Hi guys, almost 35 weeks na. Last check up ko naging breech si baby, I'll have another check up next week to check her position, if she's still in breech position, baka scheduled CS na after 37 weeks, what I am afraid of CS is the wound healing, I am obese pa naman, and I am so ready for the post NSD must haves hehe like the witch hazel spray etc. (excited lang) Hopefully umikot pa si baby. Any of you moms here na cephalic na naging breech then cephalic ulet? Thanks a lot

^ i have a friend umikot-ikot ang baby pero not sure how many weeks, towards the end din. She gave birth normally.

Pwede naman umikot ulit. I was breech naman the whole time until my 35th week. Sabi ng doctor hanggang 36th week okay pa. Mahirap lang after 36th week dahil less space na for the baby to move. Nung 36th week lang ako naging cephalic. 37th week checkup cephalic pa din.

Thank you dear, she was cephalic the whole time hehe but come 34 weeks nag breech. Hopefully on our next check up (I'll be 36 weeks by that time) umikot na. But kahit ano basta she'll be fine and healthy go lang.

Musta na kayo mga momsies? 32 weeks na ako today, grabe lapit na. Biglang lumobo din ako mga sis parang nahipan yung tiyan. Halata na talaga na buntis hehe. Kaso lately mas prominent yung kicks and movements ni baby. Medyo masakit na nga e. Minsan feeling ko lalabas siya. Di na rin ako hiyang sa mall (for the first time sabi ni hubby! Haha) bilis kong mapagod tapos pag mahabang lakaran nagcocontract ako. Balak ko pa naman bumili ng additional clothes di na kasya yung iba pang office. By the way, nakapili na ba kayo pedia? Recom ba ni ob or naghanap kayo? Saka when kayo namili?

Sis macheoc, si ob nagrefer nung pedia. 😊 pedia-neonatology yung binigay niya sakin. Specialization niya yung sa newborn pati mga premature so mas nakampante ako.  Feeling ko mas alaga ang baby ko pagganun.. Pero sabi ni ob mas okay daw yun kesa sa regular pedia for me, kasi high risk yung sakin and iCS nya ko ng 36weeks. Considered na hindi pa full term. 😊 ask mo rin si ob mo sis, usually may mga partner yan na pedia eh. 😊

Which is Witch Sige ask ko rin si ob next appointment. parang ok yung pedia-neotology ah. will look into that also. sure cs ka na sis at 36? oo nga, kala ko dati ok na 36 kasi 9 months. pero iba pala pag compute sa ganun, 40 weeks pala dapat. pero dami ko kakilala 33 weeks onwards nanganak, so far ok naman

^yes sis. Sure na sure na. In my case kasi hindi ako pwede maglabor. Iniiwasan yung complication pag naglabor ako or emergency cs. I trust my ob naman, saka meron akong same case na patient niya kakapanganak lang din. 36 weeks din nanganak, naincubator yung baby for 3 days dahil low birth weight pero sabay din sila nakauwi nung baby. Ako naman, mabigat naman si baby kada ultrasound ko kaya praying na sana hindi na kailanganin iincubator. 😊 ako nga sis, sa ob ko lang nalaman yung neonatology na yun. Hehe. Buti nalang sinabi niya at dun niya ako nirefer. 😊

Re paglalakad sa mall, ang bilis ko rin sumuko. sobrang hingal ko talaga, minsan nakakatakot kasi alam ko nararamdaman ng baby pag mabilis ang heartbeat ng mommy. mga sis, required pa rin ba sa atin mag exercise at this stage? 34 weeks na kami ni baby on tuesday. nag aaya si hubby umalis bukas kaso sabi ko ayaw ko ng lakad ng lakad, grabe talaga eh. ilang minutes palang pagod na ako tapos mas ramdam ko yung bigat. last utz 2033 grams na si baby.

Re pedia, makapag tanong nga rin kay OB. Tiwala naman din ako sa isusuggest nya kung sakali.

Nakaorder na pala ako cloth diapers from vezees closet kahapon then dumating na kanina, kakatuwa.

