Ito ang mga kasinungalingan ng witness ni De Lima at Trilliones
1.) Nograles did not have any bodyguards that got killed due to politics. All his staff are alive and his security are Marine soldiers.
2.) Vice Mayor Paolo Duterte studied in Philippine Women's College (PWC) in Davao and not in Ateneo Davao.
3.) Mr. Matobato was never a bodyguard to Paolo Duterte, this fact is confirmed by a schoolmate.
4.) As mentioned by Senator Ping Lacson, the PAOCTF was abolished in 2001 and not in 2002 thus there was no such meeting alleged by Mr. Matobato.
5.) Richard King was killed in Vital C office in Davao and not in the nearby McDonald's restaurant.
6.) There is no man named Edgar Matobato in the CAFGU list, as confirmed by the Philippine Army.
7.) Mr. Matobato alleged that there were 30 persons in their death squad, imagine minimum 30 up to 200+ bullets riddled to a victim but was still alive. So they waited
for Mayor Duterte to come and finish the victim using an uzi.
8.) Mr. Matobato alleges that Vice Mayor Paolo Duterte was taking drugs but based his statement only on the looks and hearsay stories.
9.) Initially Mr. Matobato said he was a ghost employee by Davao City Hall and receives P3,000 per month as allowance but later changed it to P5,000, what is the real
amount?
10.0 Initial questioning to Mr. Matobato, he revealed he killed 50 persons but later on he said it could be 1,000 or more, oh really now?
11.) Mr Matobato said on 2003 then CHR Chair Delima had a police operation to dig alleged graves and was planned to be ambushed (killed) but the now Senator Delima
immediately corrected that it was 2009, who is the real witness now here?
12.) Mr. Matobato alleged that he was a ghost employee in Davao City Hall but at the same time works at the police arm office of the City Mayor and receives monthly
wage but the COA and the City Hall officials has already said previously that there is no such ghost employee practices in the city, who is saying the truth?
13.) Mr. Matobato has confusing statement on who brought him to the Senate to become witness, he said he has a friend but he does not know personally this friend, but
later changed to saying he knows this friend for long time now but not that really long, but later changes that there is this Msgr. Roberto Olaguer who he sought help,
why so many changes in statement?
14.) Mr. Matobato said he does not have any cellphones, access to tv, newspapers, or radio; but... the wife of Richard King called him, but... when he was hiding in
Pangasinan his unknown "friend" went to him to get him as witness; what is the truth now?
15.) Mr. Matobato said he killed a certain terrorist with a name, Sali Makdum. But such name cant even be googled, is this a super secret terrorist?
16.) Mr Matobato said "we always park the van we use to kidnap our victims in GAISANO SUBDIVISION", but there is no such subdivision with that name in Davao, is this
pure imagination?
17.) Mr Matobato said he executed a notarized affidavit indicating all his grisly revelations being a DDS before he took oath and became witness in the Senate, but
that is another lie; there is no such affidavit. All his statement during the committee session is not legally binding but just for show.
18.) Mr. Matobato insinuated that he fed a man to the crocodiles in the flat plains of Brgy. Kapatagan in Digos City, the truth to this is there is not even a river in
the area for crocodiles to thrive.
19.) Mr. Matobato alleged that then Mayor Duterte intructed him to kill the Dance Instructor of Jocelyn Duterte, the sister of Duterte, he also alleged that this
person is also a lover of Ms. Jocelyn, but this was vehemently denied by Ms. Jocelyn as pure fabricated lies. This guy is not a witness but a gossiper!
20.) Let's save the best laugh for last, when Senator Alan Peter Cayetano insisted that Mr. Matobato identify which among the several adhesive tapes presented in his
table and choose the "masking tape" he used to wrap his victims, he proudly selected what appears to be a "packaging tape" and Senator Cayetano showed what is a real
masking tape that is made of paper and cant be possibly used for wrapping victims as it can easily be destroyed. In his defense, Mr. Matobato insisted that all those
adhesive tapes in front of him looks like masking tape. What a fraud caught by its mouth!
