Hi! Pa-help naman :) Okay lang kaya 2 essences pag patungin ko at a time? Nag break out kasi ako cos of PCOS so I wanna get rid of the marks. Tama ba yung order ko? Essence muna then ampoule? Or ampoule muna then essence? And tama ba na una ang Hada Labo lotion kesa essence, or essence muna then lotion? Na-order ko palang yung Korean stuff, except for Yadah and Coony masks, I have been using these for a while.

DAY:
Cleanser: Yadah bubble cleanser
Toner: COSRX AHA/BHA treatment clarifying toner
Lotion: Hada Labo
Essence 1: Guerisson 9 Complex Essence
Essence 3: Power 10 Formula WH Effector
Cream: Cloud9 Blanc De Whitening Cream
Eye cream: Shiseido Bio-performance glow revival eye treatment
Sunblock: VMV Armada 45

NIGHT:
Oil cleanser: Shu Uemura Porefinist
Cleanser: Yadah bubble cleanser
Toner: COSRX AHA/BHA treatment clarifying toner
Exfoliate: COSRX BHA power liquid after 30 mins COSRX AHA Power Liquid – Monday & Friday
Lotion: Hada Labo
Essence 2: COSRX Galactomyces 95 Power Whitening Essence
Essence 3: Power 10 Formula WH Effector
Ampoule: Missha Night Repair New Science Activator Ampoule
Cream: Guerisson 9 Complex Cream
Eye cream: Bio-performance glow revival eye treatment
Sheet mask: Coony
Sleeping mask: BRTC Vitalizer Whitening Sleeping Pack

oracLe, mahirap na ma-overwhelm ang skin mo for introducing many products at the same time when you're just starting. Iyong mga exfoliating toner and essences/serums/ampoules once a night or alternate nights muna hanggang masanay ka na or when you only apply what is needed. Essences, serums and ampoules pwede naman same night but waiting time in between.

Got it! Thanks, sisters! Magbabasa nga din ako blogs. :D Sana matagal pa expiration date ng Galactomyces, unahin ko yung Guerisson essence siguro.

I have unknowingly followed the korean skincare routine (with some tweaks) and have done so for 3 years now. Idk if it's the genes or if I owe it to that routine and humility aside, lagi ako napagkakamalan fresh grad or underage though I'm already in my late 20's.

I've introduced many products to my skincare routine but have adjusted to what I think is the best and what works for my skin. Here's my routine:

Morning:

1. Low PH cleanser

2. Acid toner

3. Acids or actives (AHA, BHA & Vitamin C Serum)

4. Lightweight moisturizer

5. Sunscreen

Evening:

1.  Cleansing cream or oil

2. Low PH cleanser

3. Acid toner

4. Acids or actives (AHA, BHA & Vitamin C)

5. Tretinoin

6. Serum/facial lotion/essence

7. Thick moisturizing cream

I don't use any whitening products and sheet masks. I also introduced all these lalo nayung acids slowly into my skincare and I don't use them all at the same time. I have a schedule and wait times I follow for my acids since these are harsh pag pinagsabay sabay.

If I find my face too slick and oily, I skip the serums and essences and go straight to moisturizing. Sa gabi lang ako naglalayers since madalas ako magfield work and ayoko ng malagkit mukha. I can post the products I use and how I use them kaya lang magiging super haba ng post ko :P

My suggestion for those trying out the Korean skincare is not to be overwhelmed with the products. Unti unti lang pag add ng products. If your skin doesn't need it, then you don't have to neccessarily follow the 10 or 15 or 20 step skincare. Usewhat works for you. Kung mas nakakaganda ng balat mo, then add it.

Customize and tweak it according to your skin's needs. What may have worked for others may not work for you.

Idk if I'm allowed ro post links but sites like Snowwhite and The Asian Pear, Skin and Tonics and Fifty Shades of Snail have great posts on Korean Skincare so you can get better understanding of the products and why they're using it. My routine is very similar sa routine nila.

^Sis what are the specific products that you are using?

Gusto kong bumili!

For my Low Ph cleansers, depende kung gano ba ko kahirap :P Cerave, Cosrx good morning gel cleanser, HHN hydrating cream cleanser and pag talagang taghirap mode na PH care :D

For my cream or oil cleanser: Banila Co. Clean it Zero cleansing balm for days that I wear makeup pero super bihira yun so most of the time I use HHN Sunflower oil.

For my acid toner: Pixi Glow tonic pero parang gusto ko palitan wala lang ako makita na alternative pa.

For my acids: Paula's Choice BHA, Paula's choice AHA gel, Cosrx BHA liquid, Cosrx AHA liquid, C20 vitamin C serum

For my tretinoin: retin-a or stieva whichever is available pero mas gusto ko stieva

For my essences: idk if these are considered as essences pero para sakin oo, Rohto Hada-Labo Gokujyn Hyaluronic Acid Lotion, Cosrx oil free-ultra moisturizing lotion with Birch sap, Cosrx advanced snail essence

For my serums: Missha time revolution night repair ampoule, Cosrx BHA pore minish serum

For my lightweight moisturizer: Himalaya herbals nourishing skin cream, happy na ko jan or sometimes I would use my Cosrx oil free lotion or Cosrxaloe vera oil free moisture cream pag super init

For my heavy or thick moisturizers: Cetaphil, Physiogel, Benton Snail Bee High content cream, Mizon snail recovery gel cream

For my sunscreen: Biore UV aqua rich watery essence or VMV arnada face cover

I don't use eye creams na since my face creams can do that job for me. I would sometimes use my Queen Helene mint julep mask if I feel that my face is oily and dirty and a gentle scrub with my Himalaya Herbals about twice a month just to slough off the dead skin from using my actives.

Super dami, I know pero I don't use all those everyday. Pag super humid, i skip essences and serums. Pag nagiinarte balat ko like dry on one one part and oily on the other part, I adjust my products and apply kung san siya mas needed. Pag malamig panahon, habagat or tagulan kung san mas nagddry skin ko, I pile up on serums and essences. My routine depends on the weather, my skin needs, stock availability and sywmpre budget lol.

Hindi pwedeng all at once sincw mabibigla skin.

First time ko umorder sa Shoppee. Bumili ako ng C20 vit C serum and CosRX. Confirmed na yung payment ko and wala pang ibang updates about my order (kelan iship, etc).

Matagal na kasing out of stock sa BeautyMNL, tapos mas mahal sa kanila ng around P200?

Bought 5 items from Shopee already (may promo kasi na free sf hehe).

WTB Secret Key Starting Treatment Essence Rose edition? Ano yung price range niya? :) Short list at mukhang okay kasi ingredients

^ Meron sa shopee yan sis, check mo yung shop ni bbcream meron sya nung rose edition. Price is less than 1k if I'm not mistaken baka less than 800 pa.
Update: She has it but it's currently sold out, and it sells for 700. :)

^^^ I think mas effective si C20, mas mataas yung content ng vitamin C, and in L-Ascorbic form pa, the most effective form. Yung sa Klairs derivative lang and mas mababa yung concentration. It's formulated kasi for sensitive skin, so mas mild talaga sya. :)