Which is witch ah ok, well sa ganitong stage talagang tiwala na lang tayo kay ob. ako rin minsan gusto kong magtanong ng magtanong buti patient si ob. pero dapat di ako nagcocompare sa experiences ng iba kasi siya mas may alam sa situation ko. we will keep praying for you sis. alam ko pag right size lang si baby ok naman kahit mapaaga ng kaunti.

crzysxycl sis di pa ako nagpapaquote, next week pa appointment ko. nalimutan ko last time sa dami ng tanong ko. pero may friend ako na nag share ng quote sa cousin niya. around 110k NSD daw, kaso nung pinasilip ko parang ambaba ng PF ng ob, 25k lang. eh yung coworker na nanganak last year sa slmc parang more than 25k yung pf. pero di ako sure. kung makakuha na ako sis share ko sayo.

re: weight ni baby, kinakabahan din ako dyan. pakiramdam ko ambigat niya bigla. pero pag nag timbang ako di naman ako ganong bumigat. next week pa din yung next u/s ko. praying na ok lang si baby and right size.

re: cloth diapers, ako rin sis nakuha ko na cds ko from vezees! ok sila katransact and i love their designs. baka maging suki ako in the future hehe

macheoc - sabagay sis depende rin sa quote ng OB. thanks! ganyan din ako sis last time no weight gain pero sinukat fundal height ni baby at ok naman daw, lumaki raw sabi ni OB. currently 31cm ang FH nya, 32cm daw is term size na sabi ni OB. true sis, ang gaganda ng designs ng CD. nacompare ko na yung mga online stores na napili ko and sa vezees pinaka mura plus smooth ang transaction. ako rin magiging suki for sure hehe.

aylatskie - sis based sa mga nabasa ko, usually 3 days after giving birth pa nagkakamilk. ganun din experience ng SIL ko who gave birth last yr. kaya yung iba nagttake ng supplements para magkamilk agad.

crzysxycl - try ko rin magorder dyan in the future. sila yung parang isa sa pinakamurang nakita ko na nagbebenta ng cloth diapers

aylatskie - ang nabasa ko sis, once na naremove yung placenta, yun yung hint ng katawan natin na magproduce ng milk. pero hindi pa ganun ka-established yung supply, yung iba kasi walang lumalabas agad pagkapanganak, yung iba mga after ilang days pa. Yan din worry ko, gusto ko breastfeed agad ang baby pagkapanganak. wish ko lang. hindi pa naman ako uminom ng supplements.

^korek sis, pinaka mura nga sa kanila. ilang weeks ka na sis?

last week nag request na ako ng philhealth docs sa HR, nakuha na ni hubby. try ko mag plantsa ng damit ni baby maya para makapag ayos na rin ng hospital bag. then tomorrow print nalang ibang docs pa na kailangan for SSS, ayaw ko kasing may makalimutan ako at para iwas alalahanin ko na rin sa susunod na weeks.

mga sis, i was able to buy pala swaddleme by your side sleeper. alam ko may nagpost before na sis na balak din bumili nito, forgot lang kung sino. nag compare lang uli ako ng prices from different online shops hehe. sa iba kasi super mahal, nasa 3300. bought ours for only 2100.

San kayo nakabili ng underpads? Yung nakita ko kasi sa mercury 600 pesos 10pcs. Malaki yung size niya.

^Sis Which, naalala ko may mura yung pack na caress or sm bonus na underpads. Pero kung balak mo na maramihan ang bilhin, sa bangbang st. malaki ang tipid. Nung nagkasakit kasi lolo ko dun kami bumibili ng underpads. Bili ka na din sa vezees suki na tayo hehe

^^Sis crazy, ilang weeks ka na ulit? [textspeak!]-anong docs need to secure? Nagtry kami kumuha nung MDR sa HR pero sabi too early pa daw mas maganda mga next month para mas updated. Di ko masyadong gets pero sinunod ko na lang hehe

aylatskie same din nababasa ako mga after 3 days lalabas yung steady flow. After manganak possible din may lumabas na konti which is okay lang kasi maliit pa stomach ni baby, basta important to latch the baby para ma-encourage agad yung milk supply

it's wonderful to read everyone's updates

it seems everyone is now prepping for their baby's arrival. nice to get some tips on what will be needed like the maternity pads, etc.

