ola! aug bride here. i'm trying to estimate kung magkano ang magagastos namin with 150pax (not final headcount, 180pax as the max 'coz we allot buffer) with 300k budget.. eeepp! originally i want 250k only but i guess lalagpas talaga so tanggap ko na ang 300k, lalo na for 2018 for sure magtataasan ang services and commodities..   
anyway, possible naman ang 250k budget namin no? haha! i really have no idea..

And honestly, yung food ng caterer nya (hindi known) hindi masarap and hindi din maayos yung pagserve so nagkaubusan. For me kasi, magtipid na sa iba pero wag lang sa food.

no, 250k-300k lahat-lahat na.. based on my computation, almost half of the budget will go to catering/reception and i'm fine with that.. but i also want to allot budget for HMUA and wedding dress, dahil minsan lang naman ako maayusan so sasamantalahin ko na ang okasyon  .. i have no idea though how much a good and wedding dress cost, perhaps 15-20k is fine na? di pa kasama entourage..

@Shin019 sis try mo sa sta. Rita de cascia parish inside siya ng philam homes sa west avenue. Ang maganda kasi mabilis kausap [textspeak!] parish office, 23k lang for air-conditioned, peace and quiet [textspeak!] ambiance. Yun yung church namin, our wedding is on october 2018 pa.

@sassygurl21, medyo challenging ang plan mo. Not discouraging you naman, pero ang masusuggest ko is research maigi. Baka kasi minsan sa sobrang pagtitipid, mas mapagastos ka pa sa palpak na suppliers.   

About wedding dresses, madami akong nakikitang 10k-15k range na magaganda sa 168. May lace appliques na din sya. If couturier naman ang target mo, 15k-20k ranges are usually minimalist style na gowns. For ento gowns, if okay lang sa kanila, bili ka na lang ng tela tapos sila na bahala patahi.

Hi mga sis, new joiner here! all the threads here are super helpful! got engaged last Dec 25 and due to external factors, kailangan namin ma-set yung wedding date this July 2018.

Given this short timeframe, any tips from those na naka-experience na din ng ganitong ka-tight na schedule? Ang plan din namin is to wed at Immaculate Conception sa Cubao, pero hirap kami makakita ng okay na reception and hotel for the preps. Any feedback for Novotel Araneta hotel, in terms of hotel accom + preps and sa actual reception? Based sa site nila, mejo malaki and maganda interiors nung ballroom pati [textspeak!] garden tent, pero not sure kung worth it sila hehe.

I met with events coordinator yesterday and they pretty much will cover everything. I am just looking for a venue for 150pax near Kamuning QC. ive messaged them all but few just replied. Any suggestions near that place? Maybe Timog/Tomas Morato or can consider mindanao/congressional ave. Hopefully venue rental only less 60K will be perfect! Indoor/Garden whichever is preferred. as long as within the budget :-) Im getting married this May 2018 and no wedding gown pa. Just met with the coordinators, gave dp and had prenup end of 2017. Feeling ko super lapit na ng big day. dami pa aasikasuhin. help? tia :

2018 bride here. So far, booked the following na:

Full wedding coordination- Eventist Manila
HMUA - Make up studio by RB Battad
Church - PIHM, Antipolo

For the venue, we're looking at Jardin de Miramar, ,but was told na slightly "malamok". We're going for the Isla Palma sana (300 capacity kase we wanted to have a big space for 150 max na guests).

Any other suggestions that you can give? Theme is modern rustic.
