Ika nga "this too will pass". Lahat naka-move on na. Na-press na 'reset' button. Happy New Year na. Ang focus na lang siguro is how will they repackage Maine sans Aldub? Hone her comedic skills or hosting? With Maine portraying as 'nagpapakatotoo', I think it will be difficult for her to be pa-tweetums na with her 'loveteam'. For me, Aldub will never be the same again. it's an eyesore kung mag-landian pa sila knowing it's scripted (where's the raw and organic feels?). IMO.

Ang alam ko naman, FORCED LEAVE yung binigay kay Maine after the open letter.

Mag-23 naman kasi si Maine, ang awkward naman tingnan kung loveteam-dependent pa rin sya sa ganyang edad. Pwede naman from time to time or every year gumawa sila ng movies ni Alden pero kanya-kanya/solo projects sa TV and/or other platforms.

Yun nga lang, dapat smooth ang transition sa solo careers nila. Hindi yung maraming fans na sinaktan at naagrabyado gaya nung pa-open letter.

Infairness, agree ako kay etxetera sa pinost nya dito sa GT. Nakakaloka yung pagdikit-dikit dyan kay Maine kay Jake Ejercito. Utang na loob tantanan nyo ang manok ko. Kung may gusto si Jenny Ferre dyan kay Jake eh kanyang-kanya na. Charot!

2018 na mga beh, wish ko is madala na ang TAPE sa nangyari kay Maine last Nov 2017 after masangkot sa "gulo" with Jake E na hindi naman nya gusto. Bet yata ng TAPE na magka-nervous breakdown si Maine at hindi pa sapat yung nangyari sa pa-open letter.

PS Narinig nyo ba yung chika tungkol sa pagpirata ng ABS kay Maine last 2017? Apparently may buyout na nangyari sa kontrata nya mula kay Tuviera pero hindi natuloy.

How true din na sa 2020 pa magexpire ang kontrata ni Maine sa TAPE?

I think she is still this person. She would still do whatever she likes and not to whatever she doesn't.

I have not heard this but makes me think that it's possible and that her reposting of an ABS-CBN video is a sign she wants to be let go and move to the rival network.

Pero in limbo din kasi ang future ng ABSCBN. Until March 2020 na lang kasi yung prangkisa nila and yet hindi narenew ang license to operate. So malabo na lumipat si Meng dun.

I was thinking na baka mag-freelance si Maine once magexpire kontrata nya. Hindi naman sya after sa money in the first place, I think she's after the "craft" yun nga lang nakakontrata pa kaya di makagalaw.

Wonder if Meng is finding "genuine happiness" nowadays being a daily mic stand amidst the dirty old men co-workers throwing degrading sexual and bastos jokes to women on national tv in a noontime program while she is laughing with every green jokes they give #AdvocacyAndPurposeInDegradingWomen Rather than being an instrument of inspiration, merely opting to be an instrument of added lust and fantasy of the industry's known womanizers and playboys. ^Actually etxetera mahirap talaga makahanap ng "genuine happiness" sa showbiz. Kahit i-push pa ng iba na lumipat sya ng ABS, ganun pa rin ang mangyayari.

Paulit-ulit na sinasabi ito pero lahat tayo disappointed sa nangyayari sa career ni Maine ngayon. Wala man lang tayong aabangan na project sa kanya, kahit solo man lang. At least nung 2017, nakapag-release sya ng book at nagka-teleserye.

I sincerely wish matuloy na yung 2nd Aldub movie this 2018. That is long overdue already and APT should currently work on that movie. APT, may malaking fan-base pa na naiwan at okay pa ang image ni Maine kaya fret not.

I don't buy the crap na she doesn't need the money dahil mayaman na sila at craft lang habol nya. Ni wala pa ngang natatak na acting prowess e. Saka dubsmash video, craft na ba yun e dami ding gumawa ng ganun. Saka ok mayaman sila but not like Tony Boy Cojuangco or even Kris Aquino rich. Nakita ko na bahay nila, malaki at maganda pero tama lang, mura pa ang lote dahil sa Bulacan lang unlike if yung bahay nila nasa premiere village like Ayala Alabang pwede pa. Benilde lang din sya nag aral at yung NY e OJT lang meron pang allowance yun from the place she's working. Buti sana kung DLSU proper (Taft), Ateneo or Assumption. I mean, I'm not maligning her wealth or anything. I'm just saying, she's in showbiz for the fame and fortune too. Come on! Get real. Kung hindi, e di nasa mga indie movies sana sya. Or in theater. I'm a fan lalo na kung silang dalawa magkasama ni Alden, kaya nga asar ako na super cold ni Maine towards Alden. Sabi nya magkaloveteam lang sila. So sana act naman as a loveteam pa rin, di yung parang wala na talaga. Sana sinabi na lang nya na kahit LT wala na para tapos na. Kaso di yun ang sinabi nya sa pa open letter. She's a walking contradiction.

