Hi Sis, I called the clinic na nag FM sakin last cycle. They told me na pwede naman ako magpa FM without my OB's request. So there, nagpa appointment na ko for tomorrow morning.

I'm excited to see if umipekto sakin ang clomid.  Basta sis, when my follicle reaches 20mm, that's when I go to my OB for HCG shot, is that right?

Ayun naman pala sis. Ako kahit walang request ng ob nagpapa utz talaga ako hahaha. Yes sis 20mm ish yung sakin nung nag trigger ako pero shempre doc ko naman nakaka assess kung tamang size na ba un for her.

Nagpa iui ako sis. Pwede ka naman di mag iui kung walang sperm issues si hubby pero kung meron, mas mataas chances sa medicated cycle plus iui Normal naman ba ang sperm ni hubby?

Yes sis, maganda naman ang result ng SA ni hubby. Pwede nga daw siya makabuo ng 10 babies ng sabay sabay. hehe

Hahaha ilan ang sperm count nya if you don't mind? Dito kasi sa St. Lukes, dapat more than 39million ang count para maconsider na normal.

I'm currently here sa clinic for my ultrasound. Last night masakit left and right side ng puson ko. Sana sign na yun na lumalaki na ang follicles ko. Hehe.

Sis, I'm home na! At CD 13, meron na akong 11. something na follicle. Which is a good sign I think. Because last month, at CD 13, 9mm lang ang follicle ko. Pero hindi ba masyado pa ding maliit ang 11mm for CD 13?

My next appointment is after 2 days, so that's on Monday.

Eto na yung sperm count ng hubby ko. hehe. Total sperm count niya as per the result is 133 million. Total motility at half an hour is 80%, total motility at 1 hour is 80% pa din. Super ganda diba? hehe.

Sis worriedb2b I can't remember anymore but I think nasa 20mm. Bukod kasi sa clomid nag injectables din ako (gonal f for 5 days and menopur for 2 days). My ob made sure meron ako dominant follicle sa left ovary kasi wala na ako right fallopian tube. Medyo maliit pa follicle mo. Hopefully after 2 days lumaki na.

How about abnormal and normal forms sis? Dapat at least 4%. And how about yung liquefaction? It must be within 30 mins. yes sis maliit pa yan. Sa normal na babae kasi diba 14th day nag oovulate na. Ako day 13 17.55mm na. Day 16 ako nag iui.

sis, meaning hindi pa masydo umepek yung clomid sakin noh? 2 tabs kasi reseta sakin pero 1 in the morning, 1 at night. Next cycle, try ko pagsabayin ng evening.

Yung normal forms nya ay 60%, abnormal head 20%, abnormal Midpiece 10%, abnormal tail is 10%. Liquefaction time is 30mins.

Ah so basta sis ikaw lang talaga ang may problema. Madali lang yan basta mag meds ka no need for iui Fertility clinic naman ang gumawa ng semen analysis ni hubby mo diba? Dito kasi sa pinas di daw accurate sa labs ng hospital. Dapat sa st luke ls carmi talaga. Di ako masyado nag follicle monitoring nung naka clomiphene ako kasi di naman fertility specialist ob ko noon so I don't know ano basehan kung nag ovulate ba besides sa corpus luteum which is found after ovulation na.

Sis rogue0214 - ako naman hinde nagpo produce ng follicle ang right ovary ko. yan yung sabi sa follicle monitoring ko last cycle. Kaya binigyan ako ng clomid this cycle. DI ko pa alam if may follicle na ako ngayon sa right ovary ko.

Sis damonsgirl - yes sis, ako lang talaga ang may problema. LOL. Lab clinic yung gumawa ng semen analysis niya sis. Anyways, if hinde ako mabuntis this cycle, lilipat na talaga ako ng doctor. Ang hirap ng ganito na ako ang nagmomonitor sa sarili ko. 

Nag research pala ako. 30 days kasi ang cycle ko. So ang ovulation should occur 14 days before my AF, that is on CD 16. If 2mm per day ang nilalaki ng follicle ko, by cd 17 pa lalaki ng 20mm ang follicle ko. may possibility pa naman siguro ako mabuntis nun noh? 1 day lang naman nadelay hehe. Let's see.

Ako naman sis worriedb2b nung naka clomid nandun sa right ovary yung follicles. Kaya sabi ng ob dapat mag injectable para magkaron sa left ovary.

Ako mga sis yung leading follicle nalang binantayan ni ob. Isa lang daw kasi talaga yung may potential at nasa right ovary sya. Di naman lahat nagkaka OHSS sis Worried, kasi ako same meds kami nung isang friend ko except for clomid nya ako letrozole pero sya yung nagka OHSS. Twins kasi yung sa kanya.

Mahirap nga mag monitor ng sarili kaya mas maganda talaga lipat ka kung di ka satisfied sa level of care ng ob mo.

I agree with sis damonsgirl. Dapat talaga may tiwala ka sa ob mo. Kung di ka satisfied sa current ob mo hanap ka ng iba. Yung husband ko nung na meet namin yung ob ko sabi nya malakas daw pakiramdam nya mabubuntis na daw ako. Ayun nagka totoo nga. Hehe.

Hi mga sis, ako CD12 follicle monitoring, 3 lang sa Left. Wala sa right. 1.6, 1.4 and 1.2. No FSH or HCG shots. Nakabuo naman. hehe. Di na nga din ako nagpa ulit ng TVS for documenting Corpus Luteum.

Im 5 weeks and 5 days na. And still asymptomatic! Yehey! Konti na lang makakapag pa TVS na ako!
