Mahal nga taxi sis. Imagine that's 600ish pesos for 2kilometers lang haha. On a good day less than 200ish lang ang 20ish km satin.

Nag taxi ako before. Di ko alam ilang km un but mga nasa 5mins lang yung ride ko from bahay ng friend ko to train station tapos almost 2,000 yen na agad metro ko.

Hello sisses, just wondering kung kaya na yung 50k pocket money for 2 people for 8 days? We'll cover Kyoto, Nara, Osaka, and Tokyo. Nakabook na yung hotels, attraction passes plus yung bus from Osaka to Tokyo. What we'll spend for na lang are food and transpo.

ang saya we got our visa's na from discovery and just booked a flight last friday. buti sakto meron promo ang pal =) our flight will be cebu-osaka, tokyo to cebu for just 495USD RT na for 2 pax. weeee
now accomodation naman in osaka ang hahanapin ko..

Hello sisses, correct ba na for the Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara leg of our trip, we'll stick na lang with ICOCA and buy Suica naman for Tokyo? Can I use ICOCA and Suica to travel to/from Kansai Airport and Narita Airport? Thank you so much.

^ All IC cards in Japan are now cross-compatible, i.e. Icoca will work in Tokyo and Suica will also work in Kansai. So you can get just one and that would be enough. The only issue would be if you want to get the 500JPY deposit back - you can only get the Suica refunded in Tokyo and the Icoca in Kansai (I personally don't bother getting the deposit because the IC card is valid for 10 years since the last use and I always end up going to Japan :p).

anyine had been to shibazakura festival? pano access nyo if your coming from tokyo...anyone na nagbook in my stays asakusabashi ok ba dun and pano kayo nagpareserve ? sabi kasi di sila tumatanggap payment online eh pagdating na lang daw pero need credit card info for guaranteed lang but they will not charge anything. pagdating na lang daw either yen or credit card payment upon arrival

^I've never been to the festival but I went to Kawaguchiko by bus. May trips that extend from Kawaguchiko to the festival. http://highway-buses.jp/fuji/

uu sis from kawaguchiko station meron na daw busses dun papunta sa site ng shibazakura roundtrip plus entrance na daw ang fee is 1,000 yen...,.pa andun sa shibazakura ano nearby na pwede isabay sa pasyal ?

If you are adventurous go to the area around Lake Saiko (Suicide forest - don't go there may bantay and harang, bat cave, ice cave) and the theme park. Kung gusto mo mag-relax overnight puwede. Akala ko nga maliit lang lugar na puwede half day mabilisan but I was wrong.

^no we didn't stay there we were in the Gaienmae ,Tokyo metro area. Never heard yet of Nippori pero kung accessible naman ng public transport okay na basta lang puro kayo adults.

Please suggest best pass to buy also.  Initially, I consider shoryudo 3 days then buy one way shinkansen to osaka? Or the Takayama-Hokuriku Area Tourist Pass? Thanks in advance!!☺
