I recently pre-ordered Cosrx AHA BHA Clarifying Treatment Toner and Cosrx Blackhead Power Liquid (my first active!) and a bunch of sheet masks.

Yung seller ko is also a korean skincare junkie like us, madami sya alam, yun nga lang pre-order palagi. PM me if you want to follow her on IG. :)

Been using korean skincare For 2 months already. 😁

May question po ako. I'm 27 years old, with acne prone and Oily skin? I will usi this pag naubos na yung current essence ko. Is it suitable for my age and Skin type?
Im currently On the ff:
Cosrx AHA/BHA toner
OST Vitamin C20 Serum / Alternating with BHA blackhead liquid
Benton High Content Essence
Innisfree repair 9 eye cream

And 1 more question, I have been thinking ano magandang cream? 😔

^^ Baka hindi talaga type ng skin mo creams since oily ka and acne-prone. Usually tayong may mga ganyang skin type, hindi talaga kinakaya lalo pag marami products nilalayer. Try mo gel or gel-creams sis.

^Agree with budzwhiz, I always break out with any type of cream moisturizer and it's the reason why I never used any sort of moisturizer in the past! That was until I discovered Clinique's moisture surge. The gel formula is absorbed by my skin in a few minutes as compared to creams that would just sit on top of my skin. There are a lot of Korean brands that have gel moisturizers as well. I ordered the Neogen one and can't wait to try it out!

Thank you sis Budzwhiz and Khriseeee. 🙂

Hi sis! We have the same skin issues, oily and acne prone. I also use the same toner and BHA from Cosrx and I plan on buying the Benton essence. Kamusta sayo? Also, to answer your question, I ordered the Mizon Snail Recovery Gel Cream, ok daw yun satin na mga oily skin as moisturizer :)

C20
Biore water essence spf
Cosrx ceramide moisturizer

Pahinga muna sa gastos and then:
Cosrx aha liquid
Cosrx bha liquid
Cosrx snail mucin essence
{Hydra toner }

May masuggest na kayo na magandang hydrating toner? May nagsasabi kasi na hada labo medyo bland. Maybe bec hydration Lang sya.

('meh' reviews): HL Light & HL Shirojyun (whitening/arbutin)

(ok to HG for some): HL Gokujyun/Moist

(Not read much review, but considered as good): HL Premium *dark yellow bottle*, more hyaluronic acid than HL Moist, P750-P900

Others (haven't search for any reviews): HL Alpha (anti-aging) *Red bottle) - P900

^^that was the post that made consider k skincare 😂  Sakto rin kasi paubos na halos lahat ng products ko so perfect time to overhaul :) Sino bang Korean equivalent in lady hirons? Lol fifty shades of snail pa lang naexplore ko.

^may nabasa ko review, malaki raw difference nung bagong formulation (premium) so I just might get that. Pwede rin day lagyan ng propolis oil for example for extra boost, natry mo yon?

^2 1/2 weeks of daily use ko pa lang nagagamit. 21 y/o, dehydrated (slight) oily skin. Bale Missha FTE > HL Goku > HL Perfect Gel. I let the products absorb before lagyan ulit ng product.

Pero I've been using Missha FTE daily for more than a month siguro. First time ko gumamit ng hydrating toner/hyaluronic acid kaya hindi masyado helpful masasabi ko sorry. Pero no breakouts, at hindi na mukhang dry from the 'deep' o 'inside' the skin yung itsura ngayon. It's better than before, pero I still find my skin 'okay', wala pa sa state na better than the ave skin.

Yung fte ba ay actual essence o it goes before the essence?

^anong snail binili mo sis? How's it so far? Grave vying araw ko kahapon and all morning today nagoobssess Lang ako sa Asian skin blogs at kakaplot ng regiment. Excited to try them all!

Anyone using facial oils? Well recommended pa rin yung Sunday Riley kahit kbeauty fanatics, kaso  mahalya at mahirap makabili rito..

^ I got into K skincare due to Skin and Tonics and Joseibi but they're not beauty therapists like Hirons pero hindi naman nila updated ang blogs nila.  Honestly, wala naman ako masyadong nagustuhan na bloggers sa K Beauty, because they are mostly in their 20s and early 30s and I'm in my 40s anyway, so trial and error lang ako. Lady Hirons also had a good review sa Mizon Starfish cream.

Antipodes and Trilogy have good facial oils.

I think it would help po if you post your skin type at skin concerns. Saken kasi texture (I'll be testing out Cosrx AHA this month) + hydration muna prioritize ko. Then brightening + more plump skin.

It would also be really helpful if you're familiar with ingredients + para saan.

^^ true naisip ko nga rin na malapit na sumabog yung popularity ng Asian skincare so better to get on it right away. Hopefully naman iconsider nila yung supply/demand law at di sila magphase out ng items para majustify and pagtaas ng presyo.
I'll look into that mizon cream nga..
you might want to try fifty shades of snail sis. I think she's also in her 40s. I know main concern nya rin ang ageing. I think you're doing tret sis? She is too so yung products nya has to work around it:)  I know what you mean with the younger bloggers. Di rin ako maka relate kasi acne battles pa rin yung iba sa kanila 😬 There's this one naman, snowhite and the Asian pear, na suma scientific approach tapos may spreadsheet pa that you can download.

I'm in my mid 30's sis (although I think my skin could be older) may go-to product ka ba na masasuggest? Would very much appreciate any recos:)

I've tried antipodes serum will check out their oils next! Walang sellers..:(

^
I'll be getting that also sis. That's an essence if I'm not mistaken? So isasabay mo sya sa fte mo sis o pang alt? Yes nga when I back read nakita ko may mga naga advice. Niice. It would be great to know what others think so I just might post my concerns here hehe.

^got your pm sis, thank you. Wow that should keep me busy for a while hahaha!

^My go-to's (besides my AHA treatment and tret)
- Tinatamad/inaantok: Sulwhasoo Overnight Vitalizing Mask and/or Missha Borabit Ampoule
- Masipag/hindi pa antok: Iope Bio Essence or CosRX Galactomytes, Antipodes Divine Face Oil, History of Whoo Jinyul Eye Cream or Sulwhasoo Concentrated Ginseng Eye Cream (both I also use for my face kasi naparami ako bili ng samples and I have both for more than year) and the above two
-Cleansing: Sum37 miracle rose cleansing stick - tagal rin maubos
-Sunblock: preference for Korean kasi madami options for physical/mineral and easily spreadable, best for me, tie between Sum37 Essential and Sulwhasoo Hydro-aid. Parehong walang tint but ang ganda ng glow. I have to buy soon, ubos na pareho and I'm using the Olay spf 30 which is good but nothing compared to those two. I have to try the Missha, ganda reviews.
