Yep, wait na lang.  Wag mo nang pagsabay-sabayin kasi magulo yun.  Iisa lang passport natin.

uy, andito ka rin pala.  sa sat ko pa lang isubmit documents ko, sana maaprove.  kulang ko na lang yung medical insurance. 30k euro kasi ang required na coverage, pede daw sana yung insurance namin sa office kasi worldwide naman yung coverage pero kinapos, up to 20k euro lang.

tanong ko lang po, plan ko kasi magapply ng mutiple entry, ano dapat yung medical insurance na kunin ko?  dapat ba good for 180 days?  ang mahal kasi pag ganun. or pede good for 30 days lang tapos bili na lang ako ng bago pag babalik ako dun?

^sis, your travel insurance coverage will depend on how long you will be gone. If your itinerary is only for a week then get coverage for a week.

Wala naman problem if you request for a multiple entry visa, you just have to tell the consul that you plan on going back after your initial trip. Then get another travel insurance for your succeeding trips.

how long ba ang processing ng schengen visa? i am here in the middle east, and I applied 3weeks ago na, until now on process pa rin sya sa website.  wala naman sumasagot sa french embassy pa tumatawag ako.  if ever na rejected/denied yung application ko (wag naman sana), siguro naman iuupdate nila yung status sa website di ba?  kasi alangan naman magwait ako forever for my visa.  hehe.  anyways, nasa akin kasi yung passport ko, di ko iniwan sa kanila, kasi nga baka bigla ko gamitin.  pede naman daw, tinatakan lang nila yung passport ko.

^sis, kami 2 weeks lang (10 working days) from the day of our interview. We had our interview Sept 17 and picked up the visa on Sept 30.

^ i tried to call the embassy ulit kanina, wala naman sumasagot sa visa section.  They are open kasi from saturday-wednesday.  sabi nun telephone operator, check ko na lang sa website.  on process pa rin naman nakalagay.

It's not a requirement You just have to show that you can finance your trip. You also have to prove that you have a place to stay by making a hotel booking.

I'm not sure with the minimum amount Sis. In our case, we ony showed less than 100,000 pesos but more than 50,000. We told them that we'll only be there for 15 days. So, make sure na if you'll say na 30  days ka dun, then sufficient then ang pera mo for 30 days sa isang foreign country. But I heard na if someone will sponsor or shoulder your trip then pwede mu rin i-show ang bank accounts nila and pay slips.. na sila ang gagastos for you when you arrive there.

I got the visa na.  I went to the French embassy yesterday, and I left my passport to them for the visa.  Then nakuha ko na kanina.  Medyo tanghali na kasi ako nagpunta kahapon, wala na daw yun pipirma kaya pinabalik ako today.  Wait lang pala nila yun passport ko.  I got 6 months multiple entry visa.

hi sisses! i have a french fiance and we are planning to get tourist visa then get marry there. kasi what he wants eh kasama na niya ko paguwi niya sa france on june at dun kami pakasal instead here.. kasi matagal process dito magaantay pa after marriage to get to france... what we are planning to do now is to apply on my own tourist visa without him sponsoring me kasi we are afraid baka madeny.. kung request ako ng 1 month of stay sa france would you think they would grant me? i am currently working...but will resign once makuha ko yung visa.. pls sisses enligten me kung ano easiest way to do..

hi sisses! i have a french fiance and we are planning to get tourist visa then get marry there. kasi what he wants eh kasama na niya ko paguwi niya sa france on june at dun kami pakasal instead here.. kasi matagal process dito magaantay pa after marriage to get to france... what we are planning to do now is to apply on my own tourist visa without him sponsoring me kasi we are afraid baka madeny.. kung request ako ng 1 month of stay sa france would you think they would grant me? i am currently working...but will resign once makuha ko yung visa.. pls sisses enligten me kung ano easiest way to do..

First thing, if you will say na wala kang sponsor there then you have to prove that you can spend for your trip. Your funds need to be sufficient. If you're going to say that you're supporting yourself through your job now then you have to show pay slips, ITR etc.. And you have to show that you have an approved leave. So, I think problem yan sis if you're going to resign the moment you get your visa approved. That would mean na wala ka nang reason to come back sa Pinas. That would make them think na you're not coming back. And we don't want that diba? Coz that's the main reason why they deny an application for a visa.

I believe it would be good if you just say that you have a sponsor there. Ask for a letter from your fiance and show pictures of the two of you together. That would show them na talagang may mag susuporta sa iyong trip doon. Then show them your fiance's bank cert, pay slips etc. Tell them that the sponsor will also provide a place for you to stay when you get there.

And lastly, if you insist on pretending na wala kang kilala doon then you would have to book in a hotel there and show it to the embassy (since they would need to know where you'll be staying). Hassle diba?

So, just be honest Sis and show them that you're going there for your fiance and that you'll be coming back naman

joeceline, question ko lang ha. When you go to france for a month, at doon kayo pakakasal ni fiance mo, papano ilalakad ni fiance mo ang "family-regroupment visa" mo? Kasi your visa needs to be changed from tourist to an immigrant eh. Tiningnan na ba ni fiance mo ang immigration law nila? All I know eh kailangan mo pa ding umuwi yata sa pilipinas after the wedding tapos ilalakad ni fiance mo ang visa after that. Madali lang naman niya ikaw kuhanin kahit sa pilipinas kayo kasal as long as he meets all the requirements eh. So better to ask your fiance to research the immmigration law first. Mas masarap siyempre ding pakasal kung nasa pilipinas ka at kasama ang buong family, di ba? Your fiance's family can travel to the phils. instead.
