Trying To Conceive Thread 20

Hello po!

We are now TTC for our second child for more than 2 years na. 4 years old na panganay namin. Gusto na niyang magkaroon ng kapatid at gusto na rin namin siyang sundan, yun nga lang, hindi pa kami nabubuntis.

Mahirap kasi na LDR kami ni hubby. Every weekend lang siya umuuwi kaya siguro konti ang chance for us to get pregnant. While searching the web, I found out about soft cups and preseed fertility lubricant. May idea ba kayo kung saan ako makakabili ng mga ito?

At mayroon na rin bang gumawa ng insemination using syringe?

went to er the other day due to bleeding. (pregnant). madaldal yung baklang resident ob, which is good. asked my history, nalaman niyang almost 7 years TTC kami. then he asked kung naggym daw ba ako. which is yes. sabi niya kaya daw ako nabuntis. yung hormones ko naglevel up. worked for me, but might not work for others. pero you can at least try.

^Yan din sabi ng doctor ko sakin malaking factor talaga ang healthy living and lifestyle. Relax lang wag pa stress be happy. Nakabuo rin kami through eating healthy at exercise. Lalo na raw pag nababawasan ng fats ang babae. 

Polycystic both ovaries po ako noon at hindi po ako nag rerelease ng egg monthly. Pero ang weird kasi monthly may menstruation ako.

Plus to prayers too. It works.

We're finally starting on ovulation medicines.. Taas kase ng HBA1C ko & pinababa muna namin. I'm just waiting for my period. I'm going to take Ovamit and Letrosole.

Anyone have feedback on these medicines? This will be my first time. TIA

Update:
Had my TVS last Friday (CD10) and another one yesterday (CD12) and I have 1 viable dominant follicle pero medyo maliit pa (10cm). OB asked me to buy Choragon injection (aka trigger shot) para we can inject pag lumaki pa ng konti yung follicle. Praying hard that it will mature. I will have another TVS tomorrow to check again (follicle monitoring).

Hello sissies! We've been TTC for about a year now (though 2 years married na kami ni hubby) and after ilang months of trying and failing, we consulted an OB na.  Pinagawa nya sakin na tests ay Ultrasound, AMH (anti Mullerian hormone), Day 2 FSH, Estradiol and HSG (still looking for a hospital who has this service kaya for scheduling pa sya), while si hubby naman semen analysis. Normal naman lahat ng test results sabi ng OB and thank God wala naman akong PCOS. We still have to check if my tubes are patent thru HSG; praying that they are talaga. My hubby said may history sila sa family ng infertility (2 cousins nya sa father side). And like some of you, nadedepress din talaga ko, especially pag nakakabalita na buntis na si (insert name here) na kamag anak/kapitbahay/kaibigan/kaFB. Tuwing dadating si AF every month, naiiyak ako na wala na namang nabuo. There was even a time na we were fighting na kasi conceiving seems to be work na, not making love.  Sobrang stressful. Which is sobrang against sa sabi ni Doc OB na chill and don't stress kasi bata pa naman daw, magdiet and exercise kasi I gained a lot of weight when we got married (20 lbs ata nadagdag sa timbang ko), saka bawas ng caffeine (coffee holic) and get 8 hours sleep (goodbye kdrama marathons!). Pinagtake din nya ko ng clomiphene, kaso for 5 days lang, and now after 2 months, sabi nya stop daw muna kasi matagal daw talaga bago magtake effect. I guess factor din yung work sched namin, shifting si hubby while I work midshift (12-10).

Pero when I stumbled upon GT and may ganitong thread, nakakaluwag sa dibdib na I'm not alone in this, at nakakapagbigay ng hope yung mga nabigyan na ng miracles. Thankful ako kasi parang nakahanap ako ng support group, kahit online lang.

mga sis! may nakapagpa-HSG na ba sa inyo sa St. Luke's BGC? The one my OB required is yung may iodine dye, and when we inquired sa SLMC-BGC, sabi nila I need to have an in-house OB kasi sya yung mag iinject ng dye. Sa isang HSG thread dito, they recommend Dra. Jing H/Fernandez (?). Ask ko lang, kasi I have an OB na, if I call for an appointment, may professional fee na ba kagad na babayaran, like for initial consultation? Kasi hsg nila is 3K + PF nga ng doctor, so kung may initial consultation pa, is it included or hiwalay? Natatakot din ako actually sa procedure kasi. Diniscuss naman ni OB na may ipapasok nga daw na catheter then may i-iinject na dye sa fallopian tubes. Nung dinescribe nya na ganun, pinagpawisan ako ng malamig. huhu. Pero sabi nga ng ibang sis dito, sandali lang naman daw yung sakit.

