^sis Tincywincy, ang sinerve samin during FT is Lumpiang Hubad with Crispy Wantons and Buttered Vegetables. So-so lang pareho, kaya ko din gusto maka-attend pa ng second FT so i can try the others. But the Lumpiang Hubad is okay naman if wala na talagang ibang choice 

So far ang natikman ko na bet ko is Lechon Tanglad, Roast Iberian Chicken, and Pasta Aglio Olio.

Appetizer: Ham & Cheese Croquettes
Salad: Chef's salad w/ honey mustard dressing
Soup: Roasted pumpkin soup
Fish: try Bacon wrapped cobbler fish (worth it naman sya for the extra fee. upgrade kasi sya)
Beef: Roast beef - served at the carving station
Chicken: Garlic Glazed chicken
Pork: Slow Roast Pork Belly with crackling skin
Pasta: Chorizo Pasta, Filipino Style
Veggie: TBD. undecided pa kame 

Desserts:
Mango Panna Cotta 
Chocolate Fudge 
Brazo De Mercedes

Sarap ng menu mo sis! I loved the mushroom truffle sauce nung roast beef sa carving station dun sa isang FT nila na napuntahan ko

Their paella station (upgrade) also looks great. Tastes great din pero parang ang heavy na if may 3 kinds of paella na kami hahaha loaded na sa carbs!!!

si becca yung AE namin sis kaso alam ko parang promoted na yata sya and di na AE.
as for kids menu, packed meal lang sya. hindi buffet setting. meron silang separate na charge for kids menu talaga pero namamahalan kase ako so what we did was nagtanong kame if they offer packed meals tapos sabe namin yun na lang ang ise-serve sa kids since di naman talaga nila masusulit yung buffet.

since free na yung 7 y/o below sa inyo, mas tipid na yun sis kase kame we paid for the meals separately. dati kase yun din sana gusto ko kaso since naka-package kame sa oasis, di daw pwede.

Sis HandC2017, the additional fee is Php 80 per head. sulit sya sis kasi something different dun sa mga usual offers ng mga caterers sa mga basic package and masarap talaga. si h2b hindi kumakain masyado ng fish pero sya mismo ang nagsabing non-negotiable na yung cobbler fish dish na yan.

Yung free yung below 7 y.o. standard ba nila yun or depende sa AE nyo? Just booked them yesterday, pero nakalimutan ko tanungin yung about sa kids menu.

Hi Sis Tincywincy, may I ask kung paano mag charge si M catering? Per head ba or per plate? Kailan sila mag oovercharge?


Question ko lang kasi si L&J catering charges per head pero they allot a specific number of grams per head para sure na lahat ng bisita may kakainin. Tapos hindi daw controlled yung buffet puwede sumalok yung guests ng food on their own. Ganito din kaya si M catering?

Confused kasi kami ni H2B kung sino sa dalawa kukunin namin. Hindi pa kami nakapag food tasting to both. Hehe

Thanks Sis! Kasi medyo napasubo kami sa catering kaya kelangan masulit yung counted na "per head" Yung unang plan kasi namin is yung entry package muna nila kukunin namin tapos mag-add na lang kami ng lechon para may pork. kaso since Q4 2018 pa raw yung wedding, +300 sa package per head. Yung best deal na magagawa nila is +100 lang.

Yung one price higher nila, yun in-allow nila na walang increase kahit Q4 2018 pa, kaya yun na lang kinuha namin. nung nagcompute kasi kami parang 10K na lang ng difference, e ang daming magandang freebies nung 2nd package nila so kinagat na namin.

^ Sis, during the grand FT meron silang server on the buffet table. pero sabi ni AE sakin pwede naman daw bumalik yung guests. even yung suppliers, sabi ni AE if may mga natirang food pa sa buffet sa end ng reception, you can make them get food from the buffet. kasi ang ipprepare nila na food is based sa kung ilang heads yung ipapareserve mo, pag may natira its your call kung iuuwi mo or ipapakain mo nalang sa suppliers. for the allotment (if kung ilang grams of each dish per head) hindi ko na tinanong. kasi we're planning naman to allocate some buffer para safe.

they charge per head sis, not per plate. actually h2b had an idea to ask our AE kung may wedding event sila anytime soon dun sa venue na napili namin that will have the same number of guests saamin para masilip namin sila how they do pag actual event na. I think you can ask about that din sa venue mo para maobserve mo din sila o an actual setting.

mag FT ka na sis para Makita mo initially kung sino mas preferred mo. hope this help

oo nga sis atnep, bat ganun kalaki quote nila sainyo? saan ba venue nyo? most probably may cut pa si venue sa per head rate kaya iba yung quote sainyo.. or, yung set-up na inoffer nila is the upgraded one. tipong mala marian dingdong level...?

Hindi sis, yung  may +100 nila on top of the 2016 rates is yung beef OR pork (Menu A) nila. yung menu na may beef AND pork (Menu B), pumayag sila na 2016 rates pa rin.

una kasing balak ko is yung Menu A nila yung kukunin namin, tapos magdagdag na lang kami ng lechon, coffee station, additional desserts and appetizers. Nung unang calculation namin is may net difference ng ~35K. Kaso since si Menu B lang yung pinayagan nila na 2016 rates, papatak ang difference is ~10K na lang considering yung mga bibilhin pa namin sa labas. so ang ending, yung Menu B nila yung kinuha namin tapos wala na kaming bibilhin pa sa labas. good deal na rin kasi yung nanegotiate namin na freebies na kasama.

Had our wedding last friday.. Sa food nasarapan naman ang mga guests namin and more than enough and quantity. Nasarapan sila wanton na appetizer pati yung pumpkin soup. And yung roast beef. Pati yung chocolate mousse tuwang tuwa ang mga kids. Naka 6 shot glasses yung pamangkin ko. Okay din yung bridal car na prinovide nila. 2016 lexus white.

Di ko lang type yung styling. Parang pang 16th birthday party yung style. Siguro kasi i did not upgrade anything, nagstick ako sa basic package. Pero someone approached me, i think it was their stylist. Sabi nya he upgraded daw the styling. Im grateful naman. Di lang nila nakuha yung shade of pink na gusto ko. Pa tweetums kasi yung kanila, parang candy pink. Pero as long as ok ang food, masarap and hindi naubusan, ok na rin. I dont think naman sobrang nagmmatter yung styling sa guests.
