Hi guys!

My fiance and I just got engaged last December 9, and we're probably going to have a July 2019 wedding. I'm a bit clueless as to how to start the planning, and if I need to enlist full coordination services, especially as I saw your posts and you already have most of your suppliers booked.

I'm a bit scared that there wouldn't be enough time if we wait for the formal pamamanhikan to happen in April 2018 before we really start planning. What do you guys think?

Also, most of what I've read in the threads here point to mid- and high-level suppliers, and I'm assuming that most of you have budgets upwards of 800k. I feel tuloy that our 500k budget wouldn't be enough. It's a bit stressful na for me, even though we haven't really started planning.

Yun din lagi sinasabi sa akin - na matagal pa yung 2019. Pero nakakapressure na ang dami niyo nang booked suppliers.

Plan na namin ni h2b na pumunta sa Weddings & Beyond on Jan 13-14 para mag-canvass ng suppliers. Need to know magkano na ba ang going rates ngayon. And para malaman na din namin yung types of freebies and range ng discounts for those na magbook during fairs.

Pag may nakita akong caterer na pasok sa budget mo, share ko dito.

Hi girls, meron bang Junior Groomsmen? Kasi we have cousins na around 10-15 years old and we are planning to put them as Junior Bridesmaid and we have cousins din na age 10-15, so my question is meron bang Junior Groomsmen? Parang Junior Bridesmaid pa lang kasi nababasa ko sa mga invitations ng weddings na napuntahan ko eh.

Hi sis estradagj, if magbook kayo ng church, usually DP pa lang hinihingi nila tapos to follow ang documents kasi some documents have 6 months validity or less.

They will provide you with a checklist naman with information kung kailan nila kailangan ang documents.

Hi 2019 Brides! It?s my first time here on female network. We?re planning to get married on May 2019. I?m doing venue hunting for now on the internet and I really like The Glass Garden! But our budget is only 350k-450k for 150pax. 500k siguro kung sasagarin hehe. All in budget na yan for our wedding. Do you think kasya naman yun if I?m eyeing Glass Garden as our venue? I really like the high ceilings and glass walls nila eh. Thank you girls!

Are you inquiring na direct sa suppliers? Plan nga namin to attend bridal fairs para magkaroon ng idea sa rates and kung anong freebies and how much yung discounts na binibigay pag nagbook during fairs. Sa W&B next week, mag-collect lang ako ng fliers. Hahaha.

Actually we booked Glass Garden na yesterday. Nagpanic kami kasi yung date na gusto namin isang slot na lang and sakto Evening event yung gusto namin. We?re so excited!!

Now ang budget namin excluding venue and caterer will be 150k-200k I think (Kasi 250k na sa GG) Sana mapagkasya yun sa lahat ng kulang. Sis may marerecommend ka ba na photo+video supplier (w/ prenup) around 60k? Sabi nila dapat daw wag tipirin yung sa photo and video pero sana merong sobrang ganda ng gawa hehe pero mga ganyan lang price. Yung iba kasi 90k na pero winner naman. We?ll also be at the bridal fair pala this weekend!

We are going to the Getting Married Bridal fair on January 20-21. Magtitingin ako ng florist/stylist dun. Sa mga starting pa lang, it's good to search for suppliers then compare nyo sila which you like best. I think meron din online bridal fair ulit ang w@w this month that you can also check.

Wala pa akong prenup photographer though, will still look for one this month kasi we're planning to have it in May para di daw maulan. Meron ba kayo ma-suggest na walang ootf sa Antipolo or less than 8k ang rate ng e-session so if may ootf man, pasok pa din sa 10k budget?

Hi Sis! March 2019 kami, we are doing DIY preps. na book na namin yung church, p/v, reception, caterer, l/s, hmua, otd. We didn't wait for the pamamanhikan na, since h2b and i are paying and not our parents. our budget is also 350-400k
