Question po.

I was petitioned by my mom when I was 25 years old-single and green card holder sha nun.  Then I got married.  After  a few years naging US citizen ang mom ko.  Does that mean wala na yung petition ko?  she needs to file again?  Ty po.

What the number po na tinatawagan nyo?  Was calling the 603-334-0700 number pero laging busy.

hello po sa inyo... sana po matulungan nyo ko sa problem ko.. my husband want to file a petition with me and our son... ang problem ko is hindi ko mafill up ang G - 325 form kasi hindi ko alam kung ano ang ilalagay ko sa city and residency ng father ko... nasa US kasi siya ngayon and he is an immigrant visa holder for 30 years until now.. he is married there at the same time he is married to my mom here in phils... i can't put his city and recidency bcoz bka magkaproblema siya doon... then gusto ko sanang ilagay ang city and residence nya [textspeak!] sa philippines pero baka naman masilip ng US immigration na wala siya [textspeak!] sa pinas... so hindi ko [textspeak!] alam kung ano ang dapat ilagay.. its very complicated in my part.. nahihirapan ako... salamat sa gustong magbigay ng advice or dapat kong gawin... natutuliro na ako... @zetty - legal bang nakapunta sa u.s. yung father mo? hindi sya nag-file ng divorce sa mother mo bago sya nagpakasal dun sa 2nd wife nya? kasi pwede yun, may kilala akong ganung case, before he got married to his us citizen spouse, he filed for divorce.

pinadala yung divorce papers sa wife nya sa manila and the wife just signed it. finile din nya sa philippine embassy sa u.s. and sa dfa manila. yung ex-wife nya, nakapunta rin naman sa u.s. through her usc son, status nya single or divorced sa mga papeles. wala syang naging problem sa papers, legal lahat.

i don't think hahanapan ka ng divorce papers ng parents mo kasi wala naman silang kinalaman sa petition mo. tsaka hindi naman requirement yung papeles na yun sa category ng petition nyo. so lagay mo na lang kung legal naman sya dun, lagay mo sa u.s. yung address nya. pero pag dating ng araw na ipe-petition mo yung mother mo, baka hanapin sa kanya yung husband nya, dun masilip na hindi pa pala sila divorced.

sis ang alam ko kapag ganun wala na yung petetion na yun para sa iyo dahil nagingg citizen na sya, need nya mag ulit file ng panibagong petetion para sa iyo. mas madali ka makakasunod kung di ka muna nag pakasal kahit na u.s citizen na mother mo.

hi sisses!question lang po..ngfiled na kasi ng I-130 petition si husband..after 2weeks nreceive na nya yun NOA1...sino po may idea kung ilan months bago mareceive yun NOA2?and ilan months po kaya yun processing?USC na si husband...thanks in advance:)

^^sis ganun talaga, nakakafrustrate yung tagal...my grandma is 76 years old nadin when our petition became current...wont wait that long though...i'll consider other options...50+ nadin kasi mother ko...waiting for the right time lang for me and inaalam ko pa process for k1 visa...dont want to rush things though, enjoy nalang muna natin pinas i guess...lets hope for a better VB on january pero nakakalungkot na christmas naman kasi...
