muna ako since bago lang ako sa ff... pag tumagal saka na ako bibili ng bago ulit... like ko puma... gaganda ng mga gym outfits nila

actually, for me, shorts and any comfy tshirt would do - drifit ideal
or those freebie na singlets pag sumali kayo sa mga 3K/5K/10K runs (adidas KOTR, newbalance, mizuno etc)
mahal [textspeak!] kung mega outfit pa na branded.
maganda lang sa drifit, hindi ganun ka hassle sa pawis.

hmm other than the basic attire, it would also help to have water bottle para di na pabalik balik sa drinking fountain - also good for your protein shake after the workout.
