Applications for Japan Visa for applicants residing in North India can be applied at VFS Japan Visa Application Centre, New Delhi. Applicants can also submit application at VFS Jalandhar and Chandigarh offices and at 6 collection centers operated by Blue Dart vivavideomaker

My hubby and I got our JP SE Visa today!!!

We filed our application with UHI Dusit Thani.

July 27 - Submitted documents
July 29 - Received sms na lodged na sa JP embassy
July 30 - Received sms na ready na for pick-up ang passports namin

We submitted even the not required documents just to be sure. lol

We submitted COE, Credit card statements, Flight tickets and hotel bookings. Better safe than sorry

Highly recommended namin ang UHI Dusit Thani, mababait at accommodating ang staff. Tip is to pay for the visa application fee during expo. The regular processing fee is Php 1200, sa expo, we got it at Php 500, sulit

Meron Phil Travel Mart expo onthe last week of August.  Ask Discovery Travel or Universal if they'll be joining that.  Or ask them if they'll be joining a travel expo anytime soon.

Hello! What time ang cut off ng UHI para the next following day masubmit ang requirements mo? Sa Reli Tours kasi kapag past 3PM, after 1 working day pa bago mapasa sa Japan Embassy.

Going to Japan this November. It'll be our 2nd time. We applied in Friendship Travel and Tours when we applied first time. For this year, we will be travelling with yaya. Any tips? Wala siyang bank account.

Sinamahan ko sister ko kahapon sa Universal Holidays Inc. (UHI) in their Makati Office. I can't help but compare the staff in UHI sa Reli where I applied for my Japan Visa App a couple of years back. Sa UHI, mas friendly and kalmado sila. Pagpasok mo pa lang bibigyan ka na # number. Systematic ang pag-aantay. Sa Reli Tours kasi pagpasok kailangan mo pa magtanong dun sa staff tapos parang ayaw ka pa bigyan ng #. Haha.

Will definitely recommend them. We availed their P500 promo sa last travel madness expo.

I hate Reli!! Parang galit sa customer yung mga staff. Nagpunta ako sa Reli twice on different occassions pero never nag-push through kasi ang dami nilang di tinatanggap and sobrang daming hinihingi. Submitted the same requirements sa Friendship, and guess what, no fuss and we got 5-year multiple entry visas. Sobrang accomodating nung mga staff sa Friendship at ang bilis lang ng process sa kanila. Got our visas 2 days after I submitted the requirements.

my last 2 applications (SE) are through Reli tours. no problems naman - kc sila based sa list ng requirements sa embassy - yun lang ang kukunin nila - ayaw nila ng extra documents not related to the list (ie: flight booking,hotel booking etc). yun nga lang magtatanong ka nga kung may number kasi walang nagaasikaso ng pagbigay ng number. and oh - iba rate nila ng single entry (950) sa multiple entry (1200 i think)

this year - i was able to avail of the P500 fee ng Universal Holidays Inc sa Travel Fair last July (regular fee nila is P1200). i checked with them and their rate for a single and multiple entry application is the same.  they accept addtl documents as support for your application like flight bookings and certificate of employment. they are also quite fast - i submitted Aug 28, they lodged the application Aug 29 as they informed me thru text, then August 30 (in the afternoon) received a text from them informing me that our passports are ready for pick up.

Mabait si Japan Embassy - my brother and i were granted a multiple entry visa. and this with my brother currently unemployed (but with savings in the bank). nagsubmit lang ng explanation letter as to why he cant submit an ITR (actually he can, but he's no longer employed with that company so i did not submit it na)

Hi mga sis! need help. noob question lang.

1. Nakabooked kami ng Osaka this coming October. may used SE visa na kami and nagtokyo na kami last year. Baka pwede po ako pahelp sa schedule of stay na ipapasa ko for visa application? Parang 6N6D kami since yung first day namin is gabi na ang arrival sa KIX so check in and tulog na lang talaga. TIA

2. Also naka-avail din kami sa travel expo ng visa fee of 500 sa UHI last July. Hindi ko natanong kung till when validity nung na-avail namin. balak namin to apply this September. nagworry ako baka hindi namin magamit at naexpire na pala. sana hindi. TIA mga sis!

1. you dont need the itinerary to be exact naman. check the other thread where some posted their itinerary - simplify mo na lang. you've submitted one naman before so you have a format already. even if you're going for 6 days, you can submit a 4 day naman - as long as you dont submit your ticket.

2. if you got it last July - nakalagay naman sa receipt until when sya valid - but i recall it being valid until Dec 31 2019
