how about making your own sausages? i have this italian sausage recipe:

1/2 kilo ground lean meat (combo of pork and beef, equal amounts)
1 tbsp freshly ground pepper
3 tbsp mix of dried herbs (basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme)
1 tbsp fennel seeds
salt to taste

Mix and marinate for at least an hour. Shape into sausages and fry. Great with fried rice and eggs.

        Mixing bowls
        Wire whisk
        Electric mixer (optional)
        Mixing spoon
        Grater or zester

        INGREDIENTS
        3 cups all-purpose cream
1 1/2 cups plain or vanilla flavored yoghurt
        1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped mixed unsalted nuts

        OR crispy rice
        cereal
        1/2 cup honey
        1 orange

1. Spoon the cream into a mixing bowl then whip with a wire whisk until thick and smooth. Or you may use an electric mixer to do this.

2. Combine the cream with the yoghurt and whip until thick. Add raisins, nuts, and cornflakes OR rice cereal.

3. Drizzle with honey and blend well.

4. Grate the zest of the orange into the mixture. Blend well. You may eat this immediately or chill a few hours or overnight. To serve, spoon into cereal bowls or for more fun, use ice cream bowls.

Danggit, tuyo, daing, dilis, dried pusit
***with suka and fried rice***

Ang sarap naman nito, samahan pa ng black coffee..

Masarap din yung espada, hindi ganun kaalat compared sa danggit. ;)

i'm too lazy to cook breakfast for myself in the morning, so i usually prepare it the day(s) before:

- crustless quiche: eggs, cottage cheese, mushrooms, asparagus/spinach, low-fat milk, mixed into a pie plate and baked the day before. microwave or heat in the toaster before serving.

- tuna sandwich - prepare the spread the day before, then just heat bread the morning you're gonna eat it.