^sis thatkdramaeonni, if I were you, I?d have pain killers or anesthesia for the hsg, para kahit paano mas realistic yung hsg results mo.  Pag wala ka kasing pain killer/anesthesia, at me masakit kang naramdaman, nag-ko-contract kasi yung tubes and minsan lumalabas na closed yung fallopian tubes mo kahit hindi naman.  Ask your ob about taking pain killers before the procedure, or even anesthesia  (mas mahal na option, pero kung mababa resistance mo sa pain e mas ok sya) for the procedure.  Good luck. 👍🏼

Papasked din ako ng  hsg  sa ob ko na sa next month..now lang kasi ngkalakas ng loob .15k yung last niyang sabi .sana same pa din at hindi na madagdagan.wala daw anesthesia na kasi kaya ko naman daw yun.pero natatakot pa din ako.
Till now ttc pa din ako.kelan kaya ako gagraduate.hays

^Sis mikaelavhan, good luck din sa iyo.  Again, ask for painkillers BEFORE the procedure para hindi ka ma-false negative (yung tubes, kapag masakit, nagco-contract, which the doctor might consider na sarado, pero hindi naman).  Kung kaya naman kasi sisses, kaya nyo talaga, pero hindi nyo kasi mako-control kung paano yung reaction ng tubes nyo na itetest.  The painkillers or anesthesia will also enable you to relax a little. 

This is coming from someone who took ALL the tests, nakitang closed PAREHO yung tubes so I had no choice but IVF.   It took me 10 years all in all nung nabuo si Nate.

^sis mommynin8 thank you sa advice sis! Nabasa ko rin sa isang thread na inaadvise nga yung anes pag mababa tolerance sa pain. Pero ang mahal, haha. Yep, magpapareseta talaga ko ng painkiller at baka himatayin ako bigla dun. hahaha. Nakakainspire ka sis. 10 years. wow. Hoping to have a little angel din, no matter how long it takes.

^sis mikaelavhan saang hospital ka and sinong ob mo? hehe. parang keri na yung 15k (if hindi nga nagbago). Nag inquire kasi ako sa VR Potenciano (reliance, manda), and grabe, 28K+++ daw yung procedure na may dye. So naghahanap kami ng cheaper option than VRP.

^sis, hindi pa ko nakakakuha ng doctor. st. lukes bgc ko din gusto. may OB na ko talaga, pero nung ang inquire ako sa ultrasound/radiology dept nila, kailangan nga daw may OB mismo na in-house kasi sya daw mag inject ng dye. Okay ba yung doctor mo? recommended kasi sa kabilang thread si Dr. Jing Fernandez, so I'm eyeing her.. Nagttry pa rin kami ni hubby. Siguro around June or July. Kaya natin yan, sis! Have faith! Good luck! Update mo kami how it went ha.

TTC for 16 months now. Sad na wala pa rin. Had myself checked, nagpahysterogram, tvs, blood test to check for hormonal balance but everything is okay naman. Hubby also had himself checked and okay din.  I tried ovamit for 2 cycles, per follicle monitoring, ok naman. For the last 4 cycles naging ok na yung cycle ko at 34 days. When I stopped ovamit, naging 40 days ulit.  I don't know what's wrong. Possible ba na okay ang follicles but di ka pa rin nagoovulate? or di narerelease yung egg? And what I noticed is yung about sa CM, never had something like egg white.

Hi mga sis kumusta na? Nagrest kami 2 months ni hubby after 2 failed IUIs. Iniisip ko kung babalik kami kato for the 3rd IUI or balik sa first OB ko, si Dra. Aguilar. Parang gusto namin sya itry ulit since we thought mas holistic ang approach nya. Kato is good naman for ivf or iui. Ano nga ulit ang schedule nya sa Friendly Care sa Shaw? Thanks mga sis!😊
