SDE requests/style/idea to your Videographers

Hello GT Sissies! Just wondering  what are your requests for your SDEs sa Video team nyo?

Request to do this style or don't do this style kasi ayaw nyo ni h2b?
Example is boyband shots or yung mabagal na bride shot with veil.

Isa lang ang criteria ko for SDE -- i wanted something fun and candid, ganun din sa photos. I don't like too much beauty/artista shots, ayoko yung mga directed/scripted shots, gusto ko in-action mostly. While looking for a video team, ito na yung hinahanap ko ng 'style'. So kung majority ng mga previous SDEs nila eh hindi candid and fun for my taste, move on na ko sa next. Kaya when we booked Photo Edge Designs, I'm already convinced na they will deliver based sa kung anong taste namin as a couple. At hindi naman kami nadisappoint kasi we really loved our SDE. Actually even up to now (4 months post wedding), ang dami pa din naming nakukuhang good feedbacks regarding our wedding video. Ang pinaka naappreciate ko talaga with our videographer is very cohesive yung kinalabasan ng final video. Alam mo yung hindi lang sya mukhang pinagtagpi tagping clips. Kuha nila lahat ng candid emotions.

Even sa music, although I have specific songs in mind na gusto ko for our SDE, i let our video team choose the music for us. Kasi come editing time sila ang mas makakaalam ng 'feel' ng wedding. Nung una gusto ko upbeat but since ang dami naming cryfest moments ni husband, mas binagayan nila ng song yung video. And we're very happy sa output.

I'm in the process of looking for a p/v right now (which is so hard). Anyway, ang gusto ko sana i-request is more on vows tapos heartwarming.. mas type ko yung nakakaiyak on the SDE tapos hahaluan ng konting sweet and candid moments. Another request ko sana is yung parang may scenes wherein focus is yung bride (Mayad style - though I can't afford them). So far, I'm eyeing for vidlens pero medyo out of budget pa din kasi video lang sila so I need to look for affordable photographer pa.

parang same tayo ng type ng style, gusto namin mga cinematic style actually first choice din namin si vidlens kaso booked na siya nung wedding date namin kaya naghanap kami ng same style niya... try mo kreative machines check out mo din SDE at save the date ko if pasok sa style mo =)

hello sissies thank you all for your inputs. Our criteria din when we booked our video team is masaya vibes lang... same din na mas gusto namin yung actual happenings sa events like yung facial expressions captured, stolen shots... not too directed. may pinakita saken yung AE ko before na team, kasi ang bet nya is yung nakakaiyak na sdes hehe. mas gusto ko yung masaya lang tapos may onti catch ng emotions

^kami sis we agreed na hindi na magbigay ng gift. So ako wala talaga akong gift for husband. Pero sya on the day ng wedding, meron! Nahiya tuloy ako pag naalala ko. Haha

actually ok si kreative machines kasi siya pa mismo nag susuggest kung anong gagawin hassle free pati song siya na bahala pero pwede ka din naman mag suggest eh kami sabi namin siya na bahala basta cinematic style so sinabi niya kuha siya ng song na luma pero hindi halatang luma kasi kakaiba yung version ok naman yung song sakto sa video na pinalabas napansin mo ba yun sis like sabi ng lyrics rain may raindrops and papers pinakita yung paperbackdrop hehe =)


mas mahal ata si vidlens sis compare to kreative machines so mas makakatipid with same style naman =)

We dont have sde mga sis. Yung wedding highlights na finished product na agad after 3-6 months. Ang hinanap naman namin ay yung parang may flow or story yung whole day. Hindi yung nag crop crop lang ng different scenes tapos pinagdugtong dugtong. 😆
