Married for 1 and a half yrs.. been taking folic acid, glutha, coq10, vitE since march2017, actively TTC 5mos from marriage then tinamad na  Kame ni DH mag BD, main factor [textspeak!] work namin parehas super tired when we get home.. my BMI is normal, DH is 26 which fall sa overweight.. we are both 33. We talked about it and we decided to go unconventionally... esp we both wanted to have multiples.. now we are eyeing on IVF procedure esp in Taiwan.

I hope someone post a new thread for IV in Taiwan para next yr if Matuloy may makakasama from here ☺️😉

2 years and 3 months married pero di pa din ako preggy. Technically parang 4 months pa lang kami nagpaalaga sa OB thru follicle monitoring and hsg nga.  So far so good naman pero wala pa din:( sobrang stressed ko. I know napepressure na din si hubby , hindi lang nya kinukwento sa akin. Parang pakiramdam ko everyone around us is getting pregnant and eto ako, wala pa din:( iyak ako ng iyak gabi gabi. Lagi ko kausap si Lord. Sana kayanin pa din namin. Kakabirthday ko lang yesterday and sinurprise ako ni hubby ng fur baby:) eto muna daw baby namin while waiting for Our baby. Then plan namin magpaIUI sa KATO by end of Q1 pero diet muna kami for the first few months. Let us pray for one another mga sissies. Gagraduate din tayo. Kaya natin to!

Hello, update ko lang. So 3 cycles of Ova-mit failed. Nakakaiyak. Pero heto pahinga muna. Diet and exercise plus vitamins muna kami. Itatry din namin yung Pre-seed this cycle. Balik ako sa OB next year na.

4 years married, 2 years TTC. Magti-3 years TTC na by march next year.

2013-2014 - no ttc plans yet
2015 - natural (no success)
2016 - started going to OB, 5 medicated cycles (no success)
2017 - 3 medicated cycles, 2 IUIs (no success)

Hindi kami tuloy-tuloy at may intervals. Medyo mabigat din kasi sa bulsa mag-ttc.
In 2018, we plan to be active ulit ng 3 months. Pero we have 2 major international trips planned next year, so bahala na sa timing.

After 2 failed IUIs, medyo naglie low kami this year. Sabi namin, sige, enjoy na lang muna natin ulit. Sa totoo lang, medyo stressful. At feeling ko hindi na masaya na yung every month nadedepress ka kapag dumadating ang period. Alam ko stressful din kay hubby.

Dati iniiyak ko talaga gabi-gabi lalo na nung bwan bwan kami nasa OB tapos laging failed. TTC became a routine, Pero nung nagpahinga kami, we are able to clear our minds and hearts. Sabi namin, sa sobrang focused namin sa TTC in the past years, we became hard sa sarili namin and tingin namin failure yung hindi magkababy. Nakalimutan na namin maging easy sa sarili namin. Masyadong serious at mabigat. That's why we decided to let go for the meantime.

We continue taking care of our bodies, drinking vitamins and supplements. Take moderate exercises. Eat healthy foods. And enjoy life. Alam namin, in His time, dadating si baby sa buhay namin. Wag natin kakalimutan na we got married because we want to spend our lifetime with our partners. Kaya chill lang and be happy!

@barbillie, so true that we need to take care of our bodies first and foremost. Na-pressure tayo sa sarili natin.
I'm on CD19 and my basal temp is still not yet showing any spikes. Baka late kaya ako nag-oovulate? But I took ovamit on CD2.
Finally, the hubby visited a urologist, US and doppler scan next week. Sana walang problema.
In the meantime, Rogin-E pa rin siya at folic acid ako. Eating healthy again after the holiday feasts.

Hello! TTC kami and I'm 3 days delayed. I have a regular period minsan maaga pa nga. Yesterday, I had slight cramping, bloated and may light sticky brown discharge. Today morning, may red blood discharge ako pag nag pee and when I use tissue wipes. Pero sa pads ko very light brown discharge lang. Could it be implantation bleeding? Its like a waiting game for us.

May nagttrack ba sainyo ng body temperature using regular thermometer lang? First month ko palang. And ang sabi lang sakin ng friend ko ovulation yun yung pinaka mataas na temp. Nabobother lang ako kasi Ilan days na tapos ovulation ko according to 2 apps pero parang pataas pa din ang temperature ko. Ibig sabihin kaya several days late ang ovulation ko? Accurate naman yung app in determining my period. Ilan months ko na siya ginamit for period pero for temperature this month lang ako nakapagstart.

