I have a friend who is coming back to Phils this january... so im looking for a place (hotel/apartment/apartelle) na he can stay in for a few months... kht mga studio or 1 bedroom unit ln within the city... it doesnt have to be super fancy basta malinis lang.. suggestion nman mga sis.. thanks

The last time i checked (mid last year), the monthly rate was around 30k for gilarmi. Call na lang sis to inquire.. 812-3307 to 08.

You can also try the P. Burgos stretch (near Rockwell) such as Makati Palace 899-0344 and ask for their monthly rate. Around 3.5k/night ang 1BR suite nila if I'm not mistaken.

There's also Makati Prime Tower Suites along Kalayaan (near Rockwell din) 750-3010. Baka they still offer their balikbayan rates para cheaper and ask for their monthly rate para cheaper. Standard room is 2.5k/night.

If you want something that's near Gbelt, try Asian Mansion, Perla Mansion or Prince Plaza. I can't find the contact their numbers though

try calling prince plaza.  their rates ranges from 1500 - 2500 per room per night depends on the rooms.

i hope someone can help me on this...
my cousin is getting married this feb and she has guests coming from the US... so, she wanted to have hotel rooms for her guests to stay...

i need 10 rooms...
3 for couples...
and the other seven are double [textspeak!]... [textspeak!] 1 room pero 2 single beds...
and the hotel shoud provide a shuttle or service from the airport to the hotel....

the date is probably around 3rd or 4th week of feb...

another thing pa pla..
can u suggest nice places to go.... in manila or makati area [textspeak!] din...
it can be ktv, bar or somewhere that u can have fun and have a good time..

check out Peninsula Manila, Shangri-La Makati, New World Renaissance Hotel. these are my top 3 favorite hotels in Makati. im sure they will do a shuttle service. u just have to talk to their front desk manager or reservations officer to be sure.

as for Pen Mla. u can also try to contact the PR office, look for Mr. Garchitorena or Ms. Elouise (though not sure if she's still there) & maybe he can help u out with the wedding plans & announcements for the wedding.

yup..new world renaissance.. and makati shang sarap ng food dun.. they could go sa greenbelt dami bars and restos dun.. super lapit lang sa 2 hotels na to..

There is also Ayala Museum your cousin's guest can visit to get an idea of our country's history.

I recommend New World coz I always stay there. I like their lobby and sobrang lapit sa Greenbelt so kahit na magkalasing-lasing kayo hindi masyadong malayo ang lalakarin hehe.

If you want budget rooms naman, try mo ang Prince Plaza II, it's the first building along dela Rosa St., near GB1. Sobrang accessible din sya and mura.

cafe havana? i wont dare bring my foreign friends over! its a first class hang out of prostitutes located in the heart of the prestigious ayala center!

go to Embassy instead. alot of places to hang out at The Fort.

San ba me murang hotel/decent apartel/transient rooms sa manila or even makati area?  I have to stay kahit one night  lang together with my baby and one yaya. Please send ur infos here, i need to have one asap. My budget for one night's stay is around 500 pesos. Kahit hinde sosy [textspeak!] hotel or kahit apartel or kahit pang transient lang, mas mura ang transient diba?  basta huwag lang motel kase i have a child with me.

If youre looking for a nice apt. hotel in Makati Area I would suggest  Somerset in Salcedo Village. My ex stayed there for 8 months and its a nice place. There is a gym and pool din and resident's lounge. Another would be Fraser Place,  Its more expensive but he said its also a lot lot better.
