bread with tuna/chicken spread.  Toast mo lang, then add a piece of lettuce, sarap!  I live with my friends kasi so ako lang din nagpreprepare ng bfast ko which I truly believe is the most important meal of the day.  Pag sinisipag, fried rice and homemade tapa din.  Problem lang kasi pag nagluluto ko, dami pa huhugasan. ;D  So I still prefer bread. :)

bread with spreads is very convenient if you want a quick breakfast.  You can try preparing the spreads the night before and just toasting the bread with the spread the next day.  Ie: garlic butter, strawberry and cream cheese, egg salad, chicken salad, tuna and cream cheese or tuna and mayo.  Sardines on pandesal is a favorite of mine.  :D

eggs daw are good to keep you going the whole day, but what I do is I don't eat 90% of the yolk and I don't put in salt. Try eating seafood. Like shrimps in virgin olive oil and garlic, you can substitute it with either squid or tahong.

Also, put in lots of fruits in your breakfast, try crepes so it can go along with your fruit servings.
