Ferrerorocher - sis from what i read unhygienic lang pag open system yung breast pump, pag closed system pwede naman kasi isterilize mo naman muna yung parts non. hindi ko pa natry though hehe baka other mommies na more experienced can also share their insights. im planning to buy din baka after delivery nalang. type ko naman yung spectra m1 kasi portable and swak lang sa budget. hindi ko ata kakayanin na everyday when i go to office, dala ko na laptop ko tapos mabigat pa yung breast pump.

Mga sis galing na ako sa doc kanina. Parang 4 days ko na kasi nararamdaman yung parang nanlalata ako. parang bumalik ako sa paglilihi, hindi naman ako sumusuka pero ewan ko medyo weak ako. pina cbc and urinalysis ako, normal naman ang results. mag rest lang daw ako and take vitamin c. sana maging ok na ako kasi gusto ko na plantsahin damit ni baby at ayusin yung hospital bag.

ferrerocher, mine din sis. 2nd hand from my sister. Iniisip ko din pano lilinisin, may nakita ako sterilising tablets from babymama.ph, buy ako nun. Para doble linis gagawin ko. Isterilise ko din like sa ginagawa sa bottles after ilagay sa tubig with tablets. And tama si sis belle, may binebenta din na parts. If you think na need paltan part, pwede paltan. Though wag naman yung tipong papaltan lahat hehe,bili nalang ng bago pagganun. Haha

Nice to know that some of us here has breastpump na, actually I've just purchased recently a Medela Freestyle pump, and because of that purchase and some previous purchases I was able to get a Mothercare card, 10 percent discount na everytime you'll purchase not bad na diba? Anyways pinag isipan ko talaga many many times if I need to purchase one, ideally kasi on the 3rd-4th week na ni baby dapat mag pump if you want to build stash esp if you're planning to return back to work. But I've read that you really need to have one manual or electric kasi once you've experienced engorgement/fullness and baby is not hungry pa, you may need to empty the breast kasi it hurts. Anyways my cousin recently gave birth and sobra siya nagsisi not to get it right away kasi sobra sakit raw ng breasts niya, I told them to buy Spectra M1 and super sulit and helpful sa kanya sorry for the long post. Shegie - Will ask my OB tomorrow kung okay lang ba ang weight gain ko. Pareho tayo sis, parang duck na nga ako maglakad at 27 weeks pa lang yan ha. Masakit kasi talaga yung tailbone ko kung yung normal na lakad pa din.

Jeannybaby - True sis, buti talaga inagahan ko na pamili especially yung mga items na gusto ko nakakapa ko yung texture. Although meron pa din akong mga kulang pero pwede na sya bilhin online. Pareho tayo, wala ako ganong photos. Actually, kahapon lang ako nagpa-picture ng solo sa hubby ko na kita talaga baby bump after ko nabasa yung post mo. Hehe.

Macheoc - Parang di ko pa na-experience yung nag-vibrate tummy ko. Better ask your OB siguro sis. Ako din, hirap na huminga especially kapag kakahiga lang. Kelangan agad maglagay ng pillow in between my legs at dapat medyo mataas muna yung head part ko.

120515 - Sis, 1 week ahead lang pala ako sayo. Update mo kami sis sa gender ni baby. Ako din, at first I wanted a baby girl for an eldest. Pero si hubby preferred nya boy. Now na confirmed na boy na, okay din sa akin.

Which - On ML ka na pala, sis. If you want to buy stuff for yourself na di ka gaano mapapagod, there are malls na merong wheelchair for rent. Ganyan ako sa SM Southmall.

Crzysxycl - Ako din sis, parang bumabalik din ulit sa paglilihi in that may after taste na naman ang mga pagkain, ayoko na naman ng amoy ng ginisa at 3-in-1 coffee. Although nabasa ko din na yung 2nd trimester daw talaga ang pinaka-okay ang pakiramdam kasi pag 3rd trimester, parang may mga symptoms na naman nga.

Regarding breast pump, di pa din ako makapag-decide since I will be working from home after I give birth. Baka manual pump lang muna to help establish my milk supply during the first few weeks.

Re: baby movements sabi normal lang daw yung parang nagvavibrate. Growing pa daw kasi and nagsisimula na masikipan. Speaking of movements, ive noticed mas malikot na si baby. Feeling ko minsan bumabakat yung body parts niya... Alien lang ang peg hehe

Re: nipple cream, obviously ang clueless ko dito... Should I start buying and using it now or dapat by the time I breastfeed na? Where do you buy nipple creams?

Re: breast pumps, thanks for the tips! Baka mag basic manual pump muna ako then we will see later on if we need the electric. Good reviews nga ang spectra and medela. regarding breastpump: i had a friend who had emergency cs and she didn't have any milk during her first week. she said pumping really helped to get her milk supply going.

i just bought early because i know i'll definitely be pumping when i go back to work and i like having things ready and on hand

for nipple cream, use it if you think you need to like if you have dry nipples - even if you haven't given birth yet.

today, we'll get baby's cabinet from ikea. can't wait to get it so i finally have a proper place to store all the baby stuff i already got like cloth diapers and clothes

sis cryz, from my experience, vitamin c really helps and make sure to get one with zinc so that your body will absorb the vitamin c better and you don't pee it all away. we use redoxon double action. hope you feel better!

