Best Liquid/Cream Foundation (thread 20)

What's your go to Liquid foundation for oily skin.

I've tried the LA gird HD foundation, nag oxidize siya sakin and nag wear off siya agad due to my oil.
I also apply mattyfiying primer as well.

Oily skin / acne prone ako. Before nagamit ko yung Maybelline Fit Me liquid foundation, ok sha, light coverage. Yun lang nag oioil up agad ako. Pero pag tumatagal may pagka dewy finish sha. Then next si L'Oreal infalliable, maganda din coverage same lang ng Fit Me. Tapos yung Pro Matte naman nila nagcacake sa face ko lalo na pag naglagay pa ng powder. Ang tagal pang maubos. And ngayon gamit ko si Super Stay Matte liquid foundation ni Maybelline, pag mejo patchy at dry face ko, ang pangit nyang tignan. So so lang sha sakin. Hehe.

Planning to order the newly released colourpop one then pag nagustuhan ko siya try ko yung sa Hourglass, para kasing ang convenient ng stick for travel or on the go.

never tried a foundation stick. The ones I see kasi  sa mga stores konti ang coverage or super hirap siya i blend. Let me know if the colourpop one is good.

One of the best talaga yung Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place Makeup. Pero since mahal sya, I got myself the Maybelline Superstay, which is said to be the dupe for the ELDW. So ngayon, as in today, half ng face ko ay naka ELDW at half naka MSS. First impression-- pareho sila  ng level ng coverage, pero ang lagkit ng ELDW compared to MSS. Almost 7 hours later, mas oily na yung ELDW and medyo nabawasan na ang coverage. Very promising for me itong MSS.

Long been settled to Mary Kay Timewise matte-wear liquid fonda for my normal skin type.

^Love Mary Kay Timewise Matte Wear too! Medyo mas mabilis lang sya matunaw sa facial oils ko. But if I want a natural "no-makeup" makeup, that's my go-to.

Yup  Aside from matte, meron din syang luminous. That I haven't tried. For combi to dry type ata yun.

^I tried the luminous. Too shiny and oily and the coverage is very light. Para syang tinted moisturizer.

I am loving my Loreal pro matte foundation. The shade is just right for me.

Any good foundation for dry skin?

I used to have really oily skin but for a couple of months naging super dry na siya. I used to wear loreal infallible matte pero ang pangit na niya sa skin ko.

Same lang ba ang shade ng MAC Studio Fix Powder Foundation and MAC Studio Fix Liquid? Im using NC25 on powder. And MUFE HD in 120 for liquid. Want to try MAC liquid din sana.

^^ It lasted 4 to 5 hours lang.  I haven't purchased it yet, i just tried it lang from the counter around noon ata, then when i got home okay pa rin siya but i have to remove na.  Dry kasi ako sa pisngi area but so oily sa T-zone kaya mas prefer ko pa rin ang matte foundation.

L'Oreal Paris Infallible Up to 24HR Fresh Wear Foundation mas gusto ko to kesa sa Pro Matte foundation nila, di sticky atsaka light lang sa skin.

How can you go wrong? Coverage and price for the win. It was even better than Loreal's for me. It didn't last 24 hours as stated but good enough

Currently liking the Kosas Face Oil Tint. Super daling i-apply, pang tamad na foundation haha. Maganda rin coverage niya. Medyo drying lang siya, though. Need to apply a really good moisturizer beforehand.
