Poached eggs benedict, florentine or st denise, fritatta, omelette, muesli, pancakes, waffles, home made corned beef and a bowl of fresh fruits!

Personally, I love breakfast!!! But I seldom get to have bfast because I work late and wake up late.

i love breakfast food! this is the only type of food you can be assured that it's fresh specially if you're going to eat at fastfood joints...  ::)

and isn't it tapa and hotdog considered as a processed meat, howcome others are still suggesting it  :P

I'm trying to keep the weight off so I just eat Nesvita in the morning.  The sweet corn flavor is my favorite.  If not, I would eat toasted wheat bread with dairy-lite  :-*   I never forget to drink hot ceylon tea first

sis try cooking adobo tapos lagyan mo ng hardboiled egg after mong ilagay yung toyo-suka mixture. tapos simmer it for ten minutes para manuot yung lasa ng adobo hanggang sa yolk nya ;)

For healthy alternatives i suggest the following:

   1. taho

   2. pritong tokwa or tofu sauteed in kamatis bawang sibuyas with a dash of kintsay if
you like  (if you want delicious tasting tofu that smells and taste like taho, umoorder
kami sa magtataho yung bagong luto para fresh mga 3-4 days shelf life nya)

   3. ginisang diced carrots, corn and green peas

   4. tortang talong

   5. marinated daing na bangus just like sa fastfood, you may try marinating in pineapple
juice, with salt and garlic then fry in the morning

   6. Fresh blended fruit juice (e.g banana & papaya / mango & banana)
