^^nahirapan din akong alisin ang rice and pasta kaya nung nagstart ako ng LCIF. Kapag malasa yung food hinahanap ko talaga yung rice kasi nauumay ako, walang pangbalanse. Ang naging technique ko lagi akong may lettuce or cucumber pangtanggal umay sa ulam

^^ Hi sis, yes 3 weeks palang. Ako din di naniniwala haha. Minsan nga tatlong beses ako papatong sa timbangan, iniisip ko kasi na baka nagloloko yung timbangan pero same results. I also weigh in pounds para sure na sure pero talagang parehas ang lumalabas. Napapansin ko din na yung mga pasaway kong fats sa gilid eh medyo lumiliit na yey! 

^ Rice talaga sis ang sruggle sakin huhu! Dati kasi kahit konti ulam basta maraming kanin eh keri na hahaha! Anyway, I did 2 weeks challenge way back 2016, inspired by Rendon Labador. Nakaya kong di mag-rice nun for 2 weeks, as in kahit butil, sana nga tinuloy tuloy ko nalang  Pero at least alam ko na kaya ko hehe.

Ang maipapayo ko lang sa mga nagwoworkout, sabayan ng diet kung gusto talagang maglose hehe. Marami lang kasi ako kasabayan na nagjajogging. Pero ako walking lang talaga. Then sila sa itinagal nila na nagjajogging halos gabi gabi e parang wala naman ako nakikita na transformation. Ganun pa rin. Mabilbil pa rin. siguro pagtapos magjogging todo naman ang lamon.. 😆
Ako kahit papano nakita ko naman ang pagbabago sa body ko. Nasusuot ko na ulit yun mga maliliit kong tshirt. 😊

hay 3 days na akong hindi nakakapagIF since dumating si hubby kasi kailangan ko sya sabayan kumain. Sa office naman ang daming tukso tska boring kaya kahit snacks napapakain ako. Dati kasi eating window ko is office hours eh. LC na lang nagagawa ko tska binabawasan ko portion ng food ko since di ako nakakapagIF  :(

Will do alternate low carb starting today. Yoko biglain alisin yung rice, nakasanayan ko yun baka mahilo ako hehe.

Bale gagawin ko LC today. then Sunday moderate carbs.
then Monday LC, then Tuesday moderate carbs. and so on and so forth.

^^ sis pwede mo unti untiin muna alisin [textspeak!] rice. Ex 2 days 1 cup of rice ka lang per meal, Next 2 days 1 cup per day, then kahit every lunch 1/2 cup hanggat unti unti mong matanggal.
Habang binabawasan mo [textspeak!] rice dagdag ka ng meat or eggs or seafood hanggang mabusog. Tapos wag ka muna magIF sanayin mo muna katawan mo sa LC. Kapag sanay ka na kukusa na katawan mo sa IF kasi busog ka lagi. Basta eat more meat, eggs and seafood and iwas sa sweets.

^ Hi sis, thanks! :) Anyway, nag less rice na muna ako and I make sure na ako ang magsasandok ng kanin ko hahaha kapag iba kasi, napapadami, so sasabihin ko, "ako magsasandok ng akin" and okay naman results, minsan once a day nalang ako mag-rice at half rice nalang siya. Di ko na maiwasang di mag-IF, in a month, nasanay na katawan ko. Di na talaga ako nagbi-breakfast dahil di ako gutom, kapag lunch na ako gugutumin tapos nun gabi na ulit :)

I weigh myself today and it's 75kgs flat :D Yohoooo! Worth it :)

Tagal ko na din pala hindi nakapagpost dito. Just want to give an update about my weight. Weighed in this morning and the scale read 51.2kg!
Yay! April na.. 1.2kg na lang to reach my 50kg goal 😊

hi everyone, i just want to share my weight loss journey, so lahat na ng diet ginawa ko na ata para akong yoyo, papayat at tataba ulit. Then i discovered about keto diet, then give it a try, i am hitting 70 kilos na sobrang over weight na for my body. standing 5", ideal weight should be 47-50 kilos lang ideally.

i am now on my 5th month of keto, 1st month 2 kilos agad nawala sa akin for strict eating, then may my brother who also in keto gave me something that will speed up my weight loss plus more energy. it's a keto supplements that our doctor approved, (by the way i consulted our family doctor first before doing this diet) --  i started taking that keto supplements for speed up burning. as of today i lost 10 kilos with the right diet and taking that keto advanced weight loss
supplements. May mga times na iniiyakan ko na talaga bigla ko pagtaba kasi from 45 kilos, nag hit ako ng 70 kilos, good thing na discover ang keto diet.

my everyday  routine
IF :for 16 hrs.
8 hrs of window eating, minsan once lang ako kumain pero heavy meals, but minsan wala din ako gana maybe because of water intake, nakaka 6-8 liters ako ng water everyday.

coffee is nakaramdam ako ng gutom sa umaga just to pass the fasting ng 16 hrs. minsan nagging 22 pa nga fasting ko, then i'll eat meat - chicken with moderation of keto approved veggies.

It?s been a while 
So, after IF, napansin ko na di a ulit bumaba weight ko. 80kgs down to 75kgs in a month of doing IF. So I decided to start my LC diet last March 26. After 2 weeks of Dirty LC, I am now 72kgs  Hindi pa ako strict nun at may nakapansin talaga na pumayat ako especially sa tummy ko na lumiit na. Also the side fats, besh keri na, nawawala na siya. As of now, I am wearing my old pants na matagal kong di nasuot dahil hindi na nagkasya sakin but dude kasya na siya hahaha. Also the dress that I used to wear before, nasusuot ko na din. Super love it talaga  kala ko di ko kaya ang no rice ng matagal, but I did. More fats to lose 

hello sissies! goodluck sa mga challenges natin in life! hahaha

grabe from 48kg bammm to 50.9kg ako, .1 nalang 51 na eh! huhu napabayaan ko sarili ko. Nalulungkot tuloy ako. wahhh I need to diet na ulit. nakakainis lang kasi hirap labanan ng cravings ko pero before naman nagawa ko :( feeling ko nag start to nung sunod sunod out of town namin, so kain dito kain dyan.

^start ulit ng diet. you can always bounce back sis. kaya yan hehe. dami pa araw

anyway. maintain ako ngayon. nag keto kasi ako. ngayon super dirty keto ginagawa ko. so far ok naman. hindi nag gagain hindi naglolose.
