where to you get those low airfares going to Japan?
planning to go to Japan really soon, pero medyo mahal na airfare na nakikita ko.

^jetstar or cebu pac. but i check prices against full carrier (pal / jal / ana) - minsan almost the same lang ang fare price kasi you have to buy baggage pa for jetstar and ceb pac (the only ones I really find cheap are piso fares, daming taxes imposed na recently ni ceb pac, it's no longer cheap)

^^ checked Cebu Pacific for the intended date, medyo mahal na rin eh - php20k/pax.
Yung ibang nakikita ko na post dito they got their tix for 5K lang. Inggit ako. With the itinerary that I planned for 3pax, lagpas na budget dahil sa airfare price pa lang

^Not to crush your expectations but the 5k fare posted are usually booked almost a year in advanced, very limited in availability, mga 1-2 lang, especially Japan (the new hong kong), and dates are not on holidays.

Katatapos lang ng sale ni cebpac ng sunday.  Tickets on sale for Japan, all routes were 3600 roundtrip na without luggage.

Nung 2017, kahit hindi ko nagamit nakascore ako ng tickets na 4k mnl-kix-mnl and last uear naman 6k for mnl-ngo-mnl by booking one way fares muna. Minsan kasi nagsnap sale. Kahit yung one way makuha mo ng mura laking tipid na rin. Si Jetstar madalas din magsale though hindi kasimg baba ng kay cebpac pero pwede na rin.

^I checked cebupacific last weekend wala naman ako nakita na ganoon kamura.
Looked at their website last night, approx. 1 way is 7k+12K return on the dates I was looking to travel

^Naglabas sila by batch, may time slot and ang travel date is Sep 2019-Feb 2020.  So for Japan and Korea 10am-12pm yung time slot. I was able to get tickets for 4 mnl-osaka-mnl november 2019  12,800 and Mnl-nrt-mnl for 5 for 18k feb 2020 so legit naman siya.

Try mo rin magabang sa GetGo. Alam ko maglalabas sila ng fares worth lower points.

Not sure how the GetGo works, I only rode CebPac once and that was four years ago na. Wanted to got to Tokyo and I think its more expensive. Will check JetStar later, sana I can get a good price since I also have to budget for accommodation.

^what's your travel date ba? Maybe I can help you look and post it here if I can ever find cheap fares. For Jetstar, they usually hold Friday fare frenzies so pwede mo din icheck

April28 - May4 or May 6-11

Im looking at JetStar right now, April 20 and 25 is less than 5k 1way pero that date does not work for us

Mejo malapit na ang dates kaya mahal and peak season din yan.
 Cheapest I found was 11k via ceb pac May 7-12 and this is Manila-Osaka-Manila. Though may mga 4-5k na one way fares, later part na ng May yung travel

That's the only time that we can go kasi, its just a side trip since we are coming from abroad also. Sana nga we can swing this Japan  trip since I will not go back to the Phils in a few years.

Nabook ko yung tickets namin last Sunday during the cebpac sale. Mura lang one way (manila-tokyo) 1,300! Nagpamahal yung pabalik kaya inabot kami 8k per pax roundtrip. December 2019 travel date. Yung PAL ongoing pa din yata yung 78USD sale nila. Aabang kayo sa May 1 or other holidays, usually dun sila naglalabas ng sale.

@rics those dates fall on golden week. Basically, almost everyone is on holiday so trains / areas will be congested, accommodations will be expensive. You might want to research about it.

My family and I are planning to travel to Japan. Mahirap bang kumuha ng visa? May US visa kami and Canadian visa though nagexpire na yung Canadian visa namin nung nagexpire ang passport namin 2 yrs ago. Natatakot ako na baka ma-deny kami.
