@septembernine, okay sa kin basta wag lang kami ma RFE... and when the time comes for their medical and interview, smooth lahat. Di pa balik2x bec need sputum test etc. Ok lang samin if until next year pa basta smooth lahat yung visa journey nila. We're not that bit of a hurry...actually it's going faster than we thought.

thats true sis lyn. i'll be lucky to get an interview for dec. if not, i dont mind waiting for another month. im fortunate enough na mabilis ang processing for f2a category. it hasnt been even a year since we submitted our i130 application and yet case complete na ako when it took 4-5 years for others.

F4 kami, bakit ganun, month of november PD is april 1991 then ngaung dec naging JAN 88? How come umatras? possible pala un?!

may retrogression sis nangyayari talaga iyon... 

F3 category ko... lahat naman tayo naging disappointed sa VB ngayon most esp. sa ating category...'

sana man lang maging considerate naman sila at isipin nila na sobrang tagal na natin naghihintay (haha)... hayz! kung ppwede lang sana iyon ano... 10 years waiting na po kami sis...'

dont worry sis, i read it wont be long and the retrogression will be lifted soon. uubusin lang daw yung backlogs for fy 2010. hopefully by feb balik na sa normal

Hi!

Actually, wala akong idea if what you meant by "touch", ito ba yung date na nareceive ng USCIS ang application namin? Kasi sa NOA1 nakalagay na PD and Receipt date is July 2010, then if nag check naman ako sa USCIS site, "On Aug 6 we received... etc" something like that.. kaya medyo nalilito din ako which one talaga ang PD ko..

Thanks sis! Now i know! nagulat lang talaga ako! 14 years na kaming waiting, turning 15. Bakit ba kasi sa F4 kami!  ang tagal tuloy, over age na nga ako, sana wag umabot sa mga kapatid ko, they're 19 na. erh!

oh well, thanks again sis! sana come January okay na ulit...

hi ask lang me na receive na yung hubby ko na letter from embassy.. choice of agent form... ask ko sino ang dapat ilagay dun yung nag petition or un pinetition... kasi we are both confuse eh.. hope someone will help... and ask lang ano na ang susunod dito? after this ano na wait nya? TIA.

the agent will receive all future correspondence with NVC. in the COA form (ds3032), you can choose whether you wish to appoint an agent or not. i suggest gawin mong agent si hubby mo (the petitioner) since nasa US na siya and he could receive mails faster. You (the applicant) will have to fill-up the form.

Did you receive the Choice of Agent form together with AOS bill?

only the form DS-3032 choice of agent lang...
may i ask what's next after this... and how many months pa ang waiting?
