Honestly based on your kwento I don't think he fooled you. You know what went wrong? You had expectations.

Okay you found out he is a Bi. Dear, you and him were just dating at that time. You are in a 'getting to know each other' stage. Anything could happen while you are dating. As I said in my previous post, hindi ganun kadali magpaka totoo while you are on that stage. You don't also expect immediately as well! It's either what you have then will progress to a full blown relationship -- or it will not.
Even in a normal heterosexual relationships, straight guys will suddenly not call after a few dates. They will suddenly stop texting. Next thing you know may asawa pala dati, or may anak, o madaming girls. They will not be honest to explain to you whatever s*** they have. It's equally the same with homosexual relationships.

Based on your kwento, I don't think anyone made fun of you during the party. My thinking your frustrations made you feel that way. Your disappointment over knowing he is not a straight guy you wanted to have made you think pinagtawanan ka ng ibang tao.
If he is a Bi, please know he can also be attracted to women not just men. I just want to clear na hindi porket Bi eh lalake lang ang pede magustuhan. To be fair with him, my assumption is he 'tried' if it will work out with you. For the better term , yes he is exploring his possibilities with you. Just like in a heterosexual relationships, if things go south, then no one else should be blamed. may part ka rin na dapat ikaw mismo tinanong mo dapat siya since you also like him.
Example nalang sakin I told my ex bf na I did really love him kahit ba mga bata pa kami. Wala kasing manifestations nuon na BI siya (unlike sayo medyo ramdam mo na). If he could have told me before na he was confused, I would have understand pero hindi ko nalang ibibigay pempem ko kasi parang lumabas naging give away! haha.

We both laughed about it. He still invited me to dinner until i got married.
See i just want other GT readers (sisters) here to know that even if the guy is Bi and you like him--it's very much okay to tell them straight about it. Just like what we usually do to a straight guy we want to date. After all, these Bi people will make decisions if they want to work it out with you or not. Kung sinabi nila na they will go to a homo then let's respect din.
If at dating stage we find out the truth about them, please know also that we also have our own
dark secrets we don't usually want to share immediately to anyone -- even to friends. So let's also broaden our understanding. Hay maski ako meron akong hindi kinukwento sa mister ko!

So ganun lang yun.
TS just take everything that happened as a learning experience. Whatever lesson you learned, gamitin mo on your next prospect -- especially on a dating part.
I'm not a bisexual myself but I've got friends and families who are homosexuals. I understand their struggle and i believe we should not be quick to judge about them. their dating and relationships problems are not far different than heterosexual relationships.
One more thing, ang biruan ng mga salitang beki like 'nauna siyang naging akin', wag seryosohin! haha. Seriously, the guy could have really tried with you -- it's just that it didn't work out. Yun lang yun.