Ako sis, gumagamit ako ng regular digital thermometer. Ilang araw na rin na mataas yung temp ko dahil siguro sa ubo at sipon. Nakakatakot naman uminom ng mga gamot kasi nasa kalagitnaan ako ng TWW.

Ano plan mo sis? Baka gusto niyo mag time off muna then mag exercise kayo pareho and have a healthy lifestyle. As in kalimutan nyo na muna pero syempre don't forget yung mga vitamins ng nireseta sa inyo.  Dyan kami nakabuo sis.

Pwedeng balik nalang kayo sa ob after a year nalang para makapagrest kayo at iwas muna sa stress at lungkot

Alam ko hindi ito yung tamang thread hehe pero gusto ko lang po magtanong.
May possibility kaya na preggy ako though March 28 pa expected ko na next period ko. Feb 28 kasi nagkaroon ako until March 5, Regular naman ako 30 days cycle if I?m not mistaken. So nung March 4, akala ko wala na, nag-do kami without protection. Tapos last March 11, may nangyari ulit samin and no protection ulit saka hindi siya withdrawal. Then mga ilang days lang after that, palagi masakit ulo ko tas super antok na antok ako. May time pa sa office na pupunta ako sa CR para pumikit kasi ambigat ng mata ko hahaha kahit naman same time yung tulog ko before sa tulog ko ngayon. Then one time medyo may cramps na super light lang, di naman siya sagabal pero nararamdaman ko. As per Glow app (about ovulation yun) Ovulation ko March 17. Nung March 18, nag-do ulit kami, no protection and not withdrawal. After an hour siguro, may dugo sa tissue ko, light red lang siya kaya nag-panty liner ako, pero hindi na ulit nag dugo, yun lang time na yun. Medyo na-bother ako kasi ngayon lang nangyari sakin yun. Ngayon, medyo masakit likod ko pero very light saka hindi siya sa lower part. Ewan ko kung preggy ba o baka kaya nararansanan ko ?to kasi yun yung naiisip ko hehe gets niyo po? xD Pero siguro dapat ko muna intayin if madelay ako sa 28. Pero may nakaexperience po ba ng ganito? TIA

Not TTC naman po pero if it?s God?s will then why not Ngayon lang po kasi ako nakipag-DO sa partner ko na hindi withdrawal. Thank you po ulit

had my first child when i was 19. wala problem very steady. when i was 25 tried to have another child again (another guy)  now husband til 31. we can't talaga. nadagdag pa na nagbarko siya when i was 29.  pcos na nga, tapos ireg menstruation tapos pagdating niya for vacation nagloloko lalo yung mens.

Pcos rin ako, tapos pinatest rin hubby ko, sabi ng ob ko, although normal count at isang sperm lang naman ang kailangan... naglalaban ang percentage ng buhay at patay na sperm niya. so kinda wala nakaming pagasa.

pero last year uminom ako nung fertilaid. ovaboost yata yun. pero wala, tumaba lang ako ng 40 lbs. tapos sumampa na ulit si hubby sa barko.

while he was gone, i went to the gym, no rice, basta lost the weight, tapos nagnapkin ako na may negative ion. pantyliner and pads. tinry ko iba ibang brands (online ko binibili) then paguwi ni hubby, using an app kung kelan ako fertile, we had sex on those dates. then after two weeks i am prego na.

though no embryo yet. iam still scared baka walang mabuo pero at least capable parin ako mabuntis. at marami naman nagsasabi too early pa daw. 6weeks count ni dra. ultrasound counts it 4w. worried ako kasi sa panganay ko may heartbeat agad eh. 2 weeks from now we'll go back to check for heartbeat.

so I don't really know what or which helped me kung pads o yung fertiliad.

Sharing the good news!!!! No need na to go to Taiwan for IVF, we are now officially pregnant.. although Hindi na multiples since naturally conceived. But super happy prin, next time nlng ang mga twins! Hahaha

Kamusta mga sis? 2 yrs and 7 mos married now, still TTC kami. Nagpaiui kami last Mar, failed then second IUI ngayong Apr. currently on the tww phase. Please help us pray mga sis. Kaya natin ito!

Hello sissies! This is the first time I read this thread and this gives me hope. It has been 6yrs when we?re TTC and I have never been pregnant. We consulted different OB and same statements. Low motility for husband and severe PCOS for me. Upon reading different threads, I came across KATO so we decided to consult for IVF. After diferent lab tests, Drs suggested to try IUI first since that is possible considering the results of lab and hsg and less pricey. Im scheduled this Monday. Im praying harder this time. Baby dust for us.
