Let's help Tatay Digong. He needs our support now more than ever. He cannot implement all the good things he wants to do if di natin isu support. About who will start the thread, let's wait till the counting is done. For sure they will do something to destabilize but we need to make sure it wont happen and let's not give them a chance to impeach him. First is thing we can do is we need to start to be disciplined.

anyways maki-tatay digong na din ako. im so excited for his presidency while listening to him last night. yung tinatanong sya about his cabinet at sinasabi nyang ayaw nya politicians ilagay sa ibang posts. kelangan managers hehe. seriously, this guy knows what ought to be done.

and his call for healing. sino bang politiko nakapanawagan na ng ganito? and hinde sya vindictive sa mga nag black propaganda against him. though parang sinabi nya na they still have to answer for their wrongful allegations. hinde sya naghahamon ng away sa mga hinde bumoto sa kanya. instead he laid out his plans to achieve what he has promised during his campaign.

hope all of us will support him and continue praying for him. kahit yung ayaw sa kanya, makiisa na din. let's be united for a new philippines! mahirap magbago but we have to. for our future.

and congratulations mga sisses and bros dito and to all filipinos! i will never forget this election.

natatawa ko kasi yung mga pasaway na Pulis daw ipapadala niya sa Mindanao, tska he will handle the PNP personally daw.. hindi na daw niya iasa sa general kasi di na daw kaay ng general yung pnp kaya siya daw mismo hahawak..

then may mga Pulis daw na kumausap sa mga body guards nilang Pulis na ayusin yung PNP and sila daw mismo magsusumbong ng mga corrupt/pasaway sa hanay nila.. ngayon kasi maraming mga ordinary pulis na kahit alam nila ang mga kalokohang ginagawa ng mga boss nila or kasamahan nila, eh hindi na lang sila umiimik dahil sa takot. kasi di mo alam baka yung mga big bosses/officials ay kasabwat din nila.

Duterte eyes 'major rewriting' of constitution: spokesman

DAVAO CITY (UPDATED) - Presumptive President Rodrigo Duterte will pursue a "major rewriting" of the three-decade-old Constitution to shift to a federal-parliamentary form of government and ease foreign ownership restrictions on business, his spokesman said Tuesday.

Within his first six months in office, Duterte will ask Congress to pass a law for the election of members to a constitutional convention that will draft amendments to the charter, Peter Laviña told reporters here.

The proposed amendments would be submitted to a plebiscite by the 2019 mid-term elections and the first federal elections could be held by the end of his term in 2022, Laviña said.

"There will be a major rewriting of the constitution," Lavina said. "We have seen the failure of the presidential form [of government]."

Duterte plans to keep national defense, foreign affairs and customs under the central government and devolve the rest.

"He (Duterte) will be president towards that transition," he said.

Pursuing peace with Muslim and communist rebels will also be high on Duterte's agenda, Laviña said.

"This will be a golden opportunity...the mayor is close with Muslim rebels and communist rebels," he said.

@ sis blackgreen and prickyslime - hinde ko nga rin alam ano nakain nun taong un.. hinde na sana ako papatol pero itinulog ko na at mabigat sakin un text nya dapat daw eh isipin ko future namin at ng anak ko.. kilala daw nya personally si DU30 kaya nga ako ask yesterday to reconsider my vote for DU30.. we all have our choices we can have a healthy discussion with regard to our preferences pero wag naman ganun levels.. last text nya for today. enough said na daw.. ingat ingat na lang daw..

di ba condescending un text nya? sabi ng asawa ko sana daw di nako pumatol kase President na naman si Tatay Digong.

^hyder, sis if kilala nya personally si Mayor di sya magsasalita ng ganyan. LOL trust me a lot will say that keso kilala personally. My son nga isnt scared to talk to him. As if he is just talking to his own lolo eh. Youd see my son laughing all the time. The kids love him like their own lolo. The business people naman, we all respect him. So ano yang pakana ng friend mo LOL.. People in Davao can easily talk and approach him. Hayaan mo na yan, may mga ganyan bitter lang.

I've seen him in coat and tie, mapapa wow ka na "wow mayor ikaw po ba yan?" Baka malamang barong ang isuot nya sa SONA nya. I think mas comfortable sya dun eh.

Nakakatuwa yung interview nya na nakikipag-friends na sya sa lahat ng kapwa presidentiables nya. He calls for healing. aaaaand most especially yung nagbanggit sya ng verse sa bible (Eclesiastes.. sorry wala pa ako sa ulirat nung nabasa ko interview eh). Grabe lang! @ chicafabulosa - she is telling me that she is privy to Tatay Digong's inner circle. she knows about killings etc daw. at madami daw mahirap sa davao. sa isip ko lang marami mahirap everywhere lalo na sa cubao..
