PD 2005-- actually mukhang abot ako sa retrogression issue... kaso we need to file it before it closes... what do you think mga sis bumagal kaya ang progression nito or what?

to answer your question sis, share ko na lang what we did. When we got our case number, I (applicant) sent NVC an email re: Choice of Agent. A few days later, hubby received a mail from NVC containing COA and AOS. He scanned the AOS and sent it to me so I could fill it up. Then I sent the scanned copy to NVC (file must be in PDF format). A week after I sent my first email, I received a response from NVC acknowledging  hubby as my agent. So hindi na umabot yung email ko with scanned COA. I didnt send them a physical mail na.

i suggest you send an email and send a physical mail as backup (just to be sure). kung alin lang ang mauna

hello mga sisters! ask ko lang sana if pwede ko pa ituloy ang vaccine sa st. lukes even if tapos na ko magpamedical? i mean yung mga kasunod ng mga vaccines na ibinigay nila sakin dun?would they still charge me for that?help naman mga sis!thanks!

question.. i've reviewed the list of requirements sa interview..and it seems almost all the required documents like marriage and birth cert. pati NBI clearance na submit ko na before..  do i need to secure another one? thanks

arg! nakakalito kasi.. dun sa mismong appointment letter..wala naman masyado nakalagay na requirement.. pero dun sa  'interview preparation' section sa travel.state.gov.. dami dami..

sis kung ano ang mga pinasa mo sa NVC dalhin mo lahat, pati proof of evidence like family pictures, cards (b-day / aniversary )joint account etc.

question ulit..regarding the medical exam.. pano kung wala akong mai present na evidence na nakuha ko na lahat ng required immunization? kailangan bang ulitin yun? and excluded pa ba yun sa $213 na babayaran? o kasama na.. thanks!

^no need to present any medical record. ask lang nila kung nagka-chicken pox ka at nasan yung scar. kasama na yung 1 or 2 shots sa fee na yun, depende sa age mo kung ilang shots.
