Hi girls, congrats to us all! Feb 17 2018 ako sa Calaruega, morning schedule. Nag-feng shui ako sa dates so Feb 17 lang ang agreeable date samin ni hubby. I originally planned to do it on December 2017 kaso puno na agad schedule nila. Even the COTH, puno na din. Blocked na din ang Saturdays ng Jan and Feb 2018 for 2-4PM weddings. Baka masyado naman kasi madilim yung 5-7PM.

Now I'm in search for the Venue. Anyone here who considered having Antonio's and Bali Village for the venue. I hope we can share our notes.

Di na din masyadong masama ang P2.5k per head sa Antonio's considering you don't need to pay for the venue separately or rent tables, chairs etc.

From the what I've seen kasi sa Tagaytay another 100k average ang venue.

hi girls! supposedly august 2017 bride here. we don't have booked church (church muna kasi inuuna namin next is the venue) yet pero may list na kami ng options. i am posting here at 2018 brides thread kasi baka bigla akong mapalipat sa 2018. not that i dont want to be a 2018 bride. actually, better nga para mas makapagplan kami ng maigi. wala pa akong anything na nabbook and nasstress na ako. nasa notes ko lang lahat and bookmarks sa pc and cp ko. haha.

question lang po sa mga 2018 b2b here: kamusta po ang pagiinquire sa mga church? madami na po bang not available na dates?

Hi sis, mukhang may chance tayo magkasabay ng wedding kasi we're looking st Feb 3, 10 or 17 as our wedding date. Hehe. Happy preps!

Hi sis atnep! That's awesome! When we booked Calaruega on Oct 28, 9-11am and 6-8pm, na lang ang mga available on weekends. I can't recall if february 11 (sunday) is already blocked out for the 2-3pm scheduel since its an inauspicious day for wedding per feng shui. You may inquire on the dates available. I-email nila calendar for the months na gusto mo i-check.

Hi sis acvc08! I already communicated with the GM of Antonio's. The minimum required guests for a weekend wedding is 200pax. Our planned guests would just be around 100-120 pax. If it is less than their required minimum guests, you have to meet the required revenue na around nasa 350-400k to get the exclusivity of the venue. Yung main house lang ba ang venue for the reception or pwede un ma-move sa Cabana?

For the Bali Village, saan ba banda yung location nun sis?

I am having a Christian wedding actually so I'm not sure about churches, pero for reception venues may mga ilan sa kanila na may bookings na sila on weekends ng Feb 2018. Nakakagulat nga eh pero madalas naman kaya pa yan. I heard though that Chapel on the Hill is marami nang  booked dates sa 1st quarter of 2018. Pero kaya yan! It's still early naman

Hi sis pretty_B! Welcome! as far as I remember, noon naginquire kami last August karamihan booked na ang mga hapon na dates. Like kami, napunta na sa morning kahit pa Feb 2018 pa kami.  Mas madaming available sa San Antonio de Padua kesa Calaruega and Lourdes.

Hi IVY2018. Gabing gabi na pero active pa din tayo dito sa GT. Halatang excited tayo. I also thought of San Antonio De Padua, wala lang silang contact number other than landline na for long distance call. I am searching Case de Corazon but I can't see any actual pictures. Ano bang set-up nila dun? One event per day lang kaya sila?

^^sis, casa de corazon is still on construction pero sabi nila soft opening sa december. It's taal overlooking kaya namin napili na venue and yes whole day ang rent ng venue nila. The price is for venue alone lang, open to all caterers naman pero alam ko may corkage yung hindi nila affiliated. At dahil trusted na rin yung affiliated catering nila which is L&J, we also book them. Wala ka pang makikita sa internet nung casa de corazon. Check the fb of si Willie Gatpandan. Pinopost niya yung catering and venue nila. You can pm him para makita mo yung map papunta dun.

Been searching a lot these past few days between Queensland Catering and Jhulians Catering Batangas. So far Queensland has mixed feedback here on GT and somehow Jhulians has less feedback but most of them are good feedbacks. I want to spend and splurge my visitor on food during reception since most of them are coming from different cities in metro and rizal. For those who take advantage the service of these 2 caterers can you please give us your point of views and share your experiences with them? Thank you ladies!

