^Hi sis, I don't think there's vodaphone here.  Unfortunately, nakalock sa iisang carrier yung gadget mo so I cannot recommend that much.  But my friend is coming over from PH and she said, she bought this 418PHP starhub sim from Klook good for 7 days ata, so I guess this is your only choice if you want to avoid spending too much.

^^Sis, Naughtybrat, I suggest you firm up where you want to go here in SG kasi not all is worth to see especially if you are not into it.  There's a wide array of reading materials in google on the best place to go here in SG.   Likewise, i think we cannot tell you where to eat.  However, we can suggest WHAT to eat such as:

1.  Bah Kuh Teh - Song fa (usual recommendation)
2.  Rojak - all hawkers
3.  Chicken rice - Look for "Hainanese Chicken rice" stalls in hawker
4.  Salted Egg chili crab - Jumbo / long beach / no signboard
5.  Popiah - available on all hawkers
6.  Chicken wings - my personal favorite!  (almost all hawkers but Food republic in vivocity is decent enough)
7.  Yong [textspeak!] foo - if you are vegan and very very health concious eater
8.  You tiao - local churros but best if you buy this freshly cooked.
9.  Various thai food in the hawker
10.  Michael Jackson / Yin yang / Combi of soybean and Grass jelly drink (local drink)
11.  Bandung - rose milk drink (local drink)
12.  LAKSA! - the best one is in Queensway, near IKEA alexandra.  Local hawker also have
13.  Char sew pau - local siopai pero mas masarap and moist
14.  Chocolate origin / awfully chocolate - good chocolate pastry shops
15.  Various noodle cuisine

^^I suggest this po:

day 1: try merlion and helix bridge. Mahaba-habang lakarin yan. Meron rin food center sa tabi nang Fullerton. Or try Chinatown.

day 2: yes, Universal Studios is ok. Not sure if closing nila eh 5 or 6pm. Try the cable car. Mt Faber to HarbourFront. Food trip sa Bugis area tuloy shopping nang konti.

day 3: Friday na yan so expect long lines at maraming tao.

day 4: If you want to feel bata ulit, try legoland. Hindi crowded unline US. Klook has easy way para sa ticket at bus fare. But if you want to relax, go to Sentosa or Stadium center.

Hi sis xtine. I akready bougt that sim as well. 100gb sya. Kaya lang baka di sya magwork sa pocket wifi ko if in case nakalock nga sya sa vodafone. I guess need ko bumili ng pocket wifi nalang.

Btw, would you know kung free pa din sa ion sky? And open pa rin sya to public?

Nasa SG ako from Nov 24 to 27. Satisfied na rin ako sa vacation ko. Hindi na bitin unlike before.

Hi sis, haven't been to ION Sky because I am able to see the view on top of ION when i have lunch in Salt Grill and Sky bar.  But normally, all information are just google away.

sis try Chinatown, me mga cheapest hotel dun.
Vhotel in Lavender is i think $150-200.

San kayo nagstay and how much per night? Looking for one din ako. 5 nights kami kaya yun affordable lang hanap ko. 3adults and 2kids kasi kami.

May nakapag stay na sa Strand hotel? Madali ba mag sneak in doon?

^85 Beach Garden Hotel kaso ang liit ng room. If next time we plan for SG trip Ill stay sa Little India.

Any suggestion on where to stay if big group, 9people?  Yung affordable lang sana and malapit sa mga stations. If Airbnb kasi they always suggest those already in the Malaysian side, Johor Bahru.

^^how about hostels with family rooms? 2 rooms nga lang kayo or those that can accommodate 9 pax in 1 room. Marami sis yan, you need to check early though. You can check din naman in google maps if the accommodation's location is near the MRT station.  When we were in group of 4 we stayed in Mitraa Inn. It's near city square mall yata yun and in Farrer Park MRT station. Free breakfast pa.

^Thank you for the reply!    Yup! checked out hostels already. Kaya lang parang hindi pwede shared bathrooms for us since we have kids, parang hindi ganun kaconvenient. 

By the way, checked out Mitraa Inn, mukhang ok since they have rooms with bathrooms.

We also stayed at mitraa inn 3 persons kami but got the room with 2 bunk beds for 4 persons. Basic lang talaga and you have to pay for towels. Breakfast was bread with jam with coffee, tea

may naka avail na ba dito nung sa USS na promo na may free mystery bag? Ano contents ng nakuha nyo?

Just an update, we stayed at Strands Hotel pala. Super convenient because the MRT station is just in front of the hotel while the bus station is just around the corner then Food Republic (their food court) and 7-11 is across the hotel naman.  It was not as cheap compared to hostels (no breakfast either) but we liked the convenience and comfort.  HTH!
