6 month on pills si wifey para sa hormonal imbalance nya. Naregulate yung mens. Kaso due to pcos wala syang mature cells. After nun Fertyl na yung nireseta. After 2cycles ng 50mg di pa rin kami nakatarget. Tinaasan ni doc to 100mg. Ayun!!! Bulls eye!!! 1Year kaming naghintay.

@mhiecamacho wifey did not undergo iui. 1st pregnancy was thru clomid for wife and me. (Yes clomid helps if may sperm problem ka)..OB asked me to quit smoking and 2 yrs after no need for clomid na. One contact lang buo agad since we know the schedule na and we basically followed the instructions of our OB again. Avoid stress talaga dapat on the week of the contact and make sure your partner gets rid of all the dead sperm before mag contact.

^ano yung dead sperm?  Sorry first time I'm hearing this. And how know if they're dead by just looking at them?

Di naman talaga natin sila makikita. Those are unhealthy sperms i think. Yung maga mabibilis mamatay. Tapos mabagal lumangoy. Mabilis lumangoy pero mabilis din mamatay.

^ I imagined it like latak forming inside them that we have to get out before Ov BD. So ibig pala sabihin lifestyle change to produce healthy sperm. haha that's for clearing that out for me!

@mhiecamacho you can try iui sa OB namin. Found out a few mins ago may napa buntis sya again thru iui from tgis forum.

I found out about dead sperm from our OB and the nurse at CARMI when i showed up for SA after a week of abstinence. Nurse said no can do. After 5 days daw kasi puro mga dead sperm na lalabas. Asked our OB about it and she said may lifespan din ang sperm sa body namin. Kaya for best results unload your sperm 4 to 5 days before scheduled contact nyo para new and fresh batch. ^Ahh yung pala yun. Kaya pala nung nag pa SA din si hubby, inask when last contact. Sabi ko 10days ago. sabi di na daw pwede. I thought pa naman na mas matagal walang contact eh mas concentrated ang sperm cells. lols!  Sino nga ulit yung OB nyo?

Hi😊 im new here 😊 Been TTC for more than a year now. Ngpacheck up km sa OB [textspeak!] and me I have no problem regular cycle and all. Si hubby ngpa SA he has low sperm count and long liquefaction time. But our OB said no worries kc my chance p dn [textspeak!] mkabuntis si hubby,, our OB suggested IUI to boost our chance. But im hoping pa to get pregnant spontaneously sana. But now ive been thinking qng mgnda [textspeak!] n mgpa IUI n km,, 😔

both kami walang problem ng husband ko as per my ob. May mga vitamins din kami iniinom kaso hindi kami makabuo. Ano kaya possible na reason? Stress ako sa work si hubby hindi.

Malaking factor ba ang stress mga sis?

^yes, malaki ang stress factor sa baby-making.  try to be stress-free (or lessen the stress) by doing things you both enjoy, iwasan yung nagca-cause ng stress, and pray!

@eggpudding our OB is Dra elizabeth israel. Dami na din sya na pa buntis from the forum. I highly recommend her. Yan din dati akala ko. Pag matagal madami maipon yun pala mali. 😂

@Scubadoobidoo  - I am planning to see Dr Israel too because  I was inspired by your story. Hubby has right varicocele too (low count, low motility and morphology).  I'm still with Dra Aguilar now though she referred us to a Urologist that has expertise with infertility. I'm actually confused din if punta nalang kami kay Dra. Israel considering our case.  Si Dra. Aguilar kasi walang binibigay for hubby na meds, I guess she will rely on what the Urologist would tell us. Did you have yourself checked first by a Urologist before proceeding to Dra. Israel. Thank you  in advance.

Pag varicocele i thing u need to see a urologist talaga. But im no doctor. What you do nalang is when you see Dra Israel is ask her all the questions you want answered. Do not be shy about it. She will never rush a consultation and will take the time to explain everything. Thats the reason why her consults can last 30 mins to an hour kasi she will take the time to answer all ur questions.

hi! i would like to ask lang, pag ba hindi nag oovulate, nag kakamens pa din everymonth? thanks! we've been trying to conceive for 5 years and I also had 3 MCs already.

^sis makikita yan sa tvs yung follicle moniitoring. Anyway count your cycle if example 28 days ka bawasan mo yung ng 14 days so 28-14= 14 . So yung ika 14th day mo fertile ka niyan.  Pwede mong ipacheck kung may follicle ka.

ano ba ibigsabihin ng positive sa opk? pagba nagpositive today need magBD? or magBD a day before nagpositive sa OPK?

^medyo lito din ako dyan sis pero kasi ang turo sken ni Doc Aguilar, once nagpositive sa OPK, start na ng BD up to 3 days. So 1st day yung positive ka sa OPK +2 more days.

May idea kayo sa blocked fallopian tubes? Since wala kami problema sa mga test ni hubby. Nirerecommend ng ob ko mag pa test for fallopian tube.
