Mas maganda ba Bobbi Brown kesa sa Estee Lauder? Like if you could pick one ano mas pipiliin mo? Currently on the hunt for a new liquid foundie!

Bobbi Brown, hands down, especially for natural looking makeup. it also translates well in photos.

Yung Estee Lauder kasi, it's nice. it will really last you all day. kahit magparty ka pa maghapon and magdamag. pero parang naka-semento yung face mo (yung feeling lang naman), and it looks like you have foundation talaga.

I am so tempted to try new foundations. Buti nalang I don?t have budget for it. Haha. I still have my Shiseido Synchro Foundation and this is what I used for an event today. Very natural looking lang, feels like skin and it I didn?t have to blot as much. I used ellana loose mineral foundation on top of it and maganda naman ang combination.😊

Re: ELDW versus Bobbie Brown

ELDW - Full coverage talaga siya and okay sa photo. Plakadong-plakado kumbaga.

ELDW Nude - I like this better than the other ELDW, kaso may SPF 30, disadvantage sa flash, may konting white cast, pero kung right shades baka sakaling hindi, i have one kaso mali lang ang shades kasi bigay lang sa akin and unfortunately, laging out of stock ang shade ko.

Bobbie Brown - currently scouting for my shade, same as ELDW Nude, light weight nga siya. Feeling ko mas pang Asian ang color range niya but still, couldn't decide which shades fits me most..

im choosing between bobbi brown and eldw. tried out both in stores but im still not convinced.

eldw - SA said she can only test the foundie on half of my face which is fine kasi i got to compare it with the one i was wearing that day which is Loreal Infallible Stay Fresh. tbh, i can't tell the difference. lol. both had the same finish, coverage is pretty much the same, pero mas long wearing talaga yung eldw except for my nose area. SA suggested i should wear a mattifying primer for the oily area lang since i have combination skin.

bobbi brown - the SA showed me how it would look like medium coverage on half of my face, full coverage on the other half. didn't oxidise pero parang hulas agad after maybe half a day lang at the mall. full cover side naman left brush streaks on my face, i guess that's the SA's fault kasi hindi niya na apply correctly?

might try it out sa different branches to see if they would recommend the same product and shade for me. lol medyo effort pero i think its necessary because its so expensive! if i still dont get convinced in either brand, baka ill try na sa mac or mufe.

any other suggestions for long wearing foundation for combination skin?

Made some swatches on Bobbie Brown Natural (4.0) vs. Warm Natural (4.50). Ang puti ng Natural sa akin pero maya maya naman naging match lang sa skin ko, While Warm Natural is fine agad and later on naging same lang sila ng Natural parang wala ng pinag kaiba. In short naguluhan ako. Dapat yata nagtry din ako ng Natural Tan (4.25) kaso bith side kasi ng face nilagyan ng SA. Next time i'll play on Natural Tan and Warm Natural naman..