Hi girls!!! im soooo happy may thread na for 2018 brides!!! haha! tagal na ako nag aantay. haha. super excited lang talaga ako. We got engaged May this year. We decided on our final date last week of August. So far nakapag book na kame ng church, venue, lights and sounds, band, bridal hmua, ento hmua, photo and video, rings, OTD, hosting, tapos the gown and suits will be booked this november.haha! sobrang excited lang talaga. So far we've been to 8 FTs. unfortunately we haven't had the "this is it" feeling pa. Hopefully we could book within the year para medyo maenjoy ang holidays then next year na ko babalik sa preps. nakaka enjoy kahit na stressful sa gastos. ilang tumbling at kembot nalang 2018 na. happy preps satin!

Sis, would you mind sharing your supplier for the gowns and suits? Medyo dun ako hirap kase limited budget lang kami.

^^same here, wala kasi akong balak masyado magsplurge sa gown ko pero baka kasi may magaling na mura lang, aside from divi, and ian mallabo as another option, meron pa bang ibang mura na maganda gumawa kayong alam? Sa bridesmaid my plan is an infinity dress lang kasi yun ang mura and magagamit pa nila ulit in formal occassions. Ah, the moh gowns and mother gowns din need ko yun ipaggawa, ayoko naman tipirin damit ng parents ko. moh gowns will be shouldered by my sisters haha!

I am also a 2018 Bride. March 18, 2018.
So far, may mga booked na kaming few suppliers. And im a happy B2B. 

Church: Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Church
Reception:  Casa De Corazon (Yeeees! Ang dami natin sissies! Nung weekend lang namin sila binook, I fell inlove with the place the moment I saw it. I love Kuya Willie and his team, sobrang bait nilang lahat! Very accommodating!)
Florist: Dangwa Florist - Booked them nung last bridal fair sa SMX. Got them for a very reasonable price considering Ceremony, Entourage and reception styling, ang bait din ni ate arleen which is the owner, ang daming freebies na binigay which made me booked her on the spot. 
Invites - Print Divas (also got them last Bridal Fair) 
OTD - Stat Events & Trends (So far so good, mejo matagal lang mag reply minsan yung coordinator but given naman kasi may mga events sila most of the time). So far pinadala na samin yung mga checklist and timeline na need namin n H2B.

So far, yan palang, madami padin kulang. Sa Catering naman madami dami nadin kaming na pag inquire-an and FT ni H2B pero na sa sad kami sa mga OOT fees nila, so leaning towards getting L&J Catering din kami since ang daming freebies naman offer ni Kuya Willie. 

P/V naman, gusto namin ni H2B si Vidlens or si Lightshapers both maganda, both does not charge OOT fees in Tagaytay but both expensive. Haha! Sana makakita kami ng same quality nila pero lesser price... which I think nakita ko na Cinecreations Films is also good too. So bahala na. Nakakabaliw mag hanap ng suppliers pero masaya naman! 

Gown ko is baka kay Edward Teng. I really hope pasok siya sa budget namin ni H2B.

Tentatively October 2018 bride here! So far, P/V pa lang yung na-book namin. Yung Church kasi sa 2017 pa sila tatanggap ng reservations. Considering of finding a church na tumatanggap na ng reservations ngayon para mafinalize na rin yung reception venue para malock na namin yung 2016 rates. Kaso si H2B firm na gusto nya sa St. Andrew Cathedral, saka may ibang feels talaga nung pumasok kami dun - parang naramdaman namin yung "this is it!" moment.

^^ Hi sissies! Napuno na sched ko this last week of November so i'll be moving the paying of reservation ng gowns and suits on the first week of December. I'm getting Mark brides for my wedding gown, MOB and flower girls, Axel Fashion collection by Paul Santos for my ento gowns and DCT Bridal boutique for all the suits (recommended ng Mark brides). Lahat sila sa Dragon 8 Mall sa Divi. I'm not planning on splurging din sa gowns kasi. They all gave me reasonably priced gowns and suits pero infairness sa reviews nila, positive naman pati mga gawa nila. may mga samples dun na makikita nyo yung quality and look ng creations nila.

^^meron sa megamall this nov25, ang pupuntahan kasi namin yung sa smx kasi ang dami nila next year ng January, if im not mistaken getting married bridal fair. Search mo sa fb may free registration kasi yun

^ yes agree na meron sa Megamall next weekend. By January ang dami ata parang sunod sunod pero I think the biggest is yung sa PICC Forum, Jan 21-22 meron din sa SMX ng Jan 14 & 15.
