^parang impossible na wala pang title yan. it only takes months para ma transfer ang title. 1-3months. yung iba naglalagay para ma expedite at ma release agad ang new title.

if the deal is too good to be true baka fake owner yan or baka na foreclose na yung property. are they updated sa loan payment nila?

the best proofs are documents na hawak ng seller. if the seller cannot provide the necessary documents how will they transact? for 8years the bank was ok na walang title? as i said on the other thread first requirement is to transfer the title sa buyer's name para ma release ang check to pay the developer.

Naku walang studio sa Ortigas area sis. Haha. Sa outside na ng Ortigas like bandang Capitol Commons meron dati kaso sold out n now. If gusto m ng studio meron sa may Boni area na. Mga 4 to 4.6M n un, 20-23 sqm. Ewan if meron pa available. Check ko kung gusto m.

If anyone is interested, I am planning to sell our 29sqm external studio unit sa Shaw Tower (tabi ng St Francis Shangrila) - view of Lourdes school. This has a balcony. Bare unit. The property is currently rented out until end of March-2020. So when the term ends, and assuming okay yun terms of sale to a buyer, pwede na mag move-in. As of today, Nov-2019, we are selling at P2.2m net of all taxes.
