Sis Medchic, as an OB, pwede ba ko makahingi ng advice mo? Ask ko lang, if ang follicle ko ay umabot ng 20mm on my CD 17, do I have to wait 36 hours after my trigger shot bago ako uminom ng Duphaston? I suppose to drink Duphaston on CD 16. Sabi naman nung nurse, hindi daw nakaka inhibit ng ovulation ang duphaston. Is that right?

Yes sis worriedb2b hindi naman nakakainhibit ang Duphaston. Pero saktong timing lang talaga. Mabilis lang naman action ng Duphaston, kakapal naman lining mo as you've wanted na action nia, mas maganda lang talaga after ovulation na. Kaai after ovulation, mga 3-5 days pa mag ttravel sa fallopian tube and hopefully na fefertilize na ni sperm si egg, bago sya ma embed sa uterine lining, sakto na yung thickness produced by Duphaston (and shempre yung corpus luteum mo) para sa fertilized egg.

Sis Damonsgirl, two weeks wait ako ulit for TVS. 🤗 by that time, im 7w6d ako nun. Saktong sakto na yun. Excited din ako na kinakabahan. Pero as long as no symptoms at all ako, I know Baby Summer is fine inside. 🤗

Nanaginip pa nga ako kagabi na full breastfeeding daw ako, and comfortable naman. Oha. Feel na feel ko na. 🤗

Sis, di ako sure pero my best friend, Dra. Bueno-Gusilatar, shes a Perinatologist doing scanni also, may ultrasound time sya Perpetual. Wait, ask ko kailan sched niya. Para pag nag ultrasound marathon ka sa kanya na lang. She can do doppler etc etc too.

Yes kaka excite, dadayuhin ko sya for my CAS, pero yung mga regular biometries ko, sa isang Sono BFF ko dito sa clinic ko na lang.

So Sis MedChic, if inumin ko yung duphaston ko after ovulation, mas hahaba ng konti yung cycle ko? I'm expecting kasi to ovulate on CD 18. so if CD 19 ko inumin yung duphaston, magiging 34 ang cycle days ko. Sabagay, at least mahaba luteal phase ko.

Hi mga sis, ako CD12 follicle monitoring, 3 lang sa Left. Wala sa right. 1.6, 1.4 and 1.2. No FSH or HCG shots. Nakabuo naman. hehe. Di na nga din ako nagpa ulit ng TVS for documenting Corpus Luteum.

Im 5 weeks and 5 days na. And still asymptomatic! Yehey! Konti na lang makakapag pa TVS na ako!

Sis medchic, nagkapag-asa naman ako. hehe! I switched to Letrozole from Clomiphene this cycle. Kanina nagpa-TVS ako, I have 1 maturing follicle at 1.5cm. Day 13. Medyo nalungkot ako kasi sa clomiphene, at CD12, nasa 2.0-2.2 cm na yung size ng follicles ko.

Hindi ako niresetahan ng duphaston or progynova, kasi 12.2mm na yung lining ko. Kumapal talaga compared nung CC yung tinetake ko na medicine. Ang advise lang sakin is to take a LH kit around tuesday night (CD14) and continue testing at least once a day until CD16 to check if I have ovulated.

Hi! Anyone who had undergone the process of having their fallopian tubes checked for any blockage? Ano po tawag sa procedure na yun? And pang 5th day talaga siya ng cycle need gawin? What hospitals have this service? Thanks

Hi sis. I did mine on my 7th or 8th day basta sure na wala ng mens even light spotting. HSG yung tawag.

^Sa dating ob pa ako nagpa HSG sis. Sa Las Pinas Doctors, 9k. Pero sa current ob ko ngayon sa Asian nasa 8k ata.

Hello mga sis,

Am back from hiatus. I tried to stay away from social media for about 3 weeks and tried to live a stress free life. Nag work from home pa during fertile week para di pagod. I was very hopeful and didn't even bother to check yung period checker sa phone (para di mastress) - although at the back of my mind, alam ko kung kelan dapat yung day ng CD1.

1 day delayed - I was joyful
2 days delayed - with one small spot - I was feeling happy
3 days delayed - with few small spots - I was getting anxious

4th day - wihch is today... brown discharge - no too much - but shempre.. I am feeling sad na kasi for sure AF today...

I have backread all the posts since I went away... and as always, apart na madaming new insights ( I wasn't aware na bawal ang chocolates!) , ang mas importante, yung feeling na may mga nakakaintindi sa pinagdadaanan ng mga  nag-TTC...

hi sis dolphine! pm sent. bawal kasi ilagay dito. napagalitan na ako ng moderator before hehe. sana makatulong un sayo. don't be sad na sa pagdating ni AF. at least may panibagong pagkakataon. isipin mo nalang yung ibang babae na di talaga nagkakaperiod. mas mahirap yung case nila.

wag kayo mag alala mga sis, lagi kayo kasama sa novena ko. pati yung premature twin babies ng friend ko araw araw ko pinagpepray at bumubuti naman progress nila kahit 24 weeks and 5 days sila pinanganak.
