weightloss regimen tried:

GM diet ( 7 days )
MD diet ( 3 day diet + 4 days (1500 cal/day)

both worked for me.

Hay salamat natapos na din ang mga kainan..at aalis na ulit si husband..yey!pero ewan ko lang kung makapag-workout ako bukas..sangkaterba naman ang labahin ko huhu :(
Bukas na ako magweigh in para malaman ko kung gano kalaki ang na-gain ko hehe..panibagong challenge na naman! :)

Hello fellow weight watchers! :)
Sa wakas naka-bounce back na ako sa regimen ko..nagworkout ako for 30mins then fasting for 14hours..mayang 11am pa ang 1st meal ko..i already skipped bfast and in-between meal..

My current weight is: 50.9kg
Goal weight: 48kg (leadtime: 4months)

Feeling ko madadagdagan pa ang weight ko sa mga susunod na araw dahil baka magreflect pa yun mga pinagkakain ko for 1wk..kaya prepared na ako for daily workout and IF :)

^^ kasi tom yung silantro day namin ng friends ko from my prev work lol. after nun mag mMD na ako uli hehe.  ayun hehe tapos work out na uli hehe eeeeep! inggit ako sa weight mo ngayon! pero sis super okay pa din kasi yung weight increase ko hindi ganun kalaki more or less 400 gms lang. hindi yung super  laki lol. although mahirap pa dini lose yun  ah. saka feel ko mag kakaroon na ako. haist

^ah ok..may pahabol pa hehe.hinay hinay ka lang para di masyado malaki ang need mo ilose hehe..konti lang naman ang agwat ng weight natin...51.2 ka lang kam diba..mag-cabbage diet ka lang for 3days baka 50.5kg ka na hehe...
Ako 3 boiled eggs at kamote kinain ko kanina 11am..then @1pm kamote at 1 boiled egg ulet..mayang 4pm baka kamote lang at popcorn hehe..

happy Sunday mga sis!  :-* planning my food for the coming week hehe tomorrow, mamamalengke ako and magjojogging na din papunta dun.hehe

may nakita ako online na dapat 1/2 ng plate is vege, 1/4 is protein, and 1/4 is rice or other starches like potato. ano usually snacks niyo?

Hi sisters! Super busy ko this week di ako gano nakaka update dito! Sira diet ko this week lagi kami nag eeat out ng family tapos palaging dinner pa. Konti lang naman kinakain ko pero syempre di kasi yun yung diet ko. 2 weeks na kong no exercise, sobrang tamad ko na talaga!

On tues back to strict diet na ako para bumaba timbang ko. 53-ish ako 3 weeks na ha! Goal ko pa naman 1kg per week pero ok lang yan, try ko this end of May na mag 50kg ako or lower. Feel ko ma-aachieve ko na siya kasi nasa abroad si mother and father dear, umalis sila kanina. Kaya malungkot ang house namin, dalawa lang kami ni kapatid.

Bumili pala ako ng jump rope and neoprene belt. Pag nag jogging kami suot ko yung belt. Effective ba yun sayo sis hushush?

^^ganun yung ideal na serving ng balanced diet...pero if you're trying to build muscles mas malaki dapat ang portion ng protein.. :)

^sis px17..yup effective sakin yun belt..kapag nagi-spin ako lagi ko suot kaya na-trim ang lose skins.lalo na nung mag-49.6kg ako na-flatten talaga ang tummy ko..maganda sabayan ng core exercises para mas ma-tone ang tummy area..
With regards to weighlifting, lately ko lang napansin na nawala yung sag ng braso ko kasi nagdumbell ako paminsan minsan kahit 20reps lang..ganun pala sya ka-effective.. :)

^nasunod mo na ba sis yung meal plans ng coach mo?ilang weeks at ilang pounds yung na-lose mo?

