I hate Reli!! Parang galit sa customer yung mga staff. Nagpunta ako sa Reli twice on different occassions pero never nag-push through kasi ang dami nilang di tinatanggap and sobrang daming hinihingi. Submitted the same requirements sa Friendship, and guess what, no fuss and we got 5-year multiple entry visas. Sobrang accomodating nung mga staff sa Friendship at ang bilis lang ng process sa kanila. Got our visas 2 days after I submitted the requirements.

Ayoko ng handling nila sa customers. Kung hindi lang ako naka-based near SM Megamall, hindi ako magtitiyaga sa kanila. Eto experience ko sa kanila.

2017: Pinabalik pa ako kasi ayaw nila tanggapin bank certificate ko from company provident fund. 2 working days processing lang. I was granted SE Visa.
2018:  Mabilis lang din. 2 working days ulit. This time I was granted 5-year ME Visa. I paid for P950 lang.

Sharing our experience with UHI

Aug 31 - Submitted the requirements of my sister with guarantor. P500 lang from travel expo promo. We availed the delivery as well.

Sept 2 - Received an sms notification that passport and requirements were submitted to embassy. Sosyal auto email sila ha. Lol.

Sept 3 - Received sms that passport was already in 2go for delivery

Sept 4 - Received passport with SE Visa! Issuance date is Sept 2.

So happy di ako mag-Japan mag-isa. hehe. Guys UHI na lang kayo! Friendly ang mga tao. Aasikasuhin talaga kayo like a travel agency. Para kasing government office feels yung Reli Tours. :/

We just submitted our visa application earlier in UHI. I'm excited for our Autumn trip kasi 1st out of the country trip namin ito with my baby who will be 15 mos old by that time. And isasama din naming si yaya para may katuwang kami sa pag aasikaso kay Baby. Sana ma-approve yung kay yaya. Dun ako kinakabahan. Though we applied as a group kaya I'm hoping for the best. Multiple entry na ang nirequest namin kasi it will be our 2nd time ni hubby and we also plan to watch the opening of Olympics next year. Kaya sana sana sana.....

Kaka-approve lang ng Japan Visa namin ng parents ko at brother ko this September. Single entry. This month na rin ang trip namin. Ang prob is hindi na makakasama ang parents ko dahil may malaking project si mama sa office at kailangan ang presence niya. Ang question ko, kapag nag-apply kami ng family ko for a multiple entry visa eh maa-approve kaya ang parents ko? O single entry ulit sila?

We submitted our visa application last Saturday sa UHI. May mga nabasa ako sa ibang groups na nagtetext daw sila if na-lodge na sa embassy yung passport but wala pa naman ako nareceive na text. this is our second time applying for japan visa BUT kabado pa din. we already requested for ME. Kinakabahan pa din kami hoping ma-grant kami ng visa ni hubby.

Just an update, approved yung VISA namin.  We got Multiple entry ni hubby, pero si lo, yaya, MIL and [textspeak!], single entry lang. Pero okay na yun, maybe because it would be their first time to travel to Japan.

2nd Japan Visa Application for my mom sa UHI

Oct 8 (Tue)
3PM: Submitted the scanned copy of requirements via email for pre-assessment
6PM: Received feedback on the lacking requirements

Oct 9 (Wed)
11AM: Re-submitted the complete requirements with scanned copy of deposit slip
2PM: Received feedback that the requirements are complete. They asked if the PSA BIrth/Marriage Certificates were issued within the year. I replied, yes.
2:30PM: I availed the Grab Express Delivery to have the requirements delivered to Makati
3:00PM: Per Grab, UHI received my requirements
4:30PM: I received an email confirming receipt of requirements for submission to the embassy the following day, Oct 10 (Thu)

Sobrang bilis! Hindi ko na kailangan antayin mag-Saturday (day off) to have my requirements reviewed. Hope all is well like my sister's application. After 2 working days lang nareceive na niya passport niya from UHI with a SE Japan Visa. Hoping for the same for mommy.

^Sa UHI kami nag-submit and got our passports back in 2 days.  Isa yata sila sa pinakamahal at P1,500 pero worth it.  Lahat ng documents na sinubmit namin sinama and everyone there was so pleasant.

I've had my Japan visa processed twice by UHI, and I agree with most of the people in this forum, na super okay sila. Friendly, very accommodating to their clients.

My latest application (late 2018), I submitted via Attic tours, mainly because they opened up a branch at SM North (near where I live). Similar to UHI, they're one of the most expensive in terms of fee, and may additional fee pa if you're applying for a multiple entry visa.

They're not the warmest when it comes to customer service, but they're okay naman. Medyo cramped lang masyado dun sa SM North branch nila, so kung punta ka dun, pili ka ng medyo patay na oras para di masyado maraming tao.

To those looking for discounted VISAs, meron Japan Fiesta in SM Aura this weekend.  There will be some travel agencies there.  Sabi sa akin ng Discovery Travel, they will offer the visa there for 600 pesos.  Nakita ko din that UHI will be there.  Nakita ko lang yung Japan Fiesta on FB, hanapin nyo na lang dun ang details

I'm paranoid kasi I printed out my application form and it can only fit names of my 2 hotels. Di kasya for the 3rd one. Sa daily iti, 3 hotels ang declared ko. Huhu sana di naman maging reason for denial.
