Went to their gateway branch to buy a gift for someone.  Hay, sobrang limited lang nung stock nila, kulang na kulang yung colors ng small nylon (I think yellow and blue only), pinakamarami and pinakamagandang colors na yung sa mini. Sayang naman yung potential customers nila. Pero ang ganda nung gray neo, want to get it next time!

hi mga sis. anyone here na naka experienced ng super obvious creases and some bubbles on your neo bag? Mine kasi started to show creases and some bubbles at the back malapit sa handles. I emailed longchamp about it, and someone from Rustan's already emailed me and askes for photos but that was 6 days ago pa. I am asking kasi if it was normal lang and if it be fixed kasi my le pliages naman are all looking new pa kahit 2 and 3 yrs. old na sila, never nagka bubbles. my bag is neo medium in bilberry. i've been frequently using it pa lang for 6 months like a body bag, tapos ang dami na nyang lukot at nagka bubbles agad haist. sana mag reply na yung sa Rustan's. 3 yrs. ago kasi i had my LC Orchideal's handles replaced there at Rustan's Makati for free nung nag wrinkled agad after using it twice. sana may positive feedback or sana mag email pa sakin.

^sa akin sis un le pliage ko ang nagkaganyan. Less than a year ko pa lang nagamit ganyan na. Sabi nila pag nababasa yun bag nagkakaganyan.

around how much kaya ang LC Neo (small or medium) sa Europe and which country in EU mura?

Yung nabili ko sa IG seller based from UK sa outlet galing yung LC neo fantaisie ata yun early 2016 (small size), nabili ko lang ng 6,150 pesos ata.
Pina authenticate ko sa purse forum at authentic naman.
Yung dati ko din na nabili 2 years ago sa seller na based sa saudi arabia na LC LP SLH and SSH worth 2,500 each eh authentic din nung pina authenticate ko.
Pero yung nabili ko na LC neo medium in black na worth 3,280 pesos sa seller na based sa USA eh fake. Akala ko bawal fake dun. Ni-compare ko sa rustans yung neo medium, ayun fake nga kasi makapal yung fake pero yung orig mas manipis.

^Kahit dun sa purseforum majority ng nagpapa auth ng LC neo eh fake. LOL

OT. Kahit yung seller from US nagbebenta ng authentic but tester daw na perfume, bumili ako ng isa yung chanel mademoiselle. Ayun fake, kasi magkaiba sa store yung bottle. Sabi nung SA ng chanel, same lang ang bottle ng tester at for sale na perfume.

mga sis, always, always buy an authentic longchamp. or else, you will never know how awesome their after-sales service is talaga. Rustan's finally replied after a week and they had my bag exchanged for a brandnew one! since wala na bilberry dahil out of season na, they let me choose between na 2017 spring release:noir, navy, peony and chalk. peony is so pretty kaya lang afraid of it getting stained kaya i chose the classic, noir/black. so happy talaga:)
