I think you need to learn the basics. You need to learn the important tools and ang pag filter. Just search for 'basic photoshop tutorials' or making invites or cards. Mahirap baka malapit na birthday ng baby mo. Good luck!

You need to know how to use the liquify at ang mga tools under liquify. Dapat magaling ka din mg control ng mouse. In making your arms smaller, you will use the pucker tool. Good luck!

^ sis try mo Photoshop CS2 For Dummies or yung The Photoshop book for digital photographers nga lang =)  pero ok din un maedit mo yung pictures =)

Experiment ka na lang using levels, curves or hue/saturation. Doon mo pwde ma adjust yung color. You can also, increase or decrease the green, blue or red. Good luck!
