^huh natiis mo na ganyan treatment sayo? Until when ka magtitiis? Bastos sya.

^^ sis alilen, your husband is evil.

Why can you not fight back? How long na yung verbal abuse nya sayo? Don't you think it's time to be away from him?

Sometimes akala mo wala kang choice, Pero actually meron. Ang sarap lasunin nyang asawa mo.

Grabe yan, maski pabiro, something na dapat pagusapan, at iresolve and if hinde tumigil, dapat maging cause ng separation.

Mawala na lahat, wag lang respeto.

i think it depends rin if pabiro sinabi i wouldnt mind.

I know Some guys kasi cant tell you in straight face na there's something that you need to work on yourself kasi  most often than not alam na nila na masasaktan ka and  especially if they know how you react on certain things (if sensitive ka, etc)  o kung ano man.  parang its their way of indirectly telling you na baka nga its time to trim down a bit of weight na.  TS baka so emotional ka rin lang kasi you can't take to yourself that you're gaining weight.

workout ka nalang and diet sis para wala ng reason to call you names :) atleast sexy and fit ka pa :)

If that happens to me.. Magtatampo ako ng bongga!
Sobrang nakaka low ng self esteem and it wouldnt help at all.

Talk to your hubby and tell him na nakaka offend yung sinabi nya regardless kung pabiro or mas lalong kung seryoso nyang nasabi.

Us girls kasi minsan akala natin okay lang yun pero deep inside nakaka baba talaga ng confidence lalo coming from your husband.

Kumusta na kaya si TS. Hot and sexy na kaya sya ngayon? 😊

Just like what one of our sis here posted, depende sa dynamics ng relationship yan. May iba na balewala lang sa kanila magtawagan ng baboy sa isat isa or any name calling.
I don't want to be in a relationship like that, though. Kahit biruan pa yan. And my husband knows that kaya walang ganyanan sa amin, kahit nung bf/gf pa lang kami.

Kasi there are other ways naman, more constructive and positive ways, of saying or doing things.

It is all about respect,
Relationship has to have that. Ewan ko pano masabing love ang isang tao if there's no respect, and vice versa.

Hello! Apart from losing weight from cardio, try to build muscle din using strength exercises. Mas magiging maganda ang shape mo. It's not just about weight, for example there's a person who weighs 60kg but that's all fat, and then there's someone who also weighs 60kg but there's more muscle. They are the same weight, but the other definitely looks better. Di ko maexplain ng maayos, sorry  :( pero I hope you get what I mean. Yun lang ang advice ko instead of using slimming teas or pills.

My hubby and I frequently call each other "tababoy" or "chubby fatty", but it indicates endearment for us. Medyo weird nga kasi we're both very lean (not skinny) and yung pagkapayat ng hubby ko e bato bato yung muscles.

I'm glad for you na he stopped na, but it proved a point na what he was doing was not a joke, since he stopped calling you names once he gained weight himself. Just keep on working on your mind and body, but never thank him for it. He might have motivated you to lose weight now, but that it was in a very negative way.

redsh0es Sis, shookt ako na ok pa din kayo and it seems na you're trying to lose weight just to please him, correct me if I'm wrong, pero sana you're doing it for yourself and not to satisfy your "mabait" na asawa.

Anyways, check out intermittent fasting also.

Sabi nila to lose weight, 70% is diet and 30% is exercise. Kahit p araw araw ang volleyball mo, if you eat late at panay rice, coke, sweets, you will have a hard time shedding weight.

This happened to me. Bf called me chubby my waistline then was 26" i really tried to lose weight, current waistline now is 24". I know some girls will be offended by that comment but for me i took it as a challenge to look better. In my mind para sa akin din naman yun kung maging sexy ako. I felt a lot better after i lost weight and my clothes look better on me.

There's one incident he said "you know i ate so much this week i'm as fat as you now" then he sent me a pic of him na super fat. He was playing with the fat app. I got very annoyed with him. Inaway ko talaga siya, i really gave him a hard time.

Some guys are really tackless or they make jokes just for laughs pero siyempre us girls are really sensitive when it comes to our weight and size.

Lastly, men are visual creatures. They like their partner to mantain themselves and remain as attractive as the day they first met her if not more. They can't help it that's the way they are wired, it's in their DNA. It's your choice to accept it but you cannot fight it. And if you try to look your best it's also for yourself. So win win.

^I disagree on some level. Pwede namang mag-encourage without being harsh? I agree though that they are visual creatures, so dapat talaga hindi magpabaya sa katawan.

Anyway, I am in no way at my best. I am 118 lbs at 5'1. Well, because I am in my 40s tapos nanganak pa ako. I used to be 100 lbs lang or less. Pero hindi na ata babalik. Pero nagulat ako the first time my BF and I did it. Ang una nyang sinabi pabulong, "You're so sexy!" The guy is 6 footer,  very sporty and fit....and 10 years younger. And I can tell you that I am not the prettiest of the bunch but he's making me feel like ako na pinakamagandang babae sa mundo...lol! Beauty is in the eye of the beholder talaga, 'no?

But I wish guys should be a little sensitive when it comes to stuff like this.

Well we both try our best pa din naman to lose weight, di naman kami over weight, but we strive to be fit (and fab char!  ;D).

^Thanks! It definitely adds confidence kasi before naiinis nga ako sa kaunti kong stretchmarks but he doesn't seem to see it. He's far from perfect but I was just surprised when he told me that.

OT: I am a bit concerned though as to how to handle the situation when he is stressed out. He just wants to hide from the world when it happens. I gotta post it on another thread. I am a bit worried about him.

^hi sis. Some guys kasi are just plain tactless. My brother is also like that he says things the way he sees it regardless kung ma hurt feelings mo.

But in fairness kay bf he tells me i?m too hot, sexy, very beautiful all the time. With clothes on not during sexy time. And always out of the blue. So i know he is not saying it to get anything. Pag sexy time ?my God? lang nasasabi nya pag naka underwear na lang ako. Hehe!

@kvandenhaak OT pero sagurin ko na rin. Ganun talaga guys pag na stress sila ayaw nila makipag usap. Pabayaan mo lang always wait for him to reach out para alam mo kung kelan ready siya to soicialize again. Normal lang yan.

TS, try Yoga.  Those poses are really helpful both for your physical and mental health.
Plus Planking and Burpees.

Planking to tone your core, Burpees to burn that cardio without needing to go to a gym.

Sis, that's verbal abuse, I hope you will take this seriously. Talk to him ng seryoso at maayos, kapag di pa din nagbago, I guess you should do something about it, and you know what I mean.

Not sure about your case pero my husband calls me "Mommy Pig". Pero I'm not offended kasi mataba naman talaga ako. I accept myself na mataba talaga. Pero he encourages me na magjogging na kami for health purposes din.

Words of endearment namin yun sa isa't isa.