we met a friend yesterday who had to give birth to her baby prematurely - at 30 weeks. this happened last year. their baby had to spend a couple of weeks at the hospital at first but now she is a very healthy, happy, and active baby.

our friend advised us to pay attention to baby's movements because that was what alerted her to go to the hospital. she had noticed that her baby wasn't moving that day. she ate ice cream but still there wasn't any response from her baby. after that, she told her husband that they needed to go to the hospital to have her baby checked. when they arrived, they found out that she was already 2 cm dilated. they tried to keep her baby in the womb for as long as possible but they found out that she was also leaking amniotic fluid and the baby's amniotic fluid was already low and baby was starting to get distressed. so she had an emergency c-section. she said she didn't even realize she was already leaking amniotic fluid.

also, she said that drinking lots of fluids, especially water, helps with breastmilk production. while at the hospital, she actually had excess breastmilk even though her baby never learned to latch. she feeds her baby through ebf and she had to donate some of her breastmilk because her baby couldn't keep up.

update on my own pregnancy, had my ogtt yesterday and the doctor will inform us of the results at the end of this week. i managed to keep my weight gain at a reasonable level - only 0.6 kg. but our ob gave me iron supplements because my blood test showed my levels were low. she also advised eating red meat and lots of green, leafy vegetables to help increase my iron.

baby is healthy and is now 1.3kg at 27 weeks and 1 day

also, i got a prenatal massage today and it was one of the best decisions i've made. i had noticed some water retention/slight swelling in my feet these past couple of days and we noticed when we got home that the swelling is gone. my leg muscles and back also feel so much better, not tight anymore. i was in a room together with my husband and my bed had special pillows so i can lay on my side while the lady massaged me. if you guys can find certified prenatal massage therapists, do give it a try - it's really worth it

just wanted to share my diy photoshoot experience it was arranged by an officemate who owns a unit sa antel makati ave and the other one na may dslr and into photography sabi sakin dala lang ako black tube and skirt then polo and white undies and isang pretty dress, sobra saya kasi kami kami lang, we took photos of me sa pool with floral headpieace kc floral un dress ko overlooking skyline ok makati, next is silhouette sa room nya kc ganda ng full glass wall with white curtain then next polo naka undies lang inside peek a boo effect isang button lang nakasuot, then we put ribbon, then onsies  or botties sa tummy ko

sa great image sana plan namin they gave me price 1800, not bad may pic na nakaframe pero pinagiisipan ko pa kasi ok na ko sa diy we had

33 weeks now, complete na halos, ilalagay na lang sa bags need ko na lang pala i-iron un baby clothes, must daw eh sabi ni mother

macheoc - 34 weeks na ko tomorrow sis. halos sabay ata tayo, tama ba? ang hiningi ko sis for philhealth - certificate of contribution, MDR saka CF1. Dalawa yung CF1 kasi yung isa para kay baby. Tinitignan ko nga rin kung sasabihin ng HR na too early pa to request for these, pero ayun pinadalhan naman ako. Pansin ko dun sa COC, parang delay ng 1 month ang pag remit ng payment. Kunwari for April 14 payment, May 14 na naremit sa philhealth so for April yung last payment ko dun. July 15 kasi sabi ng OB ko safe na lumabas si baby so alanganin din kung next month pa kami mag request, for May palang ang nakapost that time. For SSS naman sis, may docs din na need for MAT2, galing din sa HR. May mga need ata kasi pafill up sa OB dito kaya mabuti ng dala na rin kesa pabalik balik pa, makakalimutin pa naman ako hehe.

Jeannybaby - type ko rin mag ocular sa st. luke's sis. hindi ko pa natanong sa OB ko kung isa sya sa mga OB na nag aaccept ng package sa slmc. nabasa ko kasi sa kabilang thread depende raw sa OB.
