I heard via online streaming discussion regarding VCMs. Itong mga VCMs pala nating hindi ideal for weathers such as the Philippines. Kaya pag once nag oover heat pala hindi na gagana o magloloko na ang machine. In short hindi napag-aralang mabuti ito ng comelec.

kakatapos lang ng interview kay mayor sa cnn (with pia hontiveros), medyo mahaba yung usapan pero gusto ko yung parting words nya - he ws extending "friendship" sa mga kalaban nya, if they wll accept it thank you, if not ok lang, there's time for reckoning and time to know the truth (something like that).

this guy's a very interesting character talaga.
