Mga sis, may nakatry na ba ng shirataki rice or pasta sa inyo? Ok ba?

Iniisip ko kasi kung bibili ako or totally ditch rice nalang talaga. Minsan kasi ang hirap iwasan lalo pag masarap ulam haha.

Here's my profile:

Height: 5'1"
Starting weight: 156 lbs (May 2019)
Current weight: 124 lbs (August 2019)

Regimen:
I ditched rice, sweets, chips completely. Di na ko naghanap ng alternative (brown rice, red rice, etc). As in tinanggal ko lang. Technically parang low carb diet sya but I get my carbs sa veggies and fruits para more on fiber, so I still consume about 100g of carbs everyday. Also less salt, more water. ito talaga lakas makawala ng tummy. No bloating and mas light ang feeling. No workout pa at the moment. I'm okay na with my current weight but I'm looking at a little bit of weight training to tone.

I'm actually not very much on checking my weight, in fact nagweigh lang ako para mashare ko dito hehe nagulat rin ako na I lost that much already in a span of 3+ months. Mas more on body measurement ang basis ko. So far I already lost around 7 inches off my waist and my boobs went from 40C to 36B (I'm still not sure if I'm happy about this lol).

Sa ngayon wala na kong pakialam sa kanin. More gulay, fruits, and meat/fish na lang talaga. I still eat fried foods. Sometimes I eat bread (pandesal) and pasta still pero truth is I can't seem to stand them anymore, as in ang bilis ko mabusog and I don't feel good after. Kaya konti lang rin nakakain ko.

medyo napasarap ng lamon since june - present, from 80kgs nung december, i weighed 65kgs nung may, last weigh in ko.. last month nung ape nasa 68 nako agad ano pa kaya ngayon? mukhang kailangan ko ng wag na mag kanin forever and eat more fruits and drink more water.. guilty as charged sarap mag buffet at samgyup eh  ;D

Currently going back healthy eating. Nasa field ako for almost 1 month so puro food ko may kanin at chips, sweets, at kung ano pa. Hindi ako nakakapag prep ng sarili ko. I gained weight din From 49 kg to 51.5kg.

Current weight: 50.1kg
Goal weight: 46 kg

Started with BGC Blend last Aug 22- Nabili ko to beautymnl, meal replacement siya blended with bananas pero ang ginagawa ko breakfast and lunch lang. Pag dinner kumakain ako ng salad or ulam, ayaw kasi ng mom ko ng walang meal. hahaha so pag nasa office patakas na hindi ako kumakain. Then Pinipilit ko talag uminom ng 1L of water. Marami na para sa akin yan, di kasi ako mainom ng water.

Once a week lang din ako nakaka pag jog. After office kasi gusto ko na umuwi or mag mall, so walking nalang wthout pawis nga lang.

Pag kasama ko naman si bf, bawal din [textspeak!] ginagawa ko na BGC smoothie, wala daw sustansya yun. Well agree naman ako, hindi ko rin alam ano nutrients ng barley grass and green coffee, so healtier choice nalang kami sa pagkain. Sa ngayon, push talaga kami na gulay or fish lang pag kakain.

HW: 150lbs (2013-2015)
LW:124lbs (2018)

CW: 131lbs(2019) (happy!)

Im tall and hindi talaga tabain. lower belly fat ang problem ko. I just started working out, last month ako nagsimula and glad I did! I feel stronger and more energetic. maganda pala result ng work out hindi lang outside appearance. nagregular din mens ko. and lumiit tyan ko. di ko alam na sa workout lang pala liliit ang stomach ko. sa una lang mahirap kasi hindi nga ako sporty or athletic pero you can achieve anything if you set your mind to something. meron pa din ako puson pero di na gaya ng dati. so push pa!

about my diet. Keto ulit ako minsan dirty. still no rice. patikim tikim ng bawal. light to no meal lang sa gabi. inom keto hot choco. I admit there are times I dont feel great. I feel deprived. stressed out. kahit kitang kita sa pics na ang laki ng pinagbago ko. ganun naman ata talaga there are days like that. pero I have to remind myself dapat hindi lang skinny dapat strong din. I also learned na lasapin ang kakainin hindi basta nakain out of boredom. disciplined na din ako and Im learning everyday.

We need to prepare kasi mag hoholiday nanaman! hahaha. push lang! if its easy everybody would do it! its supposed to be hard. thats what makes it great.