Gaysha: Pagkatapos kasi ng Aldub movie this 2018 (mauuna ang movie), may gagawin kasi na teleserye si Alden na wala si Maine. Launchpad ni Alden yun to solo stardom. In a way, ni-save ni Maine si Alden from that open letter, IMO.

Yung hindi sila pinagsasama sa EB is tingin ko, preparation na yan para sa solo career ni Alden. Paunti-unti na. Ganyan ka-atat ang Kamuning na pag-solohin si Alden. Yun nga lang, takbuhan pa rin Aldub if all else fails. Lol.

Re Maine's wealth She is financially stable, yun lang. However, we have no idea how she's going to invest her money.

She wrote her OL out of frustrations sa fans. Period. Not acting as a heroine by saving Alden's career. Mas nilagay pa nga niya sa alanganin si Alden eh. Now a lot of fans are throwing a fit at Alden and GMA because his acting career is still soaring while hers is stagnant. Wala siyang projects pero bakit galit sila kay Alden kapag  may work, maski ribbon cutting pa? Gumawa siya ng OL pero si Alden pinage-explain? Ganun ka-loyal ADN sa kanya but sadly 'di yun ang na-appreciate niya. 

She needs to break the habit of reklamo about puyat o inuumaga sa taping o eyebags o nalipasan ng gutom. Yan ang buhay artista. Di lahat glamorous. Validation nga sa kanila makakuha ng acting awards. Char!

While watching EB, naisip ko swerte rin ni Maine at pinalabas si Alden. Dahil kung patuloy ang role niya as Yaya Dub, a mute and papangit ng mukha, baka ngayon tapos na contract niya sa EB or taga-shopping na lang siya tulad ng ginagawa sa mga Ms. Millenials or taga-salo ng pie sa mukha tulad ng ginagawa sa mga That's My Baes. After all, maski the like of Isabelle Daza di nakaligtas na ginawa nilang katawa-tawa sa pag-awit ng wala sa tono or si Pia sa pagsayaw maski matigas katawan. All for the sake of laughs lang talaga.

Pero baka nga may taglay na swerte ang isang Maine Mendoza. Sumilip man o hindi si Alden. IMO.

Pero Alden is not a victim here. He knew beforehand na ipopost ni Maine yung open letter. Mas basbas pa nga niya eh. Hindi yun impulsive action lang ni Meng. It was in a way "planned".

I don't want to tolerate Maine's actions but nakakalimutan kasi natin showbiz wasn't part of her plans initially and she was unprepared for this kind of stardom. Kung ako siguro nasa posisyon nya ngayon, baka mabaliw ako.

Infairness, she's been reaching out to ADN lately. Si MaichardEdits gagawa ng blog layout niya.

P.S. You can air your frustrations pero ang pangit lang is, para bang criminal offense na yung nagawa nya sa open letter. Cut her some slack. Gawd!

Ang tagal kong hinintay buksan yung mga books niya. Legit nga ang pa-PO ni Ate Nikki.  Lahat may dedications at ang cursive writing ni Meng, impressive.

Sino may sabi gusto ko lumipat? MMK lang gusto ko sa kanya duon wala na. I would still prefer Aldub projects why? The fans deserves it lalo na seniors who patiently waited for her for soooo long to be ready for tandem projects with the so called claim na baby steps at sambit niya na baby pa ang tandem pero ano. Di talaga ipapahiram kaya ang Roadtrip epi na tagal ng hiling kahit yun man lang for them naging Alden with friends di talaga binigay. Natapos ang tandem ng wala ni isang quality output na pedeng alaala basta naghakot lang kabuhayan sa mga fanneys at ayawan na both.

Walking contradiction - perfect word.  Dati sabi niya gusto niya magpasaya ngayon mas bet niya mang-inis lol pero nadinig ka ata sis have you read the article on the site highly associated with the other station she immediately like. Lilipat kaya? why would a competitor write a long praising article of star not even under them without being paid hefty and for a reason. Yung last mentioned in the article na lang ako react about being an entrepreneur pero opening lang present sa branch lol. Di naman kalabisan kahit 5 mins appearance as a businesswoman who owns the branch for the LT fans patronizing it even seniors na dayo pa sa malalayong provinces para dun gawin event at makita siya. Pero ayun fans needs to content always with parents and ate dub. Di naman pede sabihing busy ni wala sa 1/8 schedule niya kay Alden na papatayin naman sa sarili sa trabaho at the expense of his health na mali rin. No wonder daming tinabangan na. Dalawa lang naman bukambibig ni Maine for the longest time  - surreal and di takot mawala ang lahat. Paulit ulit na sambit. May matabil pa naman siyang dila sa mga hiling.

Pero sabi nga ni miss sleep baka NGA naman may taglay na swerte - Sumilip man o hindi si Alden.

Somehow, magulo din kasi ang management setup nila kaya nagkakaganyan. Fans talaga kasi ang kawawa. Yun nga lang, tigil-tigilan lang nya sana ang kakasabi ng hindi sya takot mawala ang lahat.
