May iba ka pa bang sakit like thyroid problems or nutrient deficiencies?

I think it started nung nagpa digi perm ako :( nung una di ko pinapansin. :( i read somewhere na cold press castor oil daw works. Sana nga...

if you want cheap alternatives,

try aloe vera, as in the plant itself, madami nyan sa atin..

at the same, avoid the cause itself, ipahinga mo muna si hair from salon treatments..

once a week, babad mo sa grapeseed oil para maging matibay ang strands ng hair mo and avoid further hair loss

Initially, kelangan mo na lang talaga hintayin tumubo sila, best you can do is to make sure this time strong and healthy mga strands mo to withstand further hair loss phase

Try Aloe Derma hair tonic (available sa watsons) or Zivine Organics hair grower (available sa instagram). I already tried both and I can say it removes my hair fall and may mga baby hairs na tumubo.

I have the same problem post pregnancy, and most of my friends have the same concern. An officemate mentioned micro pen at aivee and it uses daw different medicines that gets imbedded on the skin so it stimulates growth.  I'm considering this and skin house of course where i usually get my facials if they have something similar.  At the moment, i use organic shampoo from zen nutrients to minimize hair fall.

I lost a lot of hair due to hormonal imbalance a few years ago. The ff are tried and tested -

Zenutrients gugo shampoo
Natrol Biotin 10,000 mcg
Minoxidil 5%

I also cut my hair shorter so it's easier to maintain.

I'm lazy when it comes to taking meds pero effective talaga dapat ang Biotin.  I can see less hairfall when I use Nizoral once a week with organic conditioner.

Hello! What brand of Biotin are you taking? I went sa Cash and Carry kanina and bought Puritan's Pride 5000mcg, naka sale kasi siya and the shop I went to didn't have any 10000mcg Biotin.

I bought YouTheory Collagen Capsules din kasi I read in another thread that collagen can also help stimulate hair growth. Nagchange din ako ng shampoo, I bought the Moringa O2 Herbal Shampoo and been only using it for 5 days. I was supposed to buy the conditioner as well, but a relative recommended Watson's Hair Treats Hair Spa (the Aloe Vera and Macadamia one) kasi she  said that when she was having drastic hairfall yun daw ginamit niya. Been using them alternately for 5 days nadin.

A little bit of background about my hair and scalp: This actually started when I was in secondary school, my parents noticed na my hair was thinning towards the end nung hati nung buhok. Pero akala namin puyo lang or something. Pero now that I'm an adult it's gone worse, and if you lift my hair up in some parts you'll see thinning areas nadin. My hair fall was a lot na during these times, but it was last week na sumobra sobra na siya. I'd find clumps in the drain and all over my pillows. I only turned 23 last July, so this problem has been going on na since I was around 16. I'm thinking of getting it checked but I don't know if I should go to a dermatologist first or straight na sa endocrinologist. How did you guys approach this kind of situation? Any other recommendations for products, and which doctor should I go to first? Thank you so much!

Binababad ko sa Human nature sun flower oil overnight then I changed my Shampoo and Conditioner to Moringa, yung ineendorse ng Kramers. They're effective for me. Though meron pa rin akong mga falling hair, nag lessen na sya and the strands got thicker.
Super numipis yung hair ko after hair bleaching, parang nakakalbo talaga, kaya super obvious yung pagkapal nya after using these combo.

Hi sis, gano katagal until you started noticing results? And yung pagbababad ng oil, do you do this every night? Thank you!  :)

Siguro within 3 weeks sis nag lessen na yung hairfall.

Nung masipag pa ako binababad ko sa sunflower oil every other day before I go to sleep. But now mga twice a week na lang.