Kung ako ang tatanungin, dahil nagwoworkout ka e lakihan mo yun protein..puro lean meat at mas oks kung yung pagkakaluto ay less oil para less fat..kaya ako puro boiled eggs ang kinakain ko..kasi yun 1tbsp lang na cooking oil e 120cals na yun..buti kung naka-magic frying pan ako na tulad sa shoptv na kahit walang cooking oil eh dumudulas lang sa pan at pede hipan haha! :D try mo lang puro boiled eggs ka then paresan mo ng vegs..ginisang repolyo at carrots and broccoli..matataas sa fiber yan..saka kung magwoworkout ka dapat at least 3-4hrs ng last meal mo para di mataas ang insulin level mo para accessible ang stored fats mo for burning :)

Itry mo lang sis puro vegs ka lang then lean meat..lakihan mo kain mo..then try mo konting brown rice kang let say 3 kutsara..then pag masanay ka na sa konting rice palitan mo ng ibang starch source like purple camote or boiled saging na saba..research ka din ng mga bet mo..grapefruit is good for weightloss..wala lang ako makita lately..kung surplus lang supply nun dito samin e buong araw yun ang lalantakan ko hehe..

Ang diet ko today ay puro boiled saging na saba at boiled eggs.kahapon i ate lots of saging na saba (8pcs medium size) kasi nasawa na ako sa purple camote hehe..

Nagworkout ako for 30mins this morning then my weight was 50.2 kg.. I did fasting for 14hrs..im currently taking my 1st meal.. :)

Meron palang ganito. Pasali ako. I lost 1.18kg so from 51.89 kg to 50.71kg in 10 days. Not sure if mabagal or mabilis na yun pero okay na rin at least nabawasan kahit konti, diba? I could have lost more than 2kg kaso napasarap yung kain ko for 5 consecutive days before ako nag-weigh in. I've decided to replace rice with oatmeal and no more softdrinks. Lakas ko kasi mag-softdrinks dati pati juice pero ngayon, water nalang talaga.

 What I did was I just started to watch my calorie intake. Grabe noh, yung mga biscuits like skyflakes, taas pala ng calorie nun. Nung hindi pa ako conscious sa calorie-calorie, I was unaware that I was eating at least 2,000 calories a day and more on some days. So nagdecide talaga ako na paunti-unti tigilan na yung junkfood, softdrinks etc. Pero minsan napapakain pa rin ako ng ice cream. Hahaha! I don't skip meals kasi when I do, mas napaparami tuloy kain ko dahil sa sobrang gutom. I eat 3 times a day tapos light snacks nalang in between. Also, my mom enrolled me sa meal program ng Herbalife so it kinda helped with my weight loss too.

As for exercise, I only do stretching exercises and posture correction exercises. Nothing too extreme kasi bawal.

^hello meloncreme! Welcome to this thread! Ansarap ng username mo ah hehe..good job for losing that weight in 10days.. Wala naman sa kung mabilis o mabagal maglose..importante kasi yun maintenance eh..yun kasi ang pinakamahirap gawin lalo na ngayong summer..ansarap kumain ng halo-halo at ice cream hehe..naka-3 halo-halo nga ako 1 banana split last week..kaya expected ko aabot ako ng 52kg... :D
ano nga pala  yung weightloss goal mo? :)
Maganda yung method mo, calorie counting lalo nat may medical condition ka pala..saka feeling ko bata ka pa naman..di masyado mahirap magpapayat.. :)

Naku, sinabi mo pa. Madali magstart, mahirap magmaintain. I'm trying my best to stick to my diet and so far, di ko na namimiss yung softdrinks and junk foods. Yung sweets and pastries lang talaga yung mahirap talikuran. Hahaha! Naku sis, hinay-hinay sa halo-halo at ice cream. Lakas makataba pa naman nun. Haha!

Goal weight ko is somewhere between 42kg-45kg. Pandak kasi ako kaya kelangan ganun. 27 na ako. Medyo mahirap-hirap na rin mag-lose ng weight at this age.

^malaki-laki pala ang hahabulin mo sis...pero di bale kaya mo yan basta magseryoso ka lang, stick ka lang sa regimen mo.. 57kg nga ako nun feb eh..Mayo na ngayon at 50.2kg ako..nagcheat kasi ako for 1wk kaya nanginain talaga ako ng mga di ko makain prior to last week..thankful naman ako at hindi ako lumobo hehe..mabilis lang lumipas ang panahon.lalo na pag tag-ulan mas masarap kumain ng sopas, lugaw at mami diba? Kaya dapat paghandaan na natin hehe..kaya goal ko ngayon 48kg..2kg ang need ko ilose bago magrainy season or at least bago ang bday ko kasi uuwi na naman husband ko nun..kaya sabay-sabay na tayo magpapayat... :)
