^I recommend St. Illian's Inn near Makati Cinema Square. Their rates start at P1,500. The rooms are really cozy, clean and not cheap-looking. I think this is your husband's best bet because it's near PCCI plus it's within the budget. Although I think my husband's gonna go for St. Illian's Inn, what do you think of BSA MAnsion?  Is this condotel located within the area of PCCI?  They are a bit pricey compared to St. Illians --  standard room is about P2000/night, with complimentary breakfast & internet connection.

^ BSA Mansion is a good condotel too but it's a bit far from PCCI. BSA is located at Benavidez Street, Legaspi Village I don't know if St. Illian's Inn has internet because when I went there I didn't have my laptop naman with me, I just went there to rest talaga. What I know though is that they have a 24-hour coffee shop that's very apt for night owls. Especially yuppies catching up on some chitchat with friends. Anyway sis, if your husband needs net access, I think he's in a location where net shops/coffee shops with internet access abound I suggest you clarify with St. Illian's Inn talaga if that's really a need. They have contact numbers in their site

They are a bit pricey and a bit far but it will all boil down to what will serve your husband's needs the most

Told my husband about Saint Illian's Inn and he says that's where he's gonna stay.  BSA Mansion is out of the question na since medyo expensive siya, and as you said, a bit far from PCCI.

I'll just email St. Illian's and inquire if they have internet connectivity.

Hi again! Just wondering, has anyone tried staying at El Rico Suites?  It's located at 1048 Metropolitan Ave., Makati.   I couldn't seem to find any reviews online.

My husband has given the Go signal that it would be alright for us to come along with him this December.  Yeesss!!!   While he's at PCCI studying, I'll be at 168 hehe...  Anyway, the total number of people will be 5.  Getting two separate rooms would turn out to be more expensive so we decided booking a 2-bedroom suite at El Rico would be much affordable.  Online rate for 8 nights -- P16,000+.

I just hope this place is okay.

hi! has anyone heard of hotel intramuros de manila? bukas pa ba ito?? we plan on booking a hotel near intramuros and medyo ayaw na namin [textspeak!] mga nasa along roxas boulevard (mahal this time of the year) and [textspeak!] mga bandang looban naman ng malate can be noisy. can you suggest a good hotel/place to stay near intramuros??? my hubby and i plan to have this as our rest and retreat and to enjoy ourselves.we are planning on a walking trip/tour of intramuros and manila (were leaving our kids with the grandparents hehe ) and stay in a hotel for about 3days 2nights

My students and i will be attending a seminar at HK Sun Plaza in Pasay this 2nd week of November.  Can anyone suggest a place that we could stay, a hotel or any accomodation na hindi masyadong mahal but is clean.  I checked at Heritage Hotel and their rate is around 5800 for 2 (breakfast included)?  Is this too expensive?  I think it is kasi.  Help naman po, thanks!

meron mga condotel the cheapest i found was around P1300/day sa makati. meron din yung kababayan hotel try to check nalang their website yun ata cheapest na maayos na alam ko.

i have a condo unit sa may macapagal malapit sa MOA 1 br. fully furnished all new appliances and furnitures with hot and cold water, landline and internet connection.. kaso di ko nagagamit kasi wala naman ako sa pilipinas.. gusto ko sana iparent un ng short term 1 week or 2 weeks ganun kaso hindi ko alam how much ko ipaparent per day.. advice naman po...

we need 1 week accomodation pa eh.. mas ok near greenbelt sana para we can just walk to resto and mall .  anyone stayed in those condotel near greenbelt, someone recommend us BSAtower ok da dun? any input will help  :)thanks

I am planning to go back diyan sa Pinas next year which is exactly on June 2009 or onwards ( hehe, mas mabuti ng maaga ang mga plans). At that time  tapos na me ng college so happy happy dapat.

Question ko lang, send me naman ng mga names ng hotel or apartment which are just cheap in prices around Makati, Quezon City and Manila Area. I can afford naman sa luxury hotels, its just that i am being money wise. Saka i think na it is more thrilling ang exciting to stay in a more public close area. Okay na yung 1 star hotel lang or yung price ranges from 300 plus a night lang. Thanks.

Okay din Fraser, kaya lang malayo from the action in the city. Malalaki rooms nila. Very homey.

Yup super expensive Ascott pero maganda naman and very conveniently located.

Newest ang MIllennim kase they just newly-renovated. Ang ganda ng rooms nila, very underrated pero maganda siya and affordable. Olympia kinda old na pero ok the location and if yoyu get the bigger units ok din naman. Sa Somerset Salcedo meron 3 bedroom suites. Try to inquire.

last december my relatives from the US rented this one bedroom condo located at the millionaires row in fort bonifacio (One McKinley Place). 76 sqm wide. its like a hotel and elegantly  furnished  with unlimited internet connection, complete with a 32 inch lcd plasma tv., fridge, microwave oven, electric cooking range, with separate bedroom and living room,  walking distance to market2 and high street. Rent is very reasonable compared to hotels.