^Thanks sis! I'll be working on my second round of purchasing items later. Tama ka, dapat talaga maaga mamili kasi ang bilis na mapagod.

Speaking of preg symptoms, sis crzysxcl ako rin parang bumalik sa 1st tri ang feeling -- in fact parang worse pa. 31 weeks pa lang ako today pero parang pagod na pagod na. I still go to work pero pag uwi as in parang na knowck out. parang now lang din ako nagkaka cravings although di naman pwede maraming kainin kasi hirap na mag digest ng food. may heartburn and acid reflux feeling tuloy.

May 1 worry din pala ako. parang nagsteady yung weight ko. Lumalaki ako, even to other people obvious na obvious na daw akong buntis (dati kasi hindi), pero pag nag weigh ako, same lang weight ko. Worried lang ako na baka di lumalaki si baby... Week 32-33 pa kasi ultrasound ko. Hoping that everything's ok

crzysxycl sis sa Moms Basket ako bumili nung lactation cookies, meron sila FB page. Masarap siya! yung feeling mo ba na nanlalata parang ang bilis mo mapagod? ganun yung feeling ko I asked my OB normal naman daw sa third trimester. Although at least sayo yung CBC mo normal ang results. Ako kasi nag pa-CBC I was slightly anemic so pinagdouble sa akin ang iron pills and everyday ako umiinom ng sabaw ng talbos ng kamote which I think helps with my energy ng konti. But at this point medyo hirap na rin ako kumilos nararamdaman ko talaga na squashed na lahat ni baby sa loob kasi nahihirapan din ako huminga minsan kahit nakaupo or nakahiga.

Adrienne - true sis, parang naglilihi ulit no. ako namam bukod sa nauseous, napaka sensitive nanaman ng pang amoy ko. mas mahirap nga lang talaga ngayong 3rd tri kasi sumabay pa yung mahirap kumilos at mabilis mapagod. aja! kaya natin to sis!

macheoc - ang sakit ng heartburn sis. tiis tiis lang talaga muna tayo, konting kembot pa. re weight gain parang ganyan din ako, pero nung sinukat ni OB fundal height ni baby, lumaki naman daw.

jeannybaby - thanks sa reco sis. hanapin ko moms basket sa fb. yes sis, ang bilis ko mapagod. tapos yung hilo ko, yun bang hilo ng gutom kahit di naman ako gutom kasi minsan nafifeel ko sya after mag breakfast. true, hirap na nga talaga kumilos, tapos nakaupo man o nakahiga ang hirap din. di bale, basta para sa mga babies natin kakayanin natin lahat. tc sis!

Hay, sinisipon naman ako ngayon. Not sure kung nahawa nanaman ako kay hubby o dahil lang sa sobrang init. Nagpagupit na ako pero ang init pa rin ng pakiramdam ko. Kung kelan malapit na, saka naman ako nagkasakit. Wawa naman si baby, panay sneeze ko. Mga sis, oks lang ba 1000mg ng vitamin c sa buntis? Nung di pa ako preggy kasi ganon ginagawa ko, sana walang bad effect kung i-up ko dosage ng vit c para sana gumaling agad sipon ko, ang sakit kasi sa ulo dahil bago palang.

^ if you want a natural alternative, when i had colds last month, lemon juice with honey lang ininom ko and gumaling nako sipon ko.  since then, eveyday nako umiinim ng lemon juice with honey.

May recommendations ba kayo for seller ng cloth diapers? How about nipple creams? Went to SM kanina, pigeon lang nagsesell.

Crzysxcl: oo yung heartburn grabe talaga minsan. Take vit c  sis or juices rich in vit c din. Weird na rin kasi panahon eh kaya ganyan.

sis cryz, i drink 1000mg vitamin c as well and on top of that eat oranges and kiwis, which are rich in vitamin c. when i had a cold a few months back, my doctor told me to drink vitamin c.

crzysxycl - dati lagi ako sinisipon sis. ang ginagawa ko, vit c lang and then gawa ko calamansi juice. saka nagnenebulize pala ko with salinase. effective naman. hope you get well soon!

update : nagpacheck up ako yesterday due to my contraction. pinapacontinue lang yung duvadilan and utrogestan. at first time ako na IE nitong pregnancy ko, thank God, closed naman daw cervix ko. so braxton hicks padin yun, kasi kung labor contraction daw, it will cause dilation daw sa cervix. di ko alam na sometimes painful ang braxton hicks.

I used pigeon before on my previous pregnancies pero I want to switch brands kasi masyado akong nalalagkitan sa kanya.

I was looking for Lansinoh kasi I have read na maraming good reviews.

Pero while I was doing my research, I came across Earth Mama Nipple Butter.  Its natural and not sticky daw.  So I think this is the one I will be buying.  Sana pala naisama ko na when I bought my breastpump sa babymama.

Hope may magbigay ng review sa Lansinoh and Earth Mama.
