Hi mga sis! March 2018 bride here. Been a lurker on this section of GT since June, but yesterday I finally felt that "This is it! I'm really getting married." So I thought I'd finally post.

We booked our church and venue na yesterday (CTK and CTK Parish Hall), and also went to do 2 back-to-back food tasting sessions. What a productive day!

@HelloWorld123: I think for 30-40pax, okay din to book a restaurant. My initial plan was to only have 50-60pax, and we were looking into 14Four Cafe in Taytay and Lemuria in Quezon City. Maybe you can look into smaller function rooms din. CTK has a function room na 80-100 pax ang capacity, pero if you set up banquet tables, buffet and other areas (reg table, photobooth, etc.), conducive din for your guest count.

How about Romulo's? (Tomas Morato) dun kami palagi nagmemeeting naalala ko they have 3 rooms na pwede mo pagpilian kung pang ilang pax gusto mo masarap din food nila and ganda ng place


Feb 2018 bride here simple wedding lang ang gusto namin ni h2b. Already booked my venue and my mua. Initial FT with kbyc in 2 weeks so far sila palang ang caterer na naiisip ko sana di ako madisappoint sa food nila. Ang pinagiinitan ko ngayon dahil wala ako masyado ginagawa ay ang photog haha. Wala pa ngako sa stage na kung saan magpapagawa ng gown. hayyyyy kailangan ko ng effective na checklist di ko alam ano uunahin helllp

Yes garden kami, Casa de Corazon, overlooking Taal lake in Tagaytay, and yes, it was April pero maulan that time, even during our check in sa Crosswinds the day before the wedding, may showers every now and then, so sinunod ko ang payo ng matatanda, nag offer ako eggs sa Veranda, and it worked!!! Of course, everyone said a little prayer too! The weather was perfect.

Hi sisses! Need your opinions, ayaw pa kami i-book ng napili naming church because wala pa daw silang logbook for next year, all they do is ni-log lang nila yung name namin and preferred date at pinapabalik kami sa 1st week of january to officially reserve the date. If hindi daw kam bumalik ibibigay daw nila sa iba yung slot. Sabi naman ng isang secretary first come first serve daw kapag daw may nagpunta na may complete ng requirements eh yun ang uunahin nila kaya medyo nabeastmode ako kasi kaya nga ganito ka early nagpapabook na eh ayaw naman nila. Para lang daw mapanatag na ako ayun nga sinulat na lang nila name ko parang pencil booking. Prob ko din kung magpapareserve na ba kami ng venue kahit hindi pa sure sa church? Kung hihintayin pa namin mag january bago magpareserve ng venue baka may mauna na sa amin. May 2018 kami btw. What to do?

can you maybe ask your reception venue to reserve na for your chosen date but if pwede ipa-change yung date if ever?

@tomatostellar hi sis, yan nga rin yung gagawin ko eh. itatanong ko kung pwede na ipa-change ang date if ever. pero ang prob ko kasi is ayoko na maiba yung date ang last option ko if ever magka-aberya sa church is maghahanap na lang ako ng iba pang church around the area. Isa pang prob lang din is kung sa january pa yun baka wala na rin slot sa ibang church. haaaaayyyyyyyy nakaka-stress!

subscribing! we're planning to have our renewal of vows on our 5th year anniv (2018). We're planning to have an intimate celeb. Wala pa ko idea pero will probably invite a few and close family members and friends (30 pax), then garden or beach wedding.

^Sis haggard yang time na yan promise. Super early ng preptime mo. Yung cousin ko 8am ikinasal. 3am pa lang gising na para magprepare at pa-makeup dahil meron pang pictorial bago magpunta sa church, hindi ko alam ano tawag dun. Basta pa-pic sila ng bridesmaids na naka-robe, tapos naka-gown etc.

i got the package from josiah menu b, including bridal car and cake. they asked me to give a peg for the cake, and i was really happy with the cake even the car, the pic they sent me looks very old MB, but on the day the car is ok naman. so highly recommend their package kasi very sulit. heard very good feedback din about the food!
